Just as much as the baby needs to be tended to and cared for, the birthing parent needs just as much. As your postpartum doula, I will be there for you as you process this big life change with a steaming cup of tea, and some healing, nourishing foods. I am a DONA trained birth and postpartum doula who has experience in helping you get through the first 4 trimesters. I offer three continuous layers of support: prenatal, birth, and postpartum care. I provide wisdom, guidance, advocacy, and support throughout your pregnancy and birth. As a birth doula, I offer unconditional, non-judgmental support and encouragement to the laboring woman, her partner and/or family throughout labor, delivery, and after childbirth. After baby arrives you can rely on me during those crucial first moments as a family. I will take care of household duties, diaper changes, and soothing baby so you can get some much-needed rest. I am a Denver native, mother, massage therapist, certified full spectrum doula, doula instructor, mentor, and overall healer. I offer services for all individuals and birthing families. I have worked with children and families since I was a teenager, and I feel I have always been called into the development and healing of others. I’ve taught preschool, been a nanny, a college enrollment advisor, and now massage therapist and birth worker. Hi, I'm Brandi, and I have worked with children professionally for 12 years. My experience is from newborns to 12 years of age, including children with special needs. I'm CPR & First Aid certified as well. I have worked in a daycare, as a full-time nanny, and now provide backup childcare. I do have families I work with on a weekly basis right now. I'm available for date night/day outings or school/daycare closures. I also provide overnight care due to travel or work schedules.
