Courtney Falcon

My journey as a labor doula began in 2021, driven by a deep passion for supporting families during one of life’s most transformative moments. With a strong foundation in newborn and infant care since 2015, I feel truly honored to walk alongside parents as they welcome their little ones into the world. My background includes working as a Floortime therapist for children with ASD, serving as an after-school program director, and capturing magical memories as a photographer at Disneyland. Yet, nothing compares to the profound joy of hearing a baby's heartbeat on a monitor and then witnessing their first cries as they enter the world. I am committed to continuous learning and aspire to expand my expertise as a postpartum doula and grief/death doula, ensuring I can provide compassionate care at every stage of the journey.

Courtney Falcon was our back up doula for our second child, but it ended up being a great experience and possibly even kismet. We were very lucky to have someone take charge in a warm and loving manner. We felt supported every step of the way. She even stayed many late hours after the birth to help make sure our son was stable and didn't have to go to the NICU. Without her diligence, our child wouldn't have been able to avoid the NICU- she was a godsend. She's extremely knowledgeable, and is always looking to expand her learning. She was always providing us with more resources than we even knew we needed, and not just about babies, but about child/toddler behavior as well. Courtney is also excellent with babies and children, and provided some child care to our family during our times of need. With her previous background working with kids, we felt our kids were in the best of hands. We cannot recommend Courtney Falcon enough to be your doula, please book her today!

My experience with Jade as my doula has been amazing, and I’m so grateful to have had her be a part of my journey into motherhood. Before giving birth, Jade took the time to educate me on what to expect during labor and delivery and taught me about newborn care. As a first time mom, this was really helpful and made me feel more prepared for what was ahead. When it was time to give birth, Jade was truly amazing. She didn’t hesitate to take initiative in the labor room, and whatever I needed, she was right there. Whether it was a cold cloth, my lip gloss, a fan, or water, she was always attentive and making sure I was as comfortable as possible. She was right alongside my partner, helping hold my legs while coaching and encouraging me throughout the entire process. Having someone so attentive and helpful during such an intense and vulnerable moment in my life meant so much to me. She also recorded and captured my birth experience, which is something I will always be grateful for. Being able to look back on those memories and see the moment I brought my son into the world is truly priceless. Her support didn’t stop after I had my son. Her postpartum visits have been great, and I really appreciate the care and support she continues to give me as I adjust to being a new mom. She has also provided thoughtful gifts for both my postpartum recovery and my baby, which I truly appreciate. Those gestures mean a lot and show how thoughtful and caring she is toward both moms and their little ones. I would definitely recommend Jade to other moms, especially first time moms. She has been there for me before, during, and after birth, and I’m truly thankful to have had her by my side during such a special time in my life. She made me feel cared for and supported, and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to be part of my birth experience. ??

Rachel Meakins is a doula, lactation counselor, childbirth educator, newborn care specialist, and maternal health advocate based in Los Angeles. Through her practice, Zenbari, she supports women and families through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and the transition into modern motherhood with a calm, highly personalized approach. With a background spanning pre-med studies, psychology, public relations, maternal health coaching, and perinatal education, Rachel brings both emotional depth and practical systems-thinking into her work. She is known for helping families feel informed, steady, and genuinely supported — not only during birth, but throughout the massive physical, relational, and identity shifts that come with becoming a parent. Her care combines evidence-based education with intuitive, real-life support. Clients often work with Rachel for guidance around birth preparation, feeding, newborn care, postpartum recovery, household dynamics, partner communication, and creating sustainable systems that allow mothers to feel more resourced and less overwhelmed during the early months. In addition to her private client work, Rachel works in maternal health education and community advocacy, serves as a Fair Play facilitator, and is a health coach focused on the vaginal microbiome and women’s health across fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum. Her philosophy is that mothers deserve thoughtful, coordinated care that considers the full picture — not just the baby, but the woman, her relationships, her recovery, her nervous system, and the life she is returning to afterward.

Welcome! My name is Rose, and I'm a certified birth doula. I will accompany you in your pregnancy, labor and postpartum journey. I provide assistance during pregnancy and labor by giving parents the necessary information they need to make informed decisions about their care. I provide newborn assistance, information on childbirth education, breastfeeding, lactation and postpartum support. As a community doula I believe in healing the body. The reason many women do not heal during postpartum is because there are still many toxins trapped in their bodies that prevent them from healing. I work with mothers at whatever stage of emotional and physical support they need and provide them with the resources they need to feel empowered throughout this journey. I believe in holistic healing, ayurveda, essential oils, aromatherapy & yoga. I have lived in Taiwan and South Korea and have learned about traditional healing methods. My experience includes working with women from all walks of life and cultural backgrounds. This includes women who have experienced pregnancy loss, abortions, trauma and high-risk IVF procedures. I also speak Spanish and work with the Spanish speaking community. I hold a Master's Degree in Education and a Certified Birth Doula certification. I really enjoy teaching couples and enhancing their knowledge about pregnancy & labor. Unlike other doulas, I bring a strong background in healthcare working in acute hospitals in the nursing department. Although I am not a nurse, my background includes ER, ICU, medicine & surgery, mental health, rehabilitation, post rehab and sub-acute units. I am also trained as a medication technician which allows me to understand the different types of medications that are given to patients in hospitals. I've worked in a variety of hospital settings and have the necessary experience to deliver bedside nursing skills. I accept several forms of insurance across California. Contact me today!

Simone is a deeply passionate and body-positive doula whose advocacy for birthing people of all sizes and backgrounds shines through her work. She completed her doula training through the AAIMM/Kindred Space program, where she excelled and grew tremendously in confidence and skill. Through hands-on mentorship, she learned to navigate real client concerns and the impacts of racism on birth outcomes, offering insightful, compassionate, and culturally aware support. Clients consistently felt safe, seen, and empowered in her care. Simone is wise, intuitive, and a powerful listener with genuine humility. Any family or birth team would be lucky to have her.
