Anna’s parents struggled for many years with infertility and after many years of trying to conceive and multiple miscarriages they conceived. “Growing up, I saw the pain infertility left on my parents. I saw the stress and the scars it left on them. I always knew I wanted a career that had to do with birth and healing but I was never quite sure how that would look.” Having a background in health education, she has always been a strong supporter of informed choices. She strives to be able to help her clients learn in an unbiased and judgement free environment. She hope to become a safe space, a person you can confide in, ask your questions and feel support regardless of what you would like to say or do. “I look forward to supporting you make the right choices for you and your family. Welcome! I’m Jessica Rogers. I am a Birth Doula, Postpartum Doula, and Certified Lactation Counselor with a deep passion for supporting families through one of the most powerful journeys of their lives: pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I was trained through DONA International and am actively working towards birth and postpartum certification. I was certified as a lactation counselor by the ALPP after completing the Center for Breastfeeding course and passing the exam. My own experience becoming a mother ignited this calling in me, and it grew even stronger during my second pregnancy. This season can be transformative, overwhelming and beautiful all at once, and you do not have to go through it alone. As your doula, I will be a dedicated and compassionate support system, someone who not only respects you but also walks beside you like a trusted friend throughout your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey. I bring a calm presence, a good sense of humor, and a listening ear when you need it most. I am a hard worker who believes in your strength and am here to support you and your family every step of the way. When I am not supporting families, you can find me spending time with my amazing husband, children, family and friends, exercising, reading, meal prepping or gardening. I also happen to love spiders and have a new hobby that includes two jumping spiders and a tarantula - weird, maybe, but I love them and have always had a soft spot for exotic pets (and nature in general). I also have a Bachelors Degree in Interior Design from RIT, and spent the previous ~12 years working in the field until the birth of my second baby. I love seeing women empowered through this incredible experience and I would be honored to be a part of your team. My name is Lauren. I’m 26 years old and have called Webster, NY home my entire life. Family is at the center of everything I do, and my dog is truly my heart. I believe deeply in showing up for the people and beings we love, and that belief is what draws me so strongly to supporting others during pregnancy and birth. Being part of someone’s journey into parenthood is incredibly meaningful to me. It’s an intimate, powerful, and life-changing time, and I feel honored to walk alongside families with care, compassion, and presence.

I am a Doula, Usui Holy Fire® II Reiki Practitioner, and a Certifying Reflexologist with a background as a Personal Support Worker, and Business Administrative Graduate from Loyalist College. I have a true passion for supporting others in any way I can with empathy, love, and care. 6 years ago, a little boy came into my life in a way I did not expect. I had very little support, nobody took the time to be there and educate me properly despite my efforts to ask questions about labour and birth. I really felt alone in the experience… When the time came to give birth the OBGYN I had was in the hospital long enough to break my water and then was “off for the night”. I ended up with some complete stranger, who was rude, yelled at me, and impatient. He didn’t listen to me, and made me feel very uncomfortable! My son ended up coming out very quickly due to receiving an unnecessary episiotomy (I found this out at my 6 week post birth checkup). This resulted in my son not having mucus squeezed out of his lungs and having issues breathing on his own, he had low APGAR scores and was rushed to the NICU with very little communication from the nurses or the doctor while they stitched me up. The pain I had been feeling escalated as I had no baby, no support and a doctor who had no regards for me as a human… He would get frustrated with me every time I flinched involuntarily and tell me to relax while he stitched me up- he did not believe I could feel it. My epidural had failed with my son. I felt everything. The next couple of days in the hospital were a blur.. I felt a little helpless as I dealt with being sore… nobody had the time to show me how to breastfeed (which failed in epic proportions)… nothing was going right. I had all these plans while pregnant… and none of them were working out, nothing I hoped for was happening. This was the start of postpartum depression With my youngest, I knew better and had learned so much along the way from my personal experience. I was wiser, I knew what to ask and how to advocate. I have an incredible drive to be there for others, this is such a crucial time in your life. Nobody should have to feel alone. This is why I have also become an Evidence Based Birth Professional Member. All I needed was support. This is my why. I want to support YOU, no matter the way you need. I want to be there, educate, and help you through it all 🧡 Labour, Birth, and Postpartum.

Hello, my name is Bohdana (she/her), and I became a Doula because being in a supportive role, sympathetically and empathetically meeting you where you are at in your journey, is something I am both proficient and passionate about. I will be by your side as you bring your baby into the world whether at a hospital, birthing center, or in the comfort of your own home. Once baby is born, I will continue to provide you with educational support as well as encouragement and emotional support as you become acquainted with your baby. I will support your infant feeding journey (breastfeeding or otherwise) and offer household organizational support. I have time to get to know YOU, not just your birth preferences. I have time to provide you with as much support as you need throughout your entire journey. I genuinely love supporting others and being an empath means this role comes naturally to me. After birth, both parent(s) and baby need a lot of support. I can do overnight but also daytime 8-hour shifts to help care for baby so that you can get some rest, or on a consultation basis – an informative session on infant care, breastfeeding techniques and restorative care for the parent who gave birth. I feel blessed that as a doula, I am part of such a beautiful moment and environment called birth, where I am able to help enable mothers to help believe in themselves that they strong, beautiful and powerful. Making moms feel loved, supported, cared for, and special during their labours and births is so rewarding. My first languages are Ukrainian and English, but I can also support you in conversational Russian and basic German!

My experiences as a mother of a child with special needs inspired me to become a passionate advocate for families navigating healthcare, education, and community support systems. As a community-based, high-risk doula, my goal is to provide compassionate, evidence-informed support throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum journey. I believe parents deserve access to accurate information, quality education, and trusted resources so they can make informed decisions that are right for their unique families. My role is not to make decisions for parents, but to ensure they feel confident, respected, and empowered as they make those decisions themselves. Beyond my doula work, I am deeply committed to advocacy. I have advocated for improved access to Early Intervention and preschool special education services, helping raise awareness of the barriers families face in obtaining timely evaluations, services, and support. I am passionate about ensuring children with special needs and their families have access to the services, resources, and opportunities they deserve. I currently serve as Vice President of the Brockport PTSA, where I work to strengthen partnerships between families, schools, and the community through volunteerism, parent engagement, and educational initiatives. I also serve as the Brockport Central School District TIES Program Coordinator, coordinating inclusive social and recreational opportunities that bring together students with and without disabilities. Through TIES, I aim to help foster meaningful friendships, leadership, and a sense of belonging for children and young adults of all abilities. Everything I do is rooted in the belief that education empowers families. Whether I am supporting an expectant parent, advocating for a child with special needs, leading community programs, or connecting families with local resources, my mission is to provide the knowledge, encouragement, and support that help families make informed choices with confidence.
