Choosing Kathryn for my labor and delivery was, hands down, the best decision we made to help us navigate my first pregnancy. She made us feel safe and supported throughout my journey. When a possible pregnancy complication arose, she was there to talk through it and offer calming words of encouragement. When my labor pains were unbearable, she was there with a full body massage, which lasted hours. And when we chose to have the placenta stored, she was the caretaker who made sure it was stored safely and appropriately. Kathryn supported us so much that we chose her experience and knowledge for all three of my births. She was by my side for all three labors, supporting, massaging, helping me to reposition, and providing endless counter pressure during contractions.  Kathryn cares deeply about you and your labor and delivery experience. She is a calm voice and a listening ear during a new experience. I am so grateful she was there, and I highly recommend her!

Hi, I’m Jasmine, a certified full spectrum doula with a postpartum focus. I am currently based in Worcester, Massachusetts and serve Greater Boston and surrounding communities. My background in early childhood education, child development, and critical ethnic and community studies shapes my warm, informed, and culturally responsive approach to care. I support families through the practical and emotional realities of welcoming a new baby, including newborn care, overnight support, parental rest and recovery, feeding support within my scope, sibling transitions, meal preparation, household organization, and the creation of sustainable family routines. Because no two families or postpartum experiences are alike, I prioritize clear communication, thoughtful observation, and care that respects each family’s culture, values, and choices. My experience spans classrooms, inclusive preschool settings, early intervention, private childcare, travel care, and hands-on household and family assistance. This allows me to see the whole picture: not only what the baby needs, but what will help the entire household feel calmer, more confident, and genuinely supported. I bring a steady presence, strong attention to detail, and a judgment-free approach to every home.

We just started working with Jasmine for babysitting and mother’s-helper-type requests, and she has been great! Professional, caring, communicative. She has a gentle approach that my young kids (and dogs) responded really well to. We look forward to continuing to work with her!

Hi, I’m Nicolette Meinert, the founder of Family In Bloom. I have worked with children and families since 1997, when I completed my first American Red Cross babysitting course. My path in early childhood care began in Wakefield, Massachusetts, where I volunteered in summer-school and after-school programs while attending Galvin Middle School. I went on to study Early Childhood Education at Wakefield Memorial High School. Since graduating in 2004, I have worked as an infant, toddler, and preschool teacher and as a full-time nanny, caring for children at many stages of development. I bring nearly three decades of experience, a calm presence, and deep respect for the trust families place in me. Newborn & Family Care My greatest passion is supporting families during the newborn stage and helping parents feel more confident as they adjust to life with a baby. Through Family In Bloom, I provide overnight infant care, postpartum support, newborn-care guidance, and thoughtful care tailored to each family’s routines, values, and needs. I have cared for several sets of twins and understand the distinct needs of multiples and the practical support their families often need. Whether you are welcoming your first baby, growing your family, or navigating a more complex newborn experience, my goal is to offer dependable, compassionate, and safety-centered support. Specialized Infant Experience I hold a special place in my heart for medically complex and premature newborns. My experience includes supporting infants with NG tubes, G tubes, and oxygen needs, as well as premature babies born as early as 30 weeks’ gestation. My commitment to this work grew while caring for premature twins who were born at 30 weeks’ gestation. That experience reinforced my belief that families caring for babies who need extra support deserve skilled, steady, and compassionate care. I work within my role and collaborate respectfully with each family’s established medical team and care plan. Safety-Centered Support Safety is a central part of my work. As an American Red Cross First Aid/CPR Instructor Trainer and Child Passenger Safety Technician, I enjoy helping families build practical skills and confidence around everyday safety. My approach combines continued education, careful attention to each child, and support that feels encouraging rather than overwhelming. Education, Training & Certifications My education and professional development include training and certification in: Early Childhood & Family Care - Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care infant, toddler, and preschool teacher - CAPPA Postpartum Doula - Newborn Care Solutions Newborn Care Specialist - Infant and Child Training Academy Multiples Care Specialist Infant Safety & Wellness - Safe Kids Child Passenger Safety Technician - Safe Sleep Ambassador - American Red Cross First Aid/CPR Instructor Trainer - Medication Technician Feeding & Specialized Infant Support - Infant Feeding Technician - Pediatric Tube Feeding - Oral Ties - Infant Mental Health - SleepWonders Integrative Course for Professionals

