That's why I believe good doula care begins with listening. I was drawn to doula work because I wanted to provide women with the kind of steady, compassionate support that can be so meaningful during labor and birth. I help mothers explore different labor positions, movement, relaxation and comfort techniques while also providing the emotional encouragement that can be just as important during labor.
