Hello, my name is Stephanie and I am the owner of Liberty Doula Services based out of Liberty Township, OH. I am also a certified doula and mother of four children. I have a license and Masters in Social Work and prior to becoming a doula, I spent 14 years working as a social worker in the community. While I loved getting to know and work with families, my passion lies in helping and supporting women and families in all stages of pregnancy and early parenthood. After having four unique births of my own, ranging from a hospital induction to a home birth, I realized there is a lack of continuous support for women in our society specifically related to pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum periods. I believe there are many missed opportunities to help set families up for success, starting with pregnancy and extending through the rest of their lives. I realized this was an opportunity for me to continue to support families in my community, but in a different way. This led me to become a doula. My mission is to walk beside families in my community to help them create gentle and memorable transitions into parenthood. The memories of these days will last a lifetime.

Hey there, my name is Jasmine Johnston and I’m from Cincinnati, OH. I am a Full Spectrum Doula and Wholistic infant feeding and lactation consultant. I am a proud gardener and crocheter. I also enjoy yoga, herbalism, vegan food, and wholistic health. I’m not new to care taking, I Have 10 Nieces and Nephews and I’ll always say my younger sister was my first baby. However, it was through my first born that I was reborn myself. While pregnant, I gained a passion for birthwork and gardening. I began to understand the importance of getting connected with earth’s essence and supporting each seed towards their fullest potential. In gardening, each seed knows exactly what to do when given the right environment to flourish. I believe in that philosophy for birthing people. I aim to support women in their fully informed power and connection to self through the ancestral ways of breastfeeding, birthing, and wholistic wellness.

Early parenthood requires decision after decision for you and your family. I’m a Certified Birth and Ayurveda Postpartum Doula, Certified Childbirth Educator, with additional credentials in Waterbirth. Cheryl Bartone, MS, HCHI, CLD Cheryl brings a unique element to the birthing world with her passion for health-sciences and her love of natural solutions. She graduated from University of Cincinnati College of Medicine with a Master’s degree in Epidemiology and has worked for The Christ Hospital in a research setting. The birth of Cheryl’s two children had such a positive impact on her that she decided to train with CAPPA to become a labor doula. She wants nothing more than to support women so they, too, can have the births of their dreams. Since hypnosis was the tool that she used to have her own joyful births she completed her training with Hypnobabies to become a certified Childbirth Hypnosis Instructor. When she’s not working on statistics or supporting a mother in birth, you can find Cheryl alongside her chef husband helping him with a catering event. You may even find her playing video games with her children, walking her dogs, or digging in the garden.
