Hi, I'm Sierra! I'm a doula/lactation counselor local to the PNW. I am also a descendant of the Coeur D'Alene Tribe and an archery enthusiast. It is my intention to serve every family I can with a focus on Indigenous and low-income peoples. ♥️ I have always had a calling to serve others in a way that feels authentic and meaningful. After having my first child at home I was inspired to become a doula. I feel that this calling has fulfilled my dream of genuinely serving community as well as satisfied my desire to continuously learn and share knowledge with others. I am now a year into my journey and have completed two doula trainings. I am a Certified Indigenous Lactation Counselor, first aid & CPR certified, food worker certified, and bloodborne pathogens certified. I am also currently working toward an Indigenous childbirth educator certification and learning Salish!

I am happily married to my best friend, and we are blessed with two wonderful sons. My interest in birth and breastfeeding has always been a passion of mine. The birth of my first son was at the hospital and was a life-changing experience that ignited a fire within me. I knew then that I wanted to support families as they welcomed, nourished, and nurtured new life. I became a certified doula in January of 2021 and began attending births. Being welcomed into someone's birth space is an incredible honor. Witnessing the transformative and miraculous experience of birth is truly awe-inspiring. In 2022, we welcomed our second baby at home, and the night and day difference in my experiences solidified my dream of becoming a midwife. I am excited to learn and grow as a student midwife and to serve families. When I am not attending births, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, reading, and cooking.

I grew up playing sports, but had seasons of inconsistent exercising throughout school. It wasn’t until I started Crossfit that I personally felt the benefits of consistency and how empowering strength training can be. After experiencing pain relief and an overall improved capacity for all life has to offer, my mission is to help all of my patients experience that freedom. My husband I are now trying to start a family, and after experiencing some difficulties along the way and still working out hard, I started to see there is big gap in pelvic floor physical therapy, especially for pregnant and postpartum moms who want to still lift heavy, jump, and run. I understand that womanhood is challenging and requires a lot from us. That’s why my philosophy is women should be strong, resilient, and ready to take on all of life’s challenges without having to worry about the pelvic floor. I take a fitness forward approach when it comes to pelvic floor physical therapy to prepare you to handle life’s demands. Whether you’re training for a CrossFit competition, a marathon, pregnancy, or motherhood, my passion is empowering you to live a fit and active lifestyle without pelvic floor dysfunction holding you back. I specialize in helping female fitness athletes overcome pelvic floor dysfunctions, as well as pregnant fitness athletes stay strong through pregnancy, prep for birth, navigate the postpartum space, and return to running, lifting, and gymnastics.

My name is Kelsey Smith. I am a wife, mother, RN, Lactation Educator and an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. In 2015, my daughter was born and so was my passion for the world of lactation. With both children, breastfeeding didn't come easily. Each new child brought new challenges that with hard work and perseverance, we ultimately overcame. I saw this world that could be so beautiful and so incredibly frustrating all at the same time and knew I wanted to be a part of it. My experience and challenges led me to want to help others entering the world of breastfeeding. As a registered nurse, I've seen first hand the lack of support offered to mothers during the post partum period and knew I wanted to be part of that change. This led me to begin my journey to become a Lactation Consultant. I love working with families to help them meet their breastfeeding goals, whatever those may be. I am a graduate of the Pathway 2 Lactation Consultant program through UCSD and have also served as a mother to mother support with La Leche League International since 2016. I also hold a current membership with the international organization ILCA. Being a mom is hard enough, and trying to navigate it alone is even harder. Thank you for inviting me into your family and letting me become a part of your journey. xo, Kelsey

Hello there! My name is Sarah and I am a holistic, mind-body focused certified Birth Doula in Spokane, WA. I grew up with a mom who worked in labor and delivery for most of my early childhood and was obsessed with hearing the birth stories of her patients. I learned what a doula was in 2015 and have since believed deep in my soul that becoming a doula is part of my life calling, my destiny, my fate…whatever you want to call it. I am deeply passionate about this work. I believe that every birth is natural - and whether it is a vaginal, medicated or unmedicated, or cesarean birth - every type of birth demands support and deserves celebration. I have been a doula for over a year and a half and have served over 20 families in that time. I have experience with first time and multiple time mamas, inductions, cesareans, home birth, birth centers, and hospitals!
