I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible support I received from my birth and postpartum doula, Kei. From my third trimester all the way through labor and the first four weeks postpartum, Kei was a constant source of guidance, comfort, and strength. Kei provided me with an abundance of resources, including recipes, guides, exercises, and daily affirmations, which were invaluable during my pregnancy. She was instrumental in helping me stick to my birthing plan, yet was flexible and adaptive when changes were necessary during labor and delivery. One of the many thoughtful gestures Kei made was gifting me a birth exercise ball and warm compresses for breastfeeding. Her knowledge on breastfeeding and pumping was extensive; she not only educated me on the process but also made me a special lactation tea that significantly helped increase my milk production. Her hands-on approach in showing me how to breastfeed, along with tips for storage, was incredibly reassuring for a first-time mom like me. Kei's expertise didn't stop there. She helped our baby accept a pacifier, something we struggled with on our own, and showed us various tools and techniques to soothe our baby during those tough middle-of-the-night crying spells. Her 24/7 availability was a lifeline, especially when I experienced Braxton Hicks contractions and needed reassurance. During labor, Kei's support was unwavering. She stayed with me for over 24 hours in the hospital, ensuring I never lacked anything, whether it was physical comfort or emotional encouragement. Kei's presence gave me the confidence and strength I needed to navigate this new chapter of my life. I left this experience not just with a supportive doula but with a life-long friend. I wholeheartedly recommend Kei's doula services to anyone seeking comprehensive prenatal and postpartum support. Her dedication, compassion, and expertise are unmatched. Thank you, Kei, for being an indispensable part of my journey into motherhood.

I am really thankful for the amazing help she gave me when my son was born. Right from the start she was friendly well-informed and caring which helped me feel confident and comfortable during my pregnancy and delivery. During labor she provided support comfort and encouragement throughout the entire process. She collaborated smoothly with my doctors and my partner making sure I felt cared for both physically and emotionally. Her help with pain management techniques like breathing exercises and body positioning was extremely helpful. After the baby was born she kept in touch with us offering useful resources for after the birth and emotional support. I really appreciate her for helping me have a great and empowering birth experience. I strongly suggest her to anyone in need of a caring and talented doula! Even after the birth, she continued to check in on us, providing helpful postpartum resources and emotional support. I had a positive and empowering birth experience. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate and skilled doula!

Having Michelle as part of our birth process was one of the absolute best decisions we made. We really wanted someone who had a deep knowledge and could help prepare us yet also be emotionally / psychologically supportive - and she was incredible. Her calm yet empowering energy, her levelheaded acumen, her kind consideration and openness - she made all the difference not only in the delivery room but before and after as well! Michelle prepared us thoroughly regarding what to expect, provided us lots of 'tools' (i.e. resources, information, exercises, etc) to have in our toolbox, and when things were happening during labor she was a grounding presence able to help ask the right questions, make sure I was approaching things the way I wanted to, and we felt incredibly supported the whole time. She made the room a little oasis which I truly believe contributed to me relaxing and ultimately having a smooth delivery. She is the best - anyone would be lucky to have her on their team. <3

