I had a doula for my own births, and that experience opened my eyes to just how beautiful and capable the human body is. I’ve always been drawn to the process of birth and early parenting, and I’ve loved every stage of being a mom, from breastfeeding all of my babies to babywearing, co-sleeping, and fully embracing the joys and challenges of the newborn period. My philosophy as a postpartum doula is rooted in gentle, intuitive support that honors both baby and parent. I believe every family deserves care, guidance, and reassurance as they navigate the first weeks and months together. After welcoming my second child, I followed that calling and completed my doula training so I could support other families in a meaningful way. I’m a momma to 3 incredible babies, my love for pregnancy and babies started at young age, I always knew I wanted to be a mom. I decided to get into birth work after my first baby was born. I have experienced 3 vastly different births myself including a c-section and 2 home births. I am so passionate about vbacs and home births but I support all births and everyone’s decisions. I am based out of Norfolk county but I do travel within reason.
