Hi! I’m Crystal! I am a birth and postpartum doula in Solano County. I’m the eldest daughter of Mexican Immigrant parents. My birthwork practice is rooted in remembering and reclaiming ancestral wisdom and indigenous traditions. My parenthood journey opened my eyes to the ways our society has failed mothers and birthers which lead me to this work! I believe birthwork is revolutionary and my role is to show radical love and support for birthing people. I believe in informed consent and I do not shy away from advocacy! I support birthing people and their choices and I see it as my job to ensure you have the education, resources , as well as the empowerment to advocate for yourself and your baby. Birth and postpartum are team sports! Along with supporting the birthing person I also specialize in facilitating support from partners, families, and friends. Please check out my website for all of my offerings! Hola, soy Crystal!

I had such a wonderful experience having Crystal as my doula. She provided me with resources, tips, advice on how to prepare for my upcoming birthing experience. She was there with me the whole time I was in the hospital, and she helped ensure that I was as comfortable as possible during my labor. She did a great job in advocating my needs and birth plan to the hospital staff as well. I don't know what I would have done not having her as part of my support system. I highly recommend her!

Hi, I'm Jaye! I am a holistic certified full spectrum doula, meaning I specialize in prenatal care, labor and delivery (birth doula), and postpartum support. I love working with pregnant moms, and what makes me unique is that I offer quality, personalized care for moms and their birth partners. I am calm, down to earth, patient, and heart-centered. I like keeping my clients inspired and informed about their care. I am compassionate. I advocate fully for the families I serve and truly feel that this is my calling. My primary goal is to help moms feel safe and supported with smooth pregnancies and healthy pregnancy outcomes. Together we can do this :) As a holistic doula, I use evidence-based research in my practice and have over twenty years of experience working in holistic health, serving female clients and their birth partners. I work with families to develop comfort measures throughout pregnancy, relaxation techniques, birth partner support, and a comprehensive birth and postpartum plan. To be as flexible and accommodating as possible, I offer telehealth visits, in-person visits, and phone calls. My own journey to becoming a mom is quite unique. After years of infertility, several rounds of IUI, and even IVF, I finally had my miracle baby. I know firsthand how valuable a doula is in a mother's life, supporting her entire journey while also providing support to precious birth partners. I am passionate about helping provide access to mothers who need it most, offering comfort and care during their pregnancy journey while helping reduce disparities in maternal health. On a personal note, in addition to my doula work, I have an extensive background as a facilitator with a wide range of communities, uplifting women and youth while creating film and photography. I also have an extensive background in Higher Education. I am spiritual, and this grounds how I show up for every family I serve, listening closely to their needs, providing emotional support and comfort, and advocating for them every step of the way. My goal is to help every family feel informed, supported, and cared for throughout their pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey. Hi, my name is Shakti, I'm a certified birth & postpartum doula, and also a certified yoga teacher (prenatal, postnatal...), and an Ayurvedic practitioner, specializing in bodywork and h traditional healing & rejuvenation therapies. I love working with my hands, herbs, crystals, energies and other gifts mama nature provides. From the caring lens of Ayurveda I view pregnancy, birth and motherhood as a very sacred time of life deserving much respect, nurturing and care of the mind, body and spirit. I also believe in the profound wisdom and power of woman's body to give birth naturally and peacefully trusting her inner guidance. I'm rejoice with of the role of mama's supportive partner and their profound positive impact of her birth experience. My intent is not only co-creating a positive, memorable birth experience, but wellness, happiness and harmony within all stages of parenthood. Besides standard care I offer many sacred rituals and ceremonies to make this stage of life even more special (if desired). I love working hard to prepare you and support you so you can have the birth of your dreams! I spend a lot of time in nature, especially in water. I love to swim in the bay and dip in local streams, talk to trees, admire the beauty of flowers. I love to ride & massage horses, forage for wild herbs and make potions and medicines, dance, sing, paint, play my keyboard, and write (including children books), even have a little Blisshorseart shop on etsy, offering unique clothing. I love to spend time with my family. I'm a mama of two grown children and one new baby grandchild.

Hello, my name is Maria Depaz. I was born and raised in Monterey County, California, and I have always carried a deep passion for medicine, community care, and teaching. For over 12 years, I have worked in the medical field as a CNA, Medical Assistant and Phlebotomist, with experience in pediatrics, family medicine, urgent care, and psychiatric care. I am NICU Certified and currently serve families as a Full Spectrum Doula, supporting individuals through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, abortion, pregnancy loss, and reproductive experiences with compassionate and culturally rooted care. Alongside my medical background, I incorporate traditional Mexican healing practices that have been passed through generations in our communities. This includes sobadas, cerradas de caderas, baños, and postpartum care that honors the body, spirit, and transition into parenthood. I truly believe care is human, and my motivation to support my community is deeply rooted in my experiences within the medical field. While I may not have become a doctor, I do not see that as a limitation, but rather as a gift. My roles allowed me to build meaningful connections, provide quality care, and truly get to know the patients and families we served within our community. Through those experiences, I learned that healing is not only found in medicine, but also in compassion, trust, advocacy, and human connection. Those lessons continue to guide the way I care for families today. My approach blends clinical knowledge with nurturing, human-centered support. I believe families deserve care that is informed, respectful, culturally connected, and centered around trust, consent, education, and dignity through every stage of their journey.
