Nurture The Divine is rooted in serving and empowering women to achieve the birth experience of their dreams. There is so much transformation that occurs during all 4 trimesters of pregnancy and it’s important for women to feel understood, heard, and validated during this sacred time. My doula approach encompasses physical, emotional, educational, and energetic support in a warm and loving space. My goal is to bring truly comprehensive, safe, healing, and whole-hearted doula care to all the beautiful families that I am blessed to interact with. I truly believe there is immense value in providing a safe space for the divine feminine to shine. Even in rare cases when medical interventions are necessary for the safety of mom and baby, the sacred nature of birth can still be preserved.

I don't even know where to start. I am almost 3 weeks postpartum and have been heavily reflecting on my pregnancy, labor, and delivery as a first-time mom. I matched with Kalista when I was about 20 weeks pregnant. The kindness, support, and education provided by Kalista from day 1 has made the entire experience incredibly memorable. My plan was to have an unmedicated birth, but complications along the way forced an induction and an epidural. My body continued to struggle to dilate, which caused a very uncomfortable, prolonged labor. There were many moments of feeling very challenged and overwhelmed. Kalista stayed by my side in the hospital the entire time, as soon as I was admitted. Kalista provided ambient lighting, meditation music, electrolytes, stress tools (ball and labor comb), suggested positions to try during contractions, and massaged my legs during the most intense times. One of the most memorable things I will always remember during my labor and delivery was her soft, kind words of encouragement during painful moments and during my actual delivery. I honestly can say that I wouldn't have been able to overcome the challenges without her and my fiance by my side. I was hard on myself when the turn of events changed my birth plan. Kalista made my fiance and I feel comfortable and confident that we could overcome it all and still have a positive delivery. When I look back on everything, I can honestly say that I will miss the entire experience and parts of me wish that it wasn't over. If I ever have another baby, I hope that Kalista is available again to help me have another positive birth experience. We are so grateful for her!

As your doula, my role is to support you and your family in the way that best helps you feel calm, confident, and present throughout labor. That might look like hands-on support to help you labor more comfortably at home, guiding your partner in how to do the same, offering gentle coaching as you breathe through contractions, or even quietly capturing photos and keeping loved ones updated. Every birth is unique, and I’m flexible to your goals and desires—even if they shift as labor unfolds. While some people picture doulas as very “woo-woo” or mystical, my style is more grounded and pragmatic. I believe in giving you practical tools, evidence-based guidance, and steady encouragement so you can navigate the challenges of labor with clarity and confidence. I love preparing families by educating them about what to expect and how to respond intentionally, rather than react impulsively in the moment. My professional background is in leadership, mentorship, and professional development, and I bring that same skillset into my doula work—helping you tap into your own strength, stay relaxed, and move through labor as smoothly as your body allows. My ultimate goal is to help you experience the fastest, easiest birth your body is capable of, while holding space for you to feel calm, supported, and fully present in the process.

Having Alix as our doula was the best decision my husband and I made for our birth. I had a long and unexpected labor, and she was our rock through it all. She was knowledgeable, reliable, kind, and incredibly supportive. Alix helped us communicate with the medical staff during stressful moments, making us feel heard and confident in our decisions. She also knew exactly when to step in and when to give us the privacy we needed, which I appreciated so much. After delivery, she helped me with breastfeeding and continued to support us when we needed it most. I truly can't imagine our birth experience without her. I highly recommend Alix to anyone looking for a compassionate and amazing doula.

Hello, I’m Kathy, and I’m honored to walk alongside families as they journey into parenthood. Becoming a mother is one of the most beautiful and life-changing experiences a woman can go through. It can also be overwhelming, emotional, and filled with uncertainty. I believe no mother should have to navigate that journey feeling alone. As a Birth and Postpartum Doula, my heart is in supporting mothers and families through the many transitions that come with pregnancy, birth, and bringing a new baby home. I am here to listen, encourage, reassure, and provide a calm and caring presence when you need it most. My educational background in Psychology, with an emphasis in Family and Marriage Therapy, has deepened my understanding of the emotional and relational changes that can occur during this important season of life. The arrival of a baby changes more than a family’s daily routine—it can change how we see ourselves, how we connect with our partners, and how we navigate our new roles as parents. I bring this understanding into my doula work by creating a safe, compassionate space where mothers and families can feel heard, supported, and understood. During pregnancy and birth, I support you in preparing for the experience you envision while respecting that birth can sometimes take an unexpected path. Whether your birth plan changes or unfolds exactly as you hoped, you deserve to feel informed, respected, and supported. After your baby arrives, my role is to help you find your rhythm as a new family. I provide practical and emotional support as you recover, learn your baby, navigate feeding and newborn care, adjust to new routines, and experience the many emotions that come with motherhood. I believe that caring for the mother is an essential part of caring for the family. My philosophy is simple: I don't believe in telling you how to be a mother. I believe in meeting you where you are, listening to what you need, and walking beside you as you discover your own way. There is no perfect birth, no perfect mother, and no single path into parenthood. There is only "your" journey—and I would be honored to be part of it. My goal is to help you feel seen, heard, supported, and confident as you move from pregnancy to birth and into the beautiful, sometimes messy, and deeply transformative journey of motherhood. You care for so many already. Let me help care for you.l.

