Kristen’s passion for all things pregnancy, birth and parenthood began in 2008 when she had her first baby. I have been a registered nurse specializing in perinatal care since 1990. In 2015, I became an IBCLC and began working full-time as an inpatient lactation consultant. In 2019, I expanded my skills by studying craniosacral therapy under Carol Gray.
