Childcare has been my career for over thirteen years. Since 2011, I have had the privilege of supporting a wide range of families, caring for children from four months to twelve years of age in both private homes and early years settings. Along the way, I have intentionally sought opportunities that have broadened my experience, from private nanny positions and family support roles to early childhood education, leadership, and operating my own licensed childcare business.
