In 2019, I expanded my skills by studying craniosacral therapy under Carol Gray. Over time, I integrated craniosacral therapy and lactation consulting at the Recovery Lounge while interning with Amanda Glenn, gradually preparing for retirement from my hospital position. NoCo Doula Collective, is a team-based doula and perinatal support practice serving Fort Collins and communities throughout Northern Colorado. Founded by Julianne Curtis and Katie Piccolo, who combined their established doula practices to launch the collective in spring 2024. The collective provides support across the reproductive and parenting journey, including labor/birth doula care, postpartum support, lactation counseling, childbirth and new-parent education, and bereavement support.