After feeling dismissed and intimidated into making decisions against my better judgment during my first birth, I knew I wanted a different experience the second time and specifically sought out advocacy--hiring Britt as my doula was one of the best decisions I made. From the beginning, she was incredibly relatable and easy to talk to, taking the time to truly understand my preferences, concerns, and goals. Her background as a former high-risk RN, combined with her doula training, gave me so much confidence. She explained things clearly, helped me make informed decisions, and always made sure I felt heard and respected. No matter what questions or worries I had, she met them with patience and reassurance. Even though my birth didn't go as planned and ended in an unplanned C-section, Britt's support never wavered. She was a steady, calming presence throughout and helped me feel empowered and cared for every step of the way. I'm so grateful for her support and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly supportive doula. During such a vulnerable time where appointments can feel impersonal and too "routine", it was such a blessing to feel/know that someone really genuinely cared about me, my pregnancy and by baby!

Luz was truly the best doula I could have asked for. She supported me every step of the way throughout my pregnancy and was an incredible source of comfort, guidance, and knowledge. Her support during labor made all the difference. I genuinely believe that without her, I would not have had the smooth birth experience that I did. Her care didn't stop after delivery. During postpartum, she helped care for both my baby and me, allowing me to get the rest and recovery I needed. She even helped with everyday tasks like baby laundry and dishes, which was such a blessing during those early weeks. Luz is kind, respectful, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable. Even though I had previous pregnancies, she taught me so much that I never knew before. Her dedication and support exceeded every expectation. I cannot recommend her enough, she is simply the best!

I am a homebirth midwife located in East Los Angeles. My goal for my clients is for them to feel educated in the world of birth, empowered in their experience, and safe with me as their provider. I spent most of my young life in Guangzhou, China where my family cared for orphaned newborns. After high school I found a maternity clinic in the Philippines offering midwifery training and began my journey there. After completing an accelerated program, I moved to California and became licensed with the Medical Board of CA. I worked in birth centers to gain further experience, then stepped fully into my own homebirth practice where my passion lies. I love homebirth. It offers endless opportunity to find personalized ways to care for and build trust with my clients. Homebirth and all the care leading up to it is holistic, it's intimate, and it's completely unique to each person's story.

Bekah is an extraordinary midwife and human being. From the moment I found out I was pregnant, through every stage of pregnancy, labor, and postpartum, she provided unwavering support, guidance, and compassion. Bekah fully trusts the process of birth, deeply respects each family’s wishes, and offers her wisdom and experience in the most gentle, patient, and compassionate way. Her warmth, knowledge and care make the entire journey feel relaxed. It was a fun! I had a profoundly powerful birth experience, and I always felt completely supported by her presence. Bekah holds space beautifully, offering reassurance and guidance without ever taking away the autonomy or voice of the woman laboring. She is very experienced and confident. She is family. I could not have done this without her, and she will absolutely be my midwife for any future children. I cannot recommend her enough.

I had a wonderful experience with Tremaine. Before hiring her I was very nervous and she helped me prepare for labor mentality, emotionally and physically. My hospital birth was great all thanks to her. She really helped me a lot during labor by using aromatherapy, massage, positive affirmation, and guiding me on movements to help me cope with contractions. After labor she continued checking on me and gave me great advice that helped me heal. I recommend Tremaine because she has very caring, helpful and knowledgeable.

