I am here to help you have the birth experience you want. Whether it is an unmedicated birth, or you get an epidural, you are at home or at a hospital. I am here to support you. I am not here to judge anyone’s decisions or beliefs. My job is to support you in your choices. It is your birth experience let’s do it your way. When it comes to my clients I like to have a gentle touch, and a grounding presence. I also find adding in a dash of humor here and there helps lighten the mood. I am a strong ally of the LBGTQIA+ community, and would be more than happy to take on and support any clients who are part of that community. My doula experience began at UCSD through the Hearts and Hands program, and I still volunteer there today. I have taken childbirth education classes, breastfeeding classes, Newborn Care classes, and I am Infant CPR and First Aid certified.

As a first-time mom who planned for an unmedicated vaginal delivery, it was important for me to have a doula. We chose Arri to support us and deliver our baby girl in early September. It was such a pleasure to work with her and have her be by our side in the last trimester; it made me feel so confident that we can tackle anything that comes our way. Arri was such a calm spirit, very knowledgeable about all the techniques that my husband and I can use throughout the last month of pregnancy. We learned a lot through the initial meetings, and she validated that we were learning the right things in our research and classes. Her hands-on approach to showing us laboring positions and also all the tips and tricks to having the house ready for our newborn was so useful! Having Arri on call and responsive via text during my last few weeks was important to have a knowledgeable voice, guiding me and my husband through every step of the way. She coached and guided me through my labor contractions and help us move through early laboring at home, to sending ourselves to Sharp March Birch. Having Arri there for the delivery was exactly what I hoped for, a grounding person who wasn’t one of the multiple nurses and doctors who were buzzing in and out of the room. She knew my birth preferences, and supported my husband and I throughout the entire experience and was there with us from start to finish all the way through the recovery room. Definitely chat with Arri to be your doula, she was great!

We truly cannot put into words what Rosalie meant to our family during those early newborn weeks. She came into our lives at a time that felt overwhelming, emotional, and exhausting, and somehow brought a sense of calm, confidence, and steadiness that we didn’t know we needed so deeply. From the very beginning, we trusted her completely. The way she cared for our baby was so gentle, intuitive, and full of love, it felt like he was safe with someone who truly saw him. She didn’t just help us get through the nights, she helped us become parents. She guided us through feeding challenges, soothed him through the hardest moments, and taught us how to better understand and care for him. Her presence made everything feel more manageable. We were counting down the minutes until she would come. She was also incredibly intuitive when it came to me. She could sense when I was feeling overwhelmed or unsure and always met me with reassurance and guidance. Whether it was encouraging me to call the pediatrician when something didn’t feel right or simply reminding me to trust myself, she supported me in a way that went far beyond just caring for our baby. Saying goodbye to her was incredibly hard. We genuinely had to brace ourselves for it that entire week. There is something so special, and honestly emotional, about watching someone love and care for your baby the way Rosalie did. It’s not something you forget. We are forever grateful for her. She made one of the most vulnerable seasons of our lives feel supported, safe, and even beautiful in moments. Any family would be beyond lucky to have her, and we will always hold her in such a special place in our hearts.

My journey to becoming a mother was not easy. I had two very different and difficult births that taught me a lot about myself and the challenges of childbirth. My first birth was a long and exhausting labor that ended in an emergency cesarean. I felt scared, helpless, and disappointed that I couldn’t have the natural birth I wanted. My second birth was a planned cesarian, I felt unprepared, anxious, and overwhelmed by the intensity of the experience and felt guilty for not trying to deliver naturally. Both of my births left me feeling traumatized and in need of healing. These experiences made me realize that there is a gap in the traditional healthcare system when it comes to supporting mothers during birth. I felt that I didn’t get enough information, education, or emotional support from my providers, and that I had to advocate for myself and my baby. I decided to become a doula to fill that gap and to help other mothers have a better birth experience. As a doula, I offer personalized and continuous support to mothers before, during, and after birth. I help them prepare for their birth, cope with their pain, communicate with their providers, and celebrate their achievements. I want every mother to feel empowered, respected, and joyful during their birth.

