Couldn’t be more grateful for the support from Elizabeth & Amy! I hired them as my doula team and it was one of the best decisions I made for my pregnancy and birth experience. We had 2 prenatal visits and 1 postpartum visit, and they answered all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed. As a first-time mom who had an OB, I felt strongly pulled to hire them for extra support - and I’m so thankful I followed that instinct. Thanks to Elizabeth, I had an unmedicated birth. She believed in me when I needed it most and guided me through every contraction with so much calm and confidence. I delivered a healthy baby girl (6 lbs 9 oz), and I will always be grateful for the role she played in one of the most important days of my life. They offer 24/7 WhatsApp support - even months after birth - which made my partner and I feel supported and never alone during early parenthood. They are incredibly knowledgeable, warm, relatable, and genuinely wonderful people. Amy is also super tech-savvy, so everything felt organized and seamless from start to finish. I truly felt cared for as a new mom. I would highly, highly recommend them. The whole experience was amazing!

Hello! My name is Andrea, and I am an experienced overnight newborn care specialist with over 10 years of childcare experience supporting families through the newborn stage and beyond. I am CPR and First Aid certified and passionate about providing compassionate, dependable overnight care that allows parents to rest, recover, and enjoy their time with their new baby. My approach is centered around creating a calm, safe, and nurturing environment for your newborn while respecting each family’s individual parenting style and preferences. I assist with overnight feedings, diaper changes, soothing, bottle preparation and sterilization, and helping establish healthy sleep habits. I understand that the early weeks with a newborn can be both exciting and exhausting, and I strive to make that transition as smooth as possible. I pride myself on being reliable, patient, and attentive. My goal is to give parents peace of mind knowing their baby is receiving loving, attentive care throughout the night so they can wake up feeling rested and supported. Building trusting relationships with families is incredibly important to me, and I feel privileged to be part of such a special time in their lives. Hi, I’m Angelina, co-founder of Cradira and a Perinatal Support Worker/Postpartum Doula serving families across the Greater Toronto Area. I provide overnight postpartum support for expecting and new parents who need more rest, more reassurance, and fewer “are we supposed to know what we’re doing?” moments. My work includes newborn care, postpartum recovery support, feeding and sleep guidance, emotional reassurance, and practical help with the everyday reality of life after baby arrives. Because yes, the baby is a big part of postpartum. Obviously. But so are the dishes, the laundry, the night plan, the feeding setup, the relationship stress, the texts from people asking how they can help, and the fact that someone still needs to know where the clean sleepers are. Over the last 25 years, I’ve learned that families usually don’t need more pressure or perfect-parent advice. They need someone calm, experienced, and practical who can walk into the real-life version of their home and help things feel a little less chaotic. Many of the families I support are also carrying more than newborn care alone: anxiety, depression, PMADs, fertility stress, loss, neurodivergence, relationship strain, or the pressure of being the person who usually keeps everything running. I don’t diagnose or provide therapy, but I am very comfortable supporting families where these realities are part of the picture. That might mean taking over baby care so parents can sleep, supporting a feeding plan, talking through newborn sleep, helping with bottles or pump parts, giving parents a chance to rest, or helping make the household pieces a little easier to manage. Sometimes the biggest relief is not a complicated plan. It’s someone saying, “Okay. Here’s what we’re going to tackle next.” My approach is warm, inclusive, evidence-informed, and rooted in real life. I’m not here to tell families there is one right way to do this. I’m here to help them feel steadier, more supported, and less like they have to hold everything in their heads. Baby doesn’t need perfection. Your family needs steady support, realistic plans, and someone calm in the room when everything feels like a lot.

Chantell helped me tremendously after I gave birth to my son. I had a caesarean so I needed all the help I could get. She would help me with light cleaning, caring for him and attended appointments with us. She also provided me lots of emotional support as well, as I was a young first time mother and she was very patient and understanding with me. Overall she is very supportive and nurturing and I’m sure if you chose her, you would not be disappointed!