Hello, my name is Stella! I am eager to support you throughout your reproductive journey, from early planning to postpartum. My main role as a doula and educator is to provide you and your family unit with evidence-based information, guide you to make intuitive decisions, provide your physical body with healing touch and pain-relieving techniques, and support the co-regulation of your nervous system through listening, breathwork, continuity of care, and tenderness during any phase of your reproductive journey. I am originally from Bellingham, Washington and now live in Los Angeles, California. I have a strong belief that birthing people deserve the care, information, and support they desire. I am passionate and fierce about this work, while providing much needed humor and levity. I am committed to assisting you in getting the resources you need, whether that be working with me or providing sufficient referrals. As a queer person, I am eager to support queer, trans, and gender non-conforming families through their pregnancy, birthing, and postpartum journies. Lindsay Karevoll

Hello! I’m Lindsay, a birth and postpartum doula and mom of 2. I became passionate about maternal wellness when I was expecting my first child in Norway. I received such quality care — midwives, visiting baby nurses, cushy parental leave! — but I was still missing the emotional support and expertise I needed to help me navigate a foreign medical system and the many anxieties I held as a first time parent. Since then, I’ve learned from hundreds of parents that they, too, needed more support than was available to them. Often times, they felt others were pushing an agenda that was not in their best interest. I became a doula to help change that, one family at a time. I’m here to hold space for you, learn with you, ease your fears, and empower you to feel confident through this important time in your life. If you are looking for a doula to help you birth and nurture your child on your own terms, please consider booking a free consultation with me. I’d love to learn more about you and see if we are a good fit.

Asking Lindsay to be our Doula and specifically assist with postpartum care is the best decision we could have made as parents. Our second born was much more challenging than our first and loved to scream all hours of the day. Not only is Lindsay educated, great at explaining things, and creative, she also has a very patient and calming presence that we desperately needed. SOme of the other Doulas I met were too "out there" and I appreciated Lindsay's "down to earth" responses that were kind and intelligent. She helped us feel confident and stay focused and calm when we thought we couldn't handle the screaming anymore. She gave us reassurance even as second time parents, we couldn't have done it without her!

Hi, I’m Yoli! 🤍👶 I’m a certified doula, an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse, and the proud **founder and owner of Vida Birth Support . Vida is a Latina-owned business based in Riverside County, California, proudly serving families throughout the Inland Empire and surrounding communities. As a bilingual provider, I am passionate about offering compassionate, culturally sensitive care in both English and Spanish, ensuring that every woman feels understood, respected, and genuinely supported—without language barriers. With years of hands-on experience in Labor & Delivery and Emergency Care, I have witnessed both the incredible beauty of childbirth and the challenges women face when navigating the healthcare system. Throughout my nursing career, I have cared for women during some of their most vulnerable and empowering moments. I have also witnessed too many mothers enter the delivery room feeling overwhelmed, unprepared, unheard, or uncertain about their choices. I knew I wanted to be part of changing that experience. That passion is what inspired me to create Vida Birth Support.💗 My vision was to build something that goes beyond traditional birth support—a place where education, advocacy, compassion, and empowerment come together to help women take an active role in their birth experience. At Vida, our mission is simple yet powerful: **To empower women through education, advocacy, and personalized support so they can approach childbirth feeling confident, informed, respected, and supported.** ✨ **Education Is Empowerment** We offer comprehensive childbirth education classes designed to help expectant mothers and their families understand the incredible changes happening throughout pregnancy, labor, and delivery. Our classes focus on understanding the stages of labor, pain management options, medical interventions, recognizing potential complications, understanding patient rights, and learning how to communicate effectively with the healthcare team. I believe that when a woman understands her body, her options, and her rights, she becomes better equipped to make informed decisions for herself and her baby. ✨ **Compassionate Doula Support** In addition to education, Vida provides personalized birth and postpartum doula services centered on emotional reassurance, physical comfort, encouragement, and continuous support. Our goal is to create an environment where mothers feel safe, respected, and empowered throughout their journey. Whether you're preparing for your first birth or welcoming another little blessing, our team is here to walk beside you, provide guidance, and help ensure your voice is heard. ✨ **A Mission Close to My Heart** As a Latina woman, a mother, and a nurse, this work is deeply personal to me. I understand the importance of having someone by your side who not only understands the medical aspects of childbirth but also recognizes the emotional, cultural, and personal significance of bringing a new life into the world. I am especially passionate about helping bridge the gaps in maternal healthcare and advocating for women who may feel overlooked, intimidated, or unheard. My goal is to build a community where every mother, regardless of her background, language, or circumstances, has access to education, compassionate support, and the confidence to advocate for herself. At Vida, I believe: 🤍 Every mama deserves to feel heard. 🤍 Every woman deserves to understand her choices. 🤍 Every birth deserves dignity and respect. 🤍 Every family deserves compassionate, culturally sensitive care. 🤍 And every mother deserves to enter her birth experience feeling prepared, powerful, and supported. Vida Birth Support is more than a business to me. It is my passion, my purpose, and my commitment to making a meaningful difference in maternal healthcare. I created Vida because I believe we can do better for our mothers, our babies, and our communities. And I am proud to be building something that reflects those values every single day. ✨ Vida Birth Support — Empowering Mothers. Honoring Birth.
