I don’t have an exact budget, an I would just like someone aside from my husband who is able to speak up for me and assist me with laboring the way I want to. My goal is to have as natural of a labor and delivery as possible, using breathing techniques, movement, and positioning to manage pain. Medical interventions would be my last resort, but I understand they may be necessary if there are safety concerns for me or my baby. I would like someone who is patient, encouraging, and communicates well so I feel supported and calm throughout the process. My budget is flexible depending on the services provided.
