I highly recommend Paula! I hired her for 6 weeks after my C-section, and she was so attentive with my baby. She was also wonderful with my 5-year old son, who absolutely loves her. Since then, I’ve brought her back twice while traveling for work, and each time she’s given me complete peace of mind. I fully trust Paula with the wellbeing of my daughter—she makes sure all her milestones are being met and that she’s cared for in the best way possible.

Katia has been my postpartum doula and caregiver for my baby boy since February 2025. She consistently takes initiative in ways that truly lighten my load as a new mom. One moment that stands out was when she noticed I was juggling baby care and chores—without me even asking, she washed the baby's clothes and bedsheets, took out the trash, and even helped cut vegetables for dinner. She always notices what needs to be done and jumps in with such care and thoughtfulness—it’s clear she’s not just doing a job, but genuinely wants to support and nurture. This was my first baby, and I had never used a doula service before, so I was initially skeptical and a bit anxious about having someone new in our home during such a vulnerable and emotional time. But from the very beginning, Katia made me feel at ease. Although she has extensive experience with babies, she remains open and flexible—listening carefully to my needs and respecting our preferences. She remembered all the little things I mentioned and adapted her care accordingly. Even now, with my baby being 8 months old, I still turn to Katia when I need someone trustworthy to watch him for a few hours. That’s how much confidence and comfort she’s brought to our family. Both my husband and I are deeply grateful for her help—having Katia as our doula has been such a positive and reassuring experience. She made a lasting impact on our early journey as parents, and any family would be incredibly lucky to have her by their side.

Claire was an invaluable and irreplaceable part of our birth experience. Claire's experience and guidance helped us thoughtfully create a birth plan that met our goals, which included managing my own expectations. As these things go, my birth plan was merely the road map for a very different series of events, and every step of the way, Claire was incredibly supportive in both the physical and emotional elements of the birth of our daughter. Claire’s presence and advocacy was instrumental to my husband and I communicating effectively with the hospital team and her support following the birth was immeasurable, both in hospital and at home post-partum. Her contributions to our birth exceeded my expectations, especially under unexpected circumstances. Claire's practice of providing us with evidence-based information needed to make our own informed decisions was grounding and invaluable. We are so thankful for Claire's support throughout our first pregnancy and birth.

The Best Support We Could Have Asked For! We had the immense blessing of working with Priya for both labor/delivery and postpartum care, and I can confidently say she was one of the greatest gifts of our entire journey into parenthood. As first-time parents, the transition can feel overwhelming, but her presence brought comfort, confidence, and so much peace into our home. From the very first moment, she was gentle, knowledgeable, and incredibly nurturing. Her care is rooted in deep Ayurvedic wisdom, and she combines it beautifully with modern newborn support. She went above and beyond in every way. ✨ Labor & Delivery Support Having her with me during labor and delivery made all the difference. She was calm, encouraging, and present through every contraction and every moment of uncertainty. Her guidance helped me stay mentally strong and physically supported. I truly don’t know how I would have done it without her. ✨ Newborn Care She cared for our baby with so much love — from Ayurvedic oil massages, creating gentle daily routines, helping with gas/colic relief, and supporting healthy sleep patterns. Every single thing was done so thoughtfully and respectfully. ✨ Postpartum Recovery For Me She didn’t just help with the baby — she took care of me as a mother: - Ayurvedic belly binding for core support - Warm oil massages - Herbal teas and foods that supported healing and milk production - Emotional and mental support on days I needed it most She made sure I rested, nourished my body, and felt seen and cared for — something every new mother deserves. ✨ Food & Meals Her freshly prepared Ayurvedic meals were amazing. Everything was warm, nourishing, and made to help my body recover and build strength. You can tell she puts her heart into every part of her work. ✨ Family Support She guided my husband, helped us understand newborn cues, and even shared tips that made our whole home more peaceful and soothing for the baby. Her knowledge is priceless. If you are considering Ayurvedic newborn care or postpartum support, don’t think twice. She is truly gifted at what she does. She combines expertise, intuition, and compassion in a way that is rare to find. We felt protected, encouraged, and cared for every single day. We absolutely love her and are so grateful for everything she brought into our lives. She will always be a special part of our birth and postpartum story. ❤️

DONA certified Birth doula, licensed massage therapist, personal trainer, Placenta Specialist and group fitness instructor, specializing in pre and post natal health and recovery. Hollie has had a love and passion for birth work for most of her adult life. After delivering her first baby 10 years ago, with the assistance of incredible doulas, she knew one day she would also become a doula. Hollie has been a massage therapist and personal trainer for nearly 20 years, working with pregnant and postpartum mothers, while raising her 3 boys. Once her youngest came to an age that she felt confident in moving into the birth worker world, she jumped in! Hollie has a deep passion for the amazing and magical experience of birth. She believes that every one who chooses to conceive, deserves the full support during this incredible time in their life.

