My journey into birth work began with nearly a decade of experience in the assisted reproductive technology industry, both professionally and personally as a three-time gestational carrier. Those experiences lit a fire in me that has only grown stronger with time. I am, at heart, a total birth nerd, especially when it comes to the biomechanics of labor. I am endlessly fascinated by pelvic dynamics: how the pelvis moves, how a baby navigates through it, and how small positional shifts can open space and work with physiology rather than against it. This passion led me to complete training in the Body Ready Method, an evidence-based approach focused on preparing the body for physiologic birth. Understanding the interplay between posture, movement, and fetal positioning is not just an intellectual interest for me. It is something I bring directly to your labor support.
