Open, honest conversations are at the center of our work together, ensuring you always feel comfortable and informed. My practice is rooted in both personal passion and professional training. I completed my birth doula training with Bini Birth in Sherman Oaks, California in 2022. I continue to expand my knowledge through additional certificates in areas such as basic lactation support, childbirth education, and CPR/First Aid. This fall, I will be an internationally certified birth doula and childbirth educator through ICEA (International Childbirth Education Association). I'm so excited to offer this new level of knowledge to my clients! These trainings, along with specialized workshops like comfort care support, holistic wellness, and childbirth physiology all keep me current and I'm always learning more! I work hard to blend evidence-based guidance with compassionate, individualized support—always meeting families where they are with care that feels both informed and deeply human!

We feel incredibly lucky to have had Angela as our doula because our birth experience (including all the prenatal touch points and postpartum) would not have been the same or as positive without her as we recently welcomed our baby boy. We immediately hit it off after facetiming (we found Angela via Doula Match) - Angela exudes such a calming and grounding presence and is the perfect balance of bringing evidence based knowledge/approaches and positivity. She was super flexible and catered to our needs and wants throughout it all. We had an induction birth and leading up to it, Angela provided so many helpful resources (e.g. referrals, videos, articles etc) to help me prepare and supplemented any gaps I felt I had with my OB. During my labor, Angela had ALL the tricks and tools handy to help me get through the physical and mental pain and was right by our side throughout it all providing words of encouragement and also fit in perfectly with our care team (e.g. getting me into different positions, advocating for me to have time to labor down before pushing). It was such a mental relief walking into the induction knowing she was going to be there to support me and my husband as it was my first time delivering. I really can't think of a single negative or constructive thing to say about Angela - she was the absolute best decision and a small part of me wishes I was still pregnant to be working with her ha! Angela is worth every penny as a doula and you will walk away with a friend as well. Can't recommend her enough! THANK YOU ANGELA!!

I honestly can't recommend Arielle enough!! She always made me feel like my birth was about me and what I wanted, never what anyone else thought it should look like. She took the time to explain my options and answer every question and gave me the confidence to advocate for myself that I really needed lol. There were a few times my doctors recommended things that I probably would have just gone along with because I didn't know I had other options or that it was okay to ask more questions. Having her there to be able to call and txt whenever made such a difference. She helped me understand my choices without ever telling me what to do, so every decision still felt like it was mine. Because of her I was able to have the quick unmedicated birth that my doctor said probably wasn't going to happen!! She always met me where I was, worked at my pace, and supported me every step of the way! I'm so grateful she was part of my birth my experience would have not been the same without her! She even provided support for my husband in the delivery room and told him to hold my leg which in the moment he did not want to do and now it's a highlight for him hes so grateful she was there too! Amazing personality you'll want to be best friends with her no problem!! She is an PHENOMENAL mama herself too!

