As a mom of two earth side kids, one angel baby, I have personal experience with breastfeeding, cloth diapering, babywearing, and baby-led weaning. My son was born in a hospital with a failed epidural, and my daughter had a dramatic, unassisted yet absolutely beautiful home birth. I’m a Full Spectrum Doula, newborn care specialist, and boy mom. Sleepless nights are not just a given, or a right of passage into parenthood and you do not have to just wait and hope your child grows out of it. I guide parents to follow gentle techniques to teach babies to sleep on their own, enabling them to sleep through the night. I help establish good routines and boundaries for older children to stop bedtime resistance and ensure kids are getting the appropriate amount of sleep.
