Every human deserves full autonomy over their body—and my role as a doula is to walk beside you through life’s beginnings, endings, and everything in between. Alongside birth and postpartum care, I also serve as an End-of-Life Doula and am expanding my training in infertility, pregnancy, and infant loss support. Outside of doula work, I enjoy hiking, camping, cooking, travelling, and going on adventures with my partner and our dog. Hi, my name is Maida and I'm a certified birth, and trained postpartum doula. My primary focus is birth support, but if you also want a little bit of help transitioning once you get home with baby, I'm available for that too. I am happily married to my best friend, and we are blessed with three wonderful sons. My interest in birth and breastfeeding has always been a passion of mine. The birth of my first son was at the hospital and was a life-changing experience that ignited a fire within me. I knew then that I wanted to support families as they welcomed, nourished, and nurtured new life. I became a certified doula in January of 2021 and began attending births.
