I felt called to work with birth as a young adult, and love helping folks prepare for and navigate their birth journeys, as well as their relationship to their birth stories. As your doula you will receive warm and personal care for your needs as you transition through your pregnancy. The focus will be about nutrition, exercise, self care, lactation, and plans for a safe and healthy post pregnancy recovery. As your postpartum doula, meal preparation, light housework, shopping, and caring for your baby will be provided to enable you to rest and recover. I am a retired RN for L&D/pediatric newborns. I have 8 adult children, 16 grandchildren, and two dogs. In my spare time, I enjoy gardening, singing in my church choir, and traveling with family.
