Fertility Support Trying to conceive can feel like waiting for answers your body isn't giving you yet. I help you get to know your cycle - what it's telling you, when you're actually fertile, and what's normal versus worth asking a provider about - so you feel like an informed participant in your own fertility, not a bystander to it. My focus is natural, at-home conception through cycle tracking and fertility awareness (the FEMM method), and I also support families pursuing IUI, IVF, or surrogacy when that's the path that fits. Birth Support Ava Dickson and I work as a team, because we believe you shouldn't have to hope the right doula is available the night you go into labor - you should already know both of us, and trust both of us.
