I’ve taken birth classes and hypnobirthing class as well as pelvic floor and birth prep physical therapy. I need assistance on actual labor and birthday. I want to do natural vaginal birth with nitrous gas and labor in bath and shower. I am in the simply birth program which is low intervention at Intermountain Alta view Hospital We genuinely don’t have much money which but are doing the best we can through insurance, this would be the main part we would do out of pocket.

Hi Kelli, We’re expecting a baby girl 27/5 via surrogate if not sooner and my partner and I are fully prepared for this, I think it’s all hands on deck including for us as we get her settled in the world and I wanted to see if you might be available for a night shift or two or some hours of support if we need a breath. I plan to use water, breathing techniques, counterpressure, and quiet/darkness for pain management. It is my first baby so I would appreciate someone experienced who can help me advocate for myself throughout labor. I live in Mountain Green, Utah. My estimated budget is $1500. I am not looking for postpartum care or extensive care during pregnancy, mainly someone who can assist me during the labor itself.

Hello, I am currently 33 weeks pregnant and looking for a doula to help support me through my first time giving birth. We have been taking birth classes and are fairly confident, but still want a doula at the birth to help walk us through none drug pain relief options. Giving birth at Riverton hospital. I am curious if the cost but we can afford up to $4000. I want to go natural but i’m worried I don’t have the pain tolerance.

I'm planning to have a natural/physiological birth w/ minimal to no interventions in a hospital setting... I know now days this seems to be a big ask and I'm not feeling as confident about it as I'd like to be. I do have some support persons already, but I don't fully trust they will be the best advocates for me at the time of labor and birth or if they're willing to give pushback to pushy staff. I am giving birth at St. Mark’s in Murray. I’m looking for someone who takes molina medicaid. Despite this being my 5th pregnancy, I have had terrible pregnancies/births, I’ve had a micro-preemie, and I have no support. I just want someone who can advocate for me because when I am in pain the doctors seem to walk all over me. I would prefer a Christian woman, or at least adjacent values.

I would normally have my mom with me during labor as this is my first baby but my mom passed away 5 years ago and my sisters all live out state and some emotional and physical support would be nice. Intermountain health Layton Utah is where I will deliver my baby. I would like a natural birth.. 2,000 is top top of the budget. I am interested in hypnosis, coaching. English as language spoken, someone that will include my husband as he is very excited to participate. Experience in lactation, placenta encapsulation, and massage is a plush. Reiki is also something interesting to me. If they can help with postpartum meals, or cleaning that is a plus but not required. We live in Ogden utah. And no special circumstances besides it is my first baby!!!
