Hello to all current and future mothers and families! My name is Sarah. I’ll be turning 20 on July 7th, 2025, and I was born right here in Calgary at Foothills Hospital. I currently work in both the hospitality and retail industries while preparing to launch my practice as a Holistic Doula. Starting a new business comes with its fair share of challenges—especially while working two jobs—but I’m dedicated to growing this practice and creating a supportive, nurturing space for individuals and families as they prepare to welcome a new life. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, singing, swimming, and occasionally acting or dancing. I’ve always had a strong connection with children and have a natural instinct to nurture and protect them. My friends and family often say I bring calm and comfort wherever I go, something I strive to offer every client I work with. As a doula, my goal is to provide compassionate, personalized care to all clients. I welcome people from all walks of life and am committed to treating every individual with dignity, respect, and kindness. I’m especially passionate about supporting those who may not always receive the care and understanding they deserve, including young mothers, individuals with disabilities, and others navigating unique circumstances. Hello, I am Anne-Marie and I’ve been a doula since 2018. I am certified in both birth and postpartum, however I specialize in postpartum. I do overnights and daytime shifts. I have also travelled and would love to help you on your vacation.

I have always loved babies. At family gatherings you would usually find me snuggling the newborns and entertaining the other kiddos. It wasn’t until I gave birth in 2015 that something shifted and I was living the postpartum experience myself. I realised that yes, I loved all things birth and I consider myself a certified birth nerd, but there was something missing. I had just had this huge transformation but everyone just wanted to hold my baby. Who was holding me? That part of your story matters. As a parent and birth worker I will walk along side you as you navigate this new version of you - and I am grateful to see it.