I’m Amanda :) I’m a Newborn Care Specialist and Postpartum Doula with 20 years of experience as a caregiver supporting families and caring for children from the newborn stage through early childhood (and beyond). I bring a warm, calm, and intuitive approach to helping babies—and parents—feel cared for, supported, and loved. I loved completing my training to become a Postpartum Doula and Newborn Care Specialist, deepening my skills in newborn sleep, feeding, recovery support, multiples care and gentle nighttime routines. Families often describe me as a “baby whisperer” and “real-life Mary Poppins.” I have a background in teaching, psychology, and Master Life Coaching, with studies in child development, attachment, trauma-informed care, and emotional regulation—all of which guide my responsive, heart-centered approach. I’m Infant/Child/Adult CPR certified and experienced in supporting healthy sleep routines, emotional attunement, and nurturing environments. My care style is gentle, playful, and grounded in child-centred connection. Whether I’m feeding, burping & soothing a newborn, playing with a toddler (helping soothe tantrums or find ease & connection in transitions), or helping parents find more play or rest in parenting, I bring compassion and genuine love for the work I do & the families I get to care for. When I’m not with little ones, I also support parents and children as a Play-Based Healer and Family Coach, helping families navigate big emotions, communication, and connection. If you’re looking for calm, caring daytime infant/postpartum care or nighttime support for your baby (or babies!), I’d love to be part of your family’s journey. 💜 Supporting families in these early days & being part of your family's care team is truly an honour. I look forward to getting to know you & your little one(s)! :)

There are no words to describe the unbelievable value and knowledge that Emily brought through my entire pregnancy, birth and postpartum. I always knew I wanted to have a doula especially at birth, but I didn’t realize the important role Emily would play. She educates you throughout pregnancy and provides you with a range of resources. You learn about what is happening during your body at the time as well as birth itself and your choices during labour. My birth was not the way I had imagined it would go. But having the knowledge and being able to advocate for myself in what I wanted at the time allowed me to have an empowering birth no matter the outcome. Emily was the one who made sure we knew our choices every step of the way. I had never felt so prepared or confident for what I was predicting to be a HUGE challenge. Having a doula is literally like having a passionate best friend, who you can count on at any time and who is a constant wealth of knowledge! Emily especially, is a warm, positive, compassionate and unbelievably supportive human. She makes you feel comfortable in your most vulnerable moments. My husband really enjoyed working with her and the encouragement of labour techniques that they tag teamed during labour. He kept saying, “I couldn’t have done it without Emily”, as she was there the entire longggg labour. Another amazing benefit Emily has provided us with is that after birth she will answer any phone call or text with questions, which is so appreciated when you're sleep deprived and have no clue how to care for a new baby. She is especially knowledgeable with breastfeeding, helping our baby get the perfect latch! I hope we are able to conceive again one day and have Emily with us every step of the way! She truly is the positive light everyone should have during the most vulnerable times!

Hi there! My journey as a birth and postpartum doula began with a simple yet powerful realization: too many families face parenthood weighed down by fear, doubt, and isolation. My work is about helping you build confidence, trust your instincts, and embrace the beautiful, imperfect journey of parenthood with peace and strength. From the very first flutter of possibility through the tender, tiring, beautiful early days of parenthood, my team and I aim to be the bridge that helps families feel supported, informed, and empowered. My approach to birth blends practical knowledge with heartfelt care—nurturing nutrition, mindset preparation, and gentle body movement—so every family feels ready, capable, and never alone. When I'm not serving as a doula, you'll find me nose-deep in a book, wandering through nature, or soaking up time with my own family—the very thing that inspired this work in the first place.

Fiona was absolutely amazing! She prepared us so much for postpartum that we had minor issues. During my labour she was the reason I felt supported enough for my husband to deliver our baby, she also did prep with him beforehand and everyone was raving about how well he did! We had a beautiful experience, she made me feel so safe. I couldn’t have gotten through my labour so well without her. I had an absolutely beautiful stress free home birth with her. We will definitely be booking her for the next 😅☺️

As a mother of three, I understand firsthand the beauty and challenges that come with the postpartum journey. My work as a postpartum and birth doula is rooted in deep empathy and genuine care, qualities that have only been strengthened through my experience raising a special needs child. I bring calm, nonjudgmental support to families as they adjust to life with a newborn, offering both practical help and emotional reassurance. Over the past several years, I have supported families through both hospital and home births, navigating many different birth experiences and outcomes. I remain a steady advocate throughout, ensuring that families feel heard, respected, and empowered in every decision. My experience also includes childbirth education, lactation education, and newborn sleep support, helping parents feel prepared, confident, and informed from pregnancy through postpartum. My goal is always to nurture both baby and parents, creating a peaceful, supported environment where healing and bonding can truly thrive.

Victoria was my Doula for both my first and second babies, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She not only provided real, evidence-based birth education, but she also made me feel completely comfortable and confident throughout my pregnancy and labour. Victoria was by my side every step of the way, offering calm reassurance, kindness, and incredible knowledge. Her support made such a difference, and her service was worth every penny. I’m so grateful for her care and highly recommend her to any expecting parent!
