I am a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS), Full Spectrum Doula and am currently working toward my Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) and Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C). My work really sits at the intersection of clinical support, lived experience, and hands-on, activity-based care.  I’m also a breastfeeding mom of two little boys under five, so on any given day, I’m also a dinosaur trainer and a fully operational milk factory. Becoming a mother completely changed the way I understand support. There were many moments during pregnancy and postpartum where I realized how powerful it is to have someone in your corner.