Our experience with Liz was truly wonderful! With Liz, you will feel safe, heard, & held through one of the most important moments of your life. When we initially spoke, it was probably 2 minutes into the conversation when we knew she was the right doula. The call ended, my husband & I looked at each other & immediately said, "I LOVED her." Liz laid out everything that we should expect, & did it in a way where we didn't feel judged. Others had tried to convince us that we had unresolved trauma, or had made mistakes in previous births. Liz's trust in us knowing what we needed was so reassuring. During the pregnancy, Liz is there if you need her, checking in to see how appts. went, & getting a feel for your mindset approaching birth. Liz was vital in my ability to remain calm as my due date came, then passed by 9 days! We discussd ways to help encourage labor, different scenarios as 42 weeks approached, & reassurances that my baby & body knew what they were doing. Being a 3rd time mom I really thought I knew it all, but when things went so much longer than we all expected, I was so grateful to have Liz's calm & confident presence. At OBC, Liz arrived exactly when I needed her. She easily fit into the flow of labor offering assistance to me, & guiding my husband to help through contractions. Liz understands when to step to the forefront, & also when to hang back. Her experience & presence in the birthing space made me feel more supported & calm than I had previously. My labor was fast, but I never felt like I lost control. Liz took stunning photos during birth, capturing all of the phases of labor, recovery, & beautiful shots of the baby. The photos will be cherished by our family for the rest of our lives! Liz doesn't disappear after you're done having the baby. She checks in during your recovery at home, & even comes to visit. We loved working with Liz!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about OS Care Service. From the very beginning, Olga made me feel supported, informed, and truly cared for. Her calm presence and deep knowledge helped ease my anxieties throughout my pregnancy and especially during labor. She provided not only physical comfort techniques but also emotional support that made such a difference in my birthing experience. Olga was attentive, patient, and always available when I had questions or needed reassurance. After the birth, her newborn care support was just as incredible—she helped me feel more confident as a new parent and made the transition so much smoother. When I contacted Britt, I was 12 weeks pregnant with my first baby. I really desired to have a relationship with my doctor, but since most OBGYN practices have you seeing multiple professionals, I was not getting that. I was desiring to go the natural birth-in-a-hospital route and hearing other friends’ stories, a doula sounded like the perfect fit. Britt was recommended by one of my friends who had Britt attend and help at all three of her babies’ births. Britt offered us a birthing course in our home, she gave us literature and resources to use an practice as we anticipated our first birth, she was ALWAYS responsive when texted or called, was informed about alternatives such as the Fresh Test, and she was a great help and encouragement to my husband pre-birth, during labor and delivery and after birth. Britt knew what I wanted - when we got to the hospital and we were almost put into a room without a tub, she was there ADVOCATING for us (since a tub room was available and it was my hope to labor in one). Britt is levelheaded, intelligent, witty, and has an excellent sense of humor. She tells it like it is. She is loving and compassionate - truly a gift from heaven. She checked in on me all throughout my pregnancy and after my baby was born. As she put it to me, “Once your doula, always your doula.” To put it simply, hire Britt as your doula. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I will try to put into words the feelings I have, in an attempt to express my gratitude to Renée. Firstly, I would not have been successful without her. She believed in me, my body, my ability even when I questioned it. She knew what to do at every step- from our first conversation to the leading up to the birth, to actual birth & right after. Thank you for helping me at home as well. You just knew exactly what to do & coached me through it in a kind, gentle way (even when others were nervous you knew how to handle them too ;). Knew what to do to progress labor and when to move to hospital. I don’t know how Renée remained so present with me during the hospital delivery. A million people screaming at me- I focused on what she said. She just knew. 30 mins in L&D and baby was here. This was thanks to her cues. I would not have known what was happening without the cues Renée taught me. And after birth, helping us with immediate nursing & taking pictures!

Her passion for childbirth began in her birthing her four children within five years and learning the amazing power of the mind, soul, and body in physiologic birth and thereafter. Becoming a DONA trained Doula has given her the professional skills and resources to help other birthing people and their partner(s) awaken and tune into this power. As your Doula, she is honored to hold space for you and meet you where you are along your reproductive journey. She will provide emotional, informational, and physical support and hold your hand as you learn to advocate for your preferences in what is the most personal and sacred time in your life. By encouraging you to feel confident, fully supported, in control of your choices, and well equipped with the tools and comfort measures, her goal is to help you optimize any path your birth takes. She especially wants to do all she can to educate the community about the power of birth support, increase access to these evidence based services, and work with BBIPOC and trans and queer birthing people who often experience trauma and inequitable care along their gestational journey. As a Latinx Doula, she is a strong proponent of reclaiming and honoring the cultural roots of birthing communities and their traditional practices. Elizabeth is bilingual in Spanish.

Elizabeth is absolutely amazing! We used her for our second pregnancy, which really says it all. After having such a great experience the first time around, there was no question that we wanted her by our side again. She is incredibly responsive, always available to answer questions, and provided guidance and support around the clock throughout the pregnancy. She was a huge help to my wife, but also to me as a husband. Having someone knowledgeable, reassuring, and supportive there whenever we needed her made such a difference. I cannot recommend Elizabeth enough. Whether it’s your first baby or your fourth, I would highly recommend having her in your corner. We are so grateful for everything she did for our family!
