Labor support is powerful. And it’s evidence-based. Hi! My name is Jenny, and I’m a certified birth and postpartum doula serving families throughout the Denver area. Birth can feel overwhelming, exciting, vulnerable, empowering…and sometimes all of those at once. I believe every woman deserves continuous, respectful support during one of the most transformative experiences of her life. After the births of my five daughters, I saw firsthand how deeply continuous support can shape a birth experience. Becoming a doula felt like a natural next step. Whether you’re planning a home birth, hospital birth, epidural, unmedicated birth, or something in between, my role is to offer calm support, evidence-based information, hands-on comfort, and steady presence throughout your journey. I support your choices without judgment or pressure. Birth isn’t something to fear. It’s personal. Powerful. And deeply human. This is your body, your baby, and your birth. You already have everything you need inside you. I’m just here to help you trust it. Truly, Jenny

Jenny is a natural at childbirth. I have many loved ones who have used her service to bring their beautiful babies into the world. She is calm, has common sense, and creates the best, most positive, experience for the mothers. I highly recommend her as a doula for any expectant mother!

Hiring Kristen as our doula was the best thing I did for my pregnancy and birth. She made herself available throughout the final few months of my pregnancy via countless texts and phone calls prepared to answer all the wild questions I had about any symptoms or feelings. When I finally went into labor, none of us knew I’d be in it for a whopping 60 hours before my son was in my arms. I could go on and on about all the things she did to help get my son in an optimal position (there were many) but at the end of the day, she was just there for me. There for me when I thought I’d be having an unmedicated birth center birth. There for me when we had to have a c-section instead. And there for me after while I processed it all. She is amazing and I’d hire her again and again and again.

Most doulas provide support. I provide something more. I offer a specialist-level guide for the most significant transition of your life. I bring together birth expertise, nervous system-informed coaching, and deep newborn and postpartum knowledge to support women who want to feel genuinely prepared, not just accompanied. My clients don't want a hand to hold... they want someone who can think ahead of their care team, help them navigate decisions with confidence, and be a steady, knowledgeable presence from pregnancy through the fourth trimester. Based in Littleton, I serve the greater Denver metro area with comprehensive birth and postpartum support — and a philosophy rooted in the whole you: your body, your mind, and your specific vision for this season of life. If you're the kind of person who invests in your health and does the work, we're probably a great fit.

I found Beth in the last few weeks of the 3rd trimester of my pregnancy with my 3rd daughter, and she changed everything for me! She made me feel safe and supported from the moment we spoke over the phone! She was knowledgeable and professional, but she also made me feel like we were lifelong friends! When it came time for my delivery, Beth was incredible! She helped keep me focused and as calm as possible during contractions and she held the hospital staff accountable to my birth plan wishes. She also created us a beautiful gift after the birth of our little girl, she made us a digital birth story, it was such a touching recount of the entire evening! I would recommend her to anyone having a baby! She is the most amazing doula!

Having Carson as my doula had a massively positive effect on my pregnancy and delivery experiences. She provided me with educational resources and was always available to answer my questions and to calm my fears. I started my pregnancy not having the confidence to give birth unmedicated, but she continually supported me and helped me realize that I could do it. She was instrumental in helping me have a positive labor and delivery experience. I felt more in control with her there, since I knew she would make sure my wishes were being followed even when I couldn’t speak for myself. She also checked in with me after I gave birth to see if I had any questions or needed any help navigating life as a new mom. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is pregnant. Carson is a truly gifted doula.

Hi, I’m Jaimie, a holistic birth doula, placenta encapsulation specialist, and childbirth educator serving families through Little Hands Big Heart Doula Services. I am a trained and certified doula through Elite Doula & Co, and I’m passionate about combining professional knowledge with heartfelt, faith-centered care. My calling is to walk alongside growing families with compassion, encouragement, and evidence-based support throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum season. Jaimie is an amazing partner to have on your childbirth journey! It had been several years since our last child was born, so we reached out to her to help us get up to speed and educate us on what to expect. We were amazed by how much we didn’t know the first time around, and her guidance was incredibly helpful. From answering our many questions to helping us prepare ahead of time, Jaimie made sure we felt informed, confident, and ready every step of the way. She helped us think through important details in advance, which made the entire experience so much smoother. When it came time for the birth, Jaimie was an incredible source of support and encouragement throughout the entire process. I am so grateful she was part of our journey and birth experience. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate, and supportive doula, I can’t recommend Jaimie enough. She is truly incredible!

Briauna Donnelly

Hi, I'm Briauna! Birth doula, prenatal yoga instructor, energy worker, and mother. My role is not to tell you how to birth or who you should become. My role is to walk beside you, helping you cultivate trust in yourself, deepen your connection with your baby, and feel supported as you navigate the transition into motherhood. Moms rarely need more information. They need space. Space to slow down, to connect with themselves, to strengthen their relationship with their baby, and to feel seen, heard, and held. When a mother feels supported emotionally, physically, and mentally, she is better able to access her intuition, make decisions aligned with her values, and move through birth and motherhood with greater confidence and ease. This is why my approach centers on the connection between mind, body, and baby. Because when all three are nurtured together, the experience of becoming a mother can feel less overwhelming and more empowering.

As a mommy with a bad 1st birth emergency c-section experience, Briauna was a wonderful blessing this second time around! Her attention to detail, expertise and sympathy made me feel safe and fearless. When it was time to welcome my baby into this world, I had all the confidence and support that I believe every mommy needs and deserves! I can’t stress enough how much I enjoyed having her around in a very beautiful yet vulnerable time in my life.