I am a full-spectrum doula, offering support in reproductive health, birth and labor, and postpartum care in Connecticut and Rhode Island. I love doula work because I deeply value the one-to-one relationships I build with clients, walking alongside them during one of the most important and transformative experiences of their lives. My passion for supporting, educating, and empowering people giving birth comes from my commitment to addressing the maternal and infant health disparities that disproportionately affect Black women. My goal is to help all birthing people—especially Black women—feel confident, informed, and supported by: learning to trust their bodies, learning to trust themselves to make informed decisions and advocate for the birth experience they desire, and receiving culturally responsive, non-clinical emotional, physical, and informational support before, during, and after birth. It would be an honor to support you on your birth journey. I work collaboratively with you and your support team to create an experience where you feel confident, informed, and surrounded by care, love, and respect. I welcome you to schedule a free, 30-minute consultation to help us get to know one another, decide if we're a good fit and so that I can also answer any questions you may have. Hi, I’m Danielle! I’m a postpartum doula, lactation educator, and Master Health Coach with a Bachelor’s in Health Education and a passion for practical, evidence-informed, and nourishing care for mothers and families after birth. With over a decade in healthcare, I support families through the realities of early postpartum life, from physical recovery and infant feeding to newborn care, nourishing meal preparation, rest, and the everyday tasks that can feel overwhelming with a new baby. My approach is mother-first, with hands-on support that helps mothers feel cared for while they care for their babies. I’m also a mom who has experienced the messy, beautiful, and humbling parts of postpartum myself. My own recovery taught me how important practical support, nourishment, and having someone in your corner can be during those early weeks. I’m passionate about helping mothers feel informed, replenished, and supported as they recover, adjust, and settle into life with their baby.

I’m a Certified Postpartum Doula and Newborn Care Specialist with more than a decade of experience caring for babies and children. There is so much information and noise surrounding new parenthood, and I love helping families sort through it all and figure out what actually makes sense for them. I don’t believe there is one right way to feed a baby, get through the night, set up a home, or build a family life. I look at your family, your priorities, your resources, your home, and your lifestyle to help anticipate what you might need and find solutions that fit. I offer experience, practical support, and clarity to help you figure out what works for your family. My goal is to instill confidence, support rest, and help your family find its own way forward.

Thank goodness we found Nicole! We received a gift certificate from a friend for her registry concierge service. At first we weren't sure we would use it. But we went for it and she spent several sessions helping us set up our registry in a way that fit our family. We loved it so much that we hired her to come help us set up the house before the baby came, and then contracted her for daytime visits for the first three months of our girl's life! She will always be a member of our clan. Without her, we would have wasted an immense amount of time and money figuring it out on our own and taking energy away from each other and our baby. Thank you Nicole! 💕💕

Working with my Andrea was one of the best decisions I made during my pregnancy. From our prenatal visits, she brought a sense of calm and reassurance that helped put both my husband and I at ease. During labor, her guidance of comfort measures and steady presence helped me stay focused and confident throughout. She anticipated needs before we had to ask and created a supportive environment for everyone. Even after delivery she stayed with us to make sure I felt comfortable, and cared for in those first moments postpartum.

My time with Natasha was amazing, I’m so grateful that I had the opportunity to have such an amazing doula throughout my pregnancy. From the very beginning, she was incredibly understanding, supportive, patient, and caring. She always made me feel heard and never judged me for anything I was feeling or going through. Pregnancy can be overwhelming, both physically and emotionally, and having someone who was there to listen, reassure me, and support me made such a huge difference. She was always willing to answer my questions, check in on me, and make sure I felt comfortable and supported every step of the way. She made me feel like I wasn’t going through everything alone, and I'm thankful for the support she gave me during such an important time in my life. I would absolutely recommend her to any expecting mom looking for someone who is compassionate, understanding, dependable, and genuinely cares about her clients. She was amazing throughout my pregnancy, and I couldn’t have asked for a better doula!