Recent review

I honestly cannot thank Hollie enough for everything that she did to make my first pregnancy and birthing experience EXACTLY what I wanted them to be. I knew I wanted to work with a doula even before trying to get pregnant, because the statistics on medical care during childbirth for Black women in the US are shameful, and I wanted someone to be present during my birth who saw me as a person, and not just a patient. I reached out to Hollie towards the end of my third trimester, assuming the most I would get is some advice on how to finish out my last few weeks of pregnancy because it was so late, but from the first phone call, Hollie was genuinely interested in me and the family that my husband and I wanted to build and how we wanted to build it. She immediately made me feel safe. Hollie provided me constant support and advice whenever I needed it, no matter the time of the day. I always felt comfortable to reach out to her and never felt like a burden. Hollie was there for the birth of my baby girl and she set such a peaceful and encouraging atmosphere for me in the delivery room. She interacted really well with the hospital staff and made me and my husband feel equipped and knowledgeable enough to advocate for ourselves during my labor. Hollie had a great balance during my pregnancy and delivery of checking in without being overbearing or causing me to worry. And one of her superpowers is that she did a great job of giving information objectively without telling us what to do or making us feel pressured to choose one option over another. She was so incredibly supportive of all of our decisions. In the end, Hollie definitely set expectations well, and then exceeded those expectations. I never thought I'd be so comfortable during childbirth, and that is all thanks to Hollie. I couldn't have asked for a more kind, compassionate, attentive and knowledgeable doula than Hollie. Even now that my daughter is here, Hollie still checks in and I am able to ask her anything. If I have the opportunity to have Hollie present at all future births, I will do so in a heartbeat. I recommend Hollie to every pregnant woman I know and I truly hope they listen. Hollie is the absolute best.

Hello! I'm Vânia, a certified postpartum doula and the founder of The Rested Mama Village. What I do is simple to describe and hard to do well: I take the night, so you can take the morning. For twelve years I've cared for newborns and their families, starting in 2014 with five-day-old twins on an exchange program in the Netherlands, then across England, Austria, New York, and, since 2019, eastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey. I've supported premature twins on their first night home, babies born through surrogacy, NICU graduates, and reflux that keeps a whole household awake. I'm ProDoula certified, DONA International trained, and CPR/First Aid certified. I hold a degree in Social Work from Brazil and I'm currently studying nursing at Bucks County Community College. All families are welcome here: LGBTQ+ families, single parents, families grown through surrogacy. I'm not here to tell you how to parent. I'm here to listen, respect your choices, and help you find your own rhythm, in English or Portuguese. Based in Bucks County and serving eastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey. We cannot say enough wonderful things about Vania, our certified postpartum doula..She was an absolute godsend during my C-section recovery, providing exceptional care for both our newborn and me. As a certified doula and nursing student, she is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and dedicated to what she does. She went above and beyond, helping with newborn care, bottle washing, baby laundry, keeping everything tidy, and preparing nutritious meals to support my recovery. She made it possible for me to truly rest and focus on healing, knowing our baby was in the most loving and capable hands. She is responsible, punctual, trustworthy, and genuinely treats your children as her own. We continue to use her for overnights, and our girls are always overjoyed to see her, which speaks volumes about the special bond she has built with them. She is truly a gem, and I would recommend her without hesitation to any family. We are so grateful to have her in our lives!

When I started off as a birth doula, I quickly saw the drop off in care that happened with postpartum mothers, and have dedicated my career to making sure every new mom is educated, supported, and cared for. Postpartum support is truly where my heart is, and I love seeing the moment where a new mom starts to feel confident in her new role. I am delighted to recommend Grace Kovitch as a postpartum doula. Her sweet nature, care and compassion, and knowledge of newborns made her truly invaluable to our family throughout our daughter’s first four months. Her presence allowed our family to rest, recover, and truly enjoy the precious moments with our newborn. From the moment she stepped into our home, Grace provided a calming presence and a great knowledge about newborn care. She not only assisted with practical needs—such as soothing techniques, infant care, and light household tasks—but also provided the emotional support and reassurance that every new parent needs. Her warm and nurturing nature made all the difference during such a transformative time. (We knew she was the perfect fit for our family when our doberman wouldn’t leave her side! He now waits for her every night!) Additionally, her punctuality and reliability show the level of care she possesses for her clients. I wholeheartedly recommend Grace to any family in need of postpartum support. She is an incredible resource, and any family would be beyond lucky to have her by their side during the postpartum journey.
