I have been working in the birthing world for the past 15 years as a birth doula since I received my training through DONA International in Chicago, IL, from some of the most amazing women. Despite that birth not going anywhere near to plan, I felt supported, safe, and empowered through my entire pregnancy and delivery. Sara received her coaching certification so she can combine her own passion for fitness with her passion for birth work.
