I am a homebirth midwife located in East Los Angeles. My goal for my clients is for them to feel educated in the world of birth, empowered in their experience, and safe with me as their provider. I spent most of my young life in Guangzhou, China where my family cared for orphaned newborns. After high school I found a maternity clinic in the Philippines offering midwifery training and began my journey there. After completing an accelerated program, I moved to California and became licensed with the Medical Board of CA. I worked in birth centers to gain further experience, then stepped fully into my own homebirth practice where my passion lies. I love homebirth. It offers endless opportunity to find personalized ways to care for and build trust with my clients. Homebirth and all the care leading up to it is holistic, it's intimate, and it's completely unique to each person's story.

During my second pregnancy, I knew I wanted to be more prepared and have a completely different birth experience. I did a lot of research on evidence-based practices and created an ideal vision for what I wanted this next birth to look like. And one Pitocin assisted birth, (which I don't recommend), I decided to try the Bradley method. I now have two Bradley babies. Both were born without any medical interventions or drugs, thanks to the Bradley method. I loved being in control of my labor and having my husband there, supporting me. My classes teach you How to work with your body, not against it. And help your partner to know how to support your laboring needs. So you can work together to get that precious bundle of joy out quicker and with less pain!!!👉YES, it’s possible! 😊 I became a Bradley instructor because I truly believe it works, I know first hand. I truly wouldn't birth any other way. I also love being able to meet all those cute babies. It's such an honor to make an impact in people's lives.