Doula Laci is an amazing doula for all birthing people regardless of birth plan! Many other doulas I’ve met have pushed an exclusively “natural” birth plan but that doesn’t work for all bodies or families. Laci is amazing, understanding of multiple birth experiences and needs, and a deeply empathetic individual. You couldn’t find a better doula for your birth.

Hello! Are you looking for in home Childbirth Education or Postpartum weekend support? Thank you for looking at my profile. I'm excited to learn all about you and how best I can support you! I have worked as a Nanny for 17 years and I'm a mother to 4 of my own who are now adults. I work with a local postpartum doula agency but I am able to take clients that I meet on my own. Like you! I am registered on Trustline with a clean background, and CPR certified. I have completed 2 DONA workshops, Birth Doula and Postpartum Doula, but still working on my certification. I am a certified Childbirth Educator through Cornerstone Doula Training. The services I provide are: *Childbirth Education from a physiological standpoint and evidence based information. *Postpartum Doula support for overnights or daytime schedules. What that includes is a list created with you. Like many of us who have decided to become Doulas, I would like to provide the support and resources that I would have enjoyed. I have vivid postpartum memories of struggling to get through each day while absolutely sleep deprived and so stressed that I'm doing everything wrong. My goal is help you rest, feel nourished, and supported! I know that each parent and family are unique! My goal is to learn from you how can I support you. I'm not going to walk in assuming that I know how you feel or what your needs are. Every person is different! I feel each birthing and postpartum person deserves to feel heard, respected, and supported. My fees are on the lower end than those you find with Doulas and Childbirth Educators with experience specific to birth work. Thank you for reading! I look forward to working with you.

Hello! My name is Jessica—also known as Jess or Jessie—a birth doula proudly supporting families across Temecula and San Diego. My journey into birth work has been deeply personal, as I became a mother at seventeen and just recently welcomed a new baby to my family last summer. Born and raised in southern Illinois and married to my wife who grew up in Israel, I blend Midwestern warmth with global perspective in every birth I attend. Having experienced motherhood as a teenager and supporting my wife through her cesarean journey, I understand firsthand the many ways birth can unfold. My mission is to empower and uplift women of all ages—whether they choose home birth, a birth center, or a hospital setting—and to honor every birth story with compassion, respect, and celebration. I’d be honored to support you on yours.

Recent review

Jessica was a major reason why I was ultimately able to accomplish my goal of an unmedicated birth with my first baby! Her pre-birth sessions really helped prepare us for what to expect at the hospital and the birth plan she made for us helped keep the medical staff aligned with our goals. In the delivery room, no offense to my husband who was great too, but it was so valuable to have her by my side during labor especially when the nurses weren’t in the room. She kept me confident in achieving my goal even when I thought about asking for medication. She has visited several times after birth and has been so generous with her time, expertise, and even amazing cooking! We still keep in touch to this day. I highly recommend working with her!

I am a certified postpartum doula. I’m here to provide non judgmental support and help families navigate in the fourth trimester. I have 5 years experience working with families. Experience with twins, NICU babies, lactation support, sleep shaping.

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Tiffany for postpartum doula support, and we truly couldn’t be more grateful for her care and expertise. As first-time parents, we were navigating unfamiliar territory and looking for someone who could guide us through the early days with our newborn son. Tiffany exceeded every expectation. She supported us in so many important ways—from troubleshooting feeding and gas issues to helping establish healthy sleep habits (as much as possible with a newborn!). Her guidance gave us the confidence we needed as new parents, and her calm, reassuring presence was invaluable. Tiffany cared for our son twice a week for several hours at a time, giving both mom and dad a chance to rest and recharge. Beyond caring for our baby, she was also a tremendous support to me as a first-time mom. Her thoughtful check-ins before and after the birth made me feel genuinely cared for, and she consistently encouraged me to prioritize rest and recovery during those crucial early weeks. Tiffany is both professional and deeply compassionate. We wholeheartedly recommend her to any family looking for postpartum support—you’ll be in the best hands.

