I will be by your side as you bring your baby into the world whether at a hospital, birthing center, or in the comfort of your own home. Once baby is born, I will continue to provide you with educational support as well as encouragement and emotional support as you become acquainted with your baby. I will support your infant feeding journey (breastfeeding or otherwise) and offer household organizational support. I have time to get to know YOU, not just your birth preferences. I have time to provide you with as much support as you need throughout your entire journey. I genuinely love supporting others and being an empath means this role comes naturally to me. After birth, both parent(s) and baby need a lot of support. I can do overnight but also daytime 8-hour shifts to help care for baby so that you can get some rest, or on a consultation basis – an informative session on infant care, breastfeeding techniques and restorative care for the parent who gave birth. I feel blessed that as a doula, I am part of such a beautiful moment and environment called birth, where I am able to help enable mothers to help believe in themselves that they strong, beautiful and powerful.
