Paige Carignan

Hi, I’m Paige! I’m a birth & post partum doula who is passionate about helping families feel informed, supported, and confident throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. With a background in patient care and experience supporting families in hospital, birth center, and home birth settings, I bring a calm, encouraging, and compassionate presence to every birth. I believe birth is deeply personal, and every family deserves to feel heard, respected, and empowered in their choices. My goal is to create a safe space where you can ask questions, advocate for yourself, and feel fully supported every step of the way. I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you welcome your little one! - Doula P 🦋

I truly can't put into words how grateful we are to have had Paige by our side during one of the most important days of our lives. From the moment she joined us, she brought such a calming, reassuring presence that instantly made me feel safe, supported, and confident. Labor can be overwhelming, but having Paige there made all the difference. She was constantly encouraging me, reminding me of my strength, and helping me believe that I could do it. One of the biggest reasons I was able to have the unmedicated birth I had hoped for was because of Paige. During the toughest moments, she knew exactly how to motivate me, comfort me, and guide me through each contraction. Her emotional support, hands-on comfort measures, and gentle reassurance kept me focused when I wanted to give up. She wasn't just doing her job—she genuinely cared about my well-being and made me feel like I was never alone. What impressed us most was how attentive and intuitive she was. She always seemed to know exactly what I needed without me even having to ask. She also made my husband feel supported and involved, which meant so much to both of us. Looking back, I honestly can't imagine going through labor without her. If you're looking for a doula who is compassionate, knowledgeable, incredibly supportive, and someone who will wholeheartedly advocate for and encourage you throughout your birth journey, I cannot recommend Paige enough. She helped make our birth experience empowering, beautiful, and something we will cherish forever. We will always be thankful for everything she did for our family. — Rucha, Dipen & Baby Nirvaan ??

Let me start by saying, I had no idea I even needed a doula until I met Katharine! I truly cannot define her job for you. I just don't have the words. What I do know is, Katharine listened to what I needed, took care of me and saw me through until the very end. Pregnancy and labor are both passage ways to becoming something beyond your current self. For this life transition, you're going to want Katharine! Katharine's overall presence and guidance throughout my entire pregnancy was infinitely the best thing for me, my fiancé and my baby girl! I wish she was still in LA because i’d get pregnant right now to have her with me. We love you, mama. You are everything and more!