I live in OC with my three amazing children! If I’m not at a birth, you will find us at the beach surfing, playing, and enjoying the outdoors. I fell in love with all things birth when I became pregnant with my 1st child in 2008. As an avid reader and researcher, I made it my goal to learn everything I possibly could about the biology and physiology of birth, and how to have optimal health during and after pregnancy for both me and my baby. Like many first-time moms I have worked with, I had hesitations about giving birth to my 1st baby outside of a hospital setting. After all my research, classes, and conversations with midwives, I gained confidence in aiming for an unmedicated birthing experience. I found some lovely midwifes who had a midwifery ward in a hospital and gave birth to my 1st son unmedicated. Twenty-four hours of intense back labor from a posterior-positioned baby …but, I did it! My body actually did it! After birthing my first, statistically knowing it was the most challenging and longest labor, gave me confidence to choose home births for my second and third children. I had a successful home water birth with my second child and wanted to repeat that with my third. However, while laboring on the toilet with him, I suddenly dropped to my knees when he began to crown, and he became known as my bathroom floor “butter birth” baby :). Though I chose unmedicated births for myself, I do know it is not for everyone, which is more than OK! I quickly learned from my role as a doula that every woman’s body, medical history, and background are uniquely different. Many factors play into choosing the right birth for you. I am here to come alongside you, help you make an informed decision, and then support you every step of the way. I offer very personable and compassionate care. My approach is non-agenda-based, trauma-informed, and holistic-minded. No matter your history or past experiences, I am here to be a safe place for you. I will help educate, support, and advocate for you and your personal wishes. I look forward getting to know you and building a trusting relationship to where you feel 100% comfortable having me by your side for one of the biggest days of your life. 🙂 I am here for you! words will never do it justice to express our sincere gratitude and appreciation to both Noa and Alex. Alex was our birth doula, but they both supported us immensely throughout pregnancy and helped us feel truly prepared for childbirth. their knowledge, resources, and guidance—especially when it came to navigating decisions and creating our birth plan—were invaluable. having Alex with us during labor gave us real peace of mind and confidence that our preferences would be honored. her calm, warm presence was incredibly grounding and supportive. her expertise allowed both my husband and I to be fully present throughout and after to delivery to enjoy those special moments with our newborn. as second-time parents, we didn’t have a doula for our first birth, and the difference was significant. having their support throughout pregnancy and during the birth of our second daughter made the entire experience feel more informed and supported. we cannot recommend these two human beings enough if you are looking for an uplifting and positive birth experience! – s & b

As a postpartum doula, I’m committed to offering gentle, reliable support that helps your family feel grounded, confident, and truly cared for after birth. I believe it truly does take a village! Through my own journey with a spirited toddler, I’ve experienced firsthand how transformative (and challenging) the shift into parenthood can be. For the past two years I have worked as a full-spectrum doula, now devoting most of my practice to supporting families in the postpartum period, and have had the privilege of serving more than fifty postpartum families. My calling to this work is deeply personal. Having lost my own mother during adolescence, I grew into my maternal nature early. That experience shaped my understanding of how essential nurturing, presence, and steady support truly are, especially during the vulnerable days and weeks after birth. I bring that perspective into every home I serve. My approach is grounded, compassionate, and practical. I aim to create a calm, affirming space where parents can rest, heal, learn, and feel genuinely cared for. At the heart of my work is a simple mission: to make a meaningful difference for families during one of the most tender and powerful transitions of their lives.

Brie worked with us as our post-partum doula and I could not have been more thankful to have found her! She did nights with us, at first 3 nights/week for 6 weeks and then we hired her for an additional 2 nights/week for 10 weeks because she was just that wonderful! She was so calm and caring. On the nights she worked with us, she would let herself in to our house, take our daughter and send us to bed and my husband and I both slept soundly knowing that our baby was in good hands which allowed us to feel better and be so much more present during the day. When our daughter needed to feed, Brie would bring her to me or bring me my pumps and then when I was done, I would text Brie and she would come in and take back over and I got to go back to sleep. Brie helped with tasks during the night such as doing laundry and even made me breakfast in the mornings before she left to ensure I would eat. I have recommended Brie to all of my friends and many of gone on to work with her and also had positive things to say. I cannot recommend her enough and if we were lucky enough to have another child in the future would 1000% want to work with her again!