Hi, I’m Yoli! 🤍👶 I’m a certified doula, an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse, and the proud **founder and owner of Vida Birth Support . Vida is a Latina-owned business based in Riverside County, California, proudly serving families throughout the Inland Empire and surrounding communities. As a bilingual provider, I am passionate about offering compassionate, culturally sensitive care in both English and Spanish, ensuring that every woman feels understood, respected, and genuinely supported—without language barriers. With years of hands-on experience in Labor & Delivery and Emergency Care, I have witnessed both the incredible beauty of childbirth and the challenges women face when navigating the healthcare system. Throughout my nursing career, I have cared for women during some of their most vulnerable and empowering moments. I have also witnessed too many mothers enter the delivery room feeling overwhelmed, unprepared, unheard, or uncertain about their choices. I knew I wanted to be part of changing that experience. That passion is what inspired me to create Vida Birth Support.💗 My vision was to build something that goes beyond traditional birth support—a place where education, advocacy, compassion, and empowerment come together to help women take an active role in their birth experience. At Vida, our mission is simple yet powerful: **To empower women through education, advocacy, and personalized support so they can approach childbirth feeling confident, informed, respected, and supported.** ✨ **Education Is Empowerment** We offer comprehensive childbirth education classes designed to help expectant mothers and their families understand the incredible changes happening throughout pregnancy, labor, and delivery. Our classes focus on understanding the stages of labor, pain management options, medical interventions, recognizing potential complications, understanding patient rights, and learning how to communicate effectively with the healthcare team. I believe that when a woman understands her body, her options, and her rights, she becomes better equipped to make informed decisions for herself and her baby. ✨ **Compassionate Doula Support** In addition to education, Vida provides personalized birth and postpartum doula services centered on emotional reassurance, physical comfort, encouragement, and continuous support. Our goal is to create an environment where mothers feel safe, respected, and empowered throughout their journey. Whether you're preparing for your first birth or welcoming another little blessing, our team is here to walk beside you, provide guidance, and help ensure your voice is heard. ✨ **A Mission Close to My Heart** As a Latina woman, a mother, and a nurse, this work is deeply personal to me. I understand the importance of having someone by your side who not only understands the medical aspects of childbirth but also recognizes the emotional, cultural, and personal significance of bringing a new life into the world. I am especially passionate about helping bridge the gaps in maternal healthcare and advocating for women who may feel overlooked, intimidated, or unheard. My goal is to build a community where every mother, regardless of her background, language, or circumstances, has access to education, compassionate support, and the confidence to advocate for herself. At Vida, I believe: 🤍 Every mama deserves to feel heard. 🤍 Every woman deserves to understand her choices. 🤍 Every birth deserves dignity and respect. 🤍 Every family deserves compassionate, culturally sensitive care. 🤍 And every mother deserves to enter her birth experience feeling prepared, powerful, and supported. Vida Birth Support is more than a business to me. It is my passion, my purpose, and my commitment to making a meaningful difference in maternal healthcare. I created Vida because I believe we can do better for our mothers, our babies, and our communities. And I am proud to be building something that reflects those values every single day. ✨ Vida Birth Support — Empowering Mothers. Honoring Birth. Hi, I’m Maribel, a DONA International-certified birth doula and birth photographer based in Irvine, serving Orange County and select surrounding communities in South Los Angeles County/South Bay, the western Inland Empire, and North County San Diego. I didn’t always know what a doula was. I found this work because I needed that kind of support myself, and experiencing what it felt like to have someone calm, familiar, and fully in my corner changed the way I understood birth. Eventually, it changed the direction of my work too. Today, I try to offer families that same sense of steadiness and connection. Before labor, we build a relationship and practice tools so the day feels more familiar. During birth, I adapt to what you need: hands-on comfort, positioning, breathing and relaxation, experience with different tools, a softer ambiance for relaxation, partner coaching, and support around informed decisions. I am especially intentional about partners; my role is to support them, not take their place, so they can spend less energy wondering what to do and more energy simply being your partner. After birth, I stay connected with early postpartum care for the families whose births I attend, including emotional, educational, and practical support within my scope. Photography comes from my love of real-life storytelling. Birth is so absorbing that there are parts of your own story you may not get to see while you are living them: the looks, the gestures, or the small moments surrounding the first time you meet your baby. My documentary approach is quiet and unobtrusive, preserving those pieces so you can return to them later. Birth photography may be booked on its own or woven into doula care. My broader full-spectrum doula work also includes standalone abortion support, pregnancy loss, and infant loss support. Eligible doula services may be covered through Medi-Cal or select commercial insurance benefits.

Maribel was an incredible support person for my wife and me throughout every step of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. From the beginning, she brought a calm, reassuring presence and shared a lot of knowledge about pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding, and newborn care. As first-time parents, we had a lot of questions, and Maribel always made us feel comfortable asking anything without judgment. We especially appreciated her support on the day of birth. She arrived while my partner was in labor fully prepared with supplies for comfort measures, including massage rollers and other techniques that helped during labor. She also guided me in how to better support and comfort my partner throughout the process. Maribel had a grounding presence in the room — she observed and supported us through very intense moments without intervening unnecessarily or overstepping. Another gift she gave us was capturing beautiful photos during our time at the hospital. Those moments were so special to us, and we’re so grateful she took the care to capture them. After the birth, Maribel continued to support us by meeting with us to debrief our experience, help us navigate newborn care approaches, and provide breastfeeding support. Those first few weeks at home can feel extremely overwhelming, and having her guidance during that time was very valuable. We would absolutely recommend Maribel to anyone looking for a reliable doula.

Lindsay Karevoll

Hello! I’m Lindsay, a birth and postpartum doula and mom of 2. I became passionate about maternal wellness when I was expecting my first child in Norway. I received such quality care — midwives, visiting baby nurses, cushy parental leave! — but I was still missing the emotional support and expertise I needed to help me navigate a foreign medical system and the many anxieties I held as a first time parent. Since then, I’ve learned from hundreds of parents that they, too, needed more support than was available to them. Often times, they felt others were pushing an agenda that was not in their best interest. I became a doula to help change that, one family at a time. I’m here to hold space for you, learn with you, ease your fears, and empower you to feel confident through this important time in your life. If you are looking for a doula to help you birth and nurture your child on your own terms, please consider booking a free consultation with me. I’d love to learn more about you and see if we are a good fit.

Asking Lindsay to be our Doula and specifically assist with postpartum care is the best decision we could have made as parents. Our second born was much more challenging than our first and loved to scream all hours of the day. Not only is Lindsay educated, great at explaining things, and creative, she also has a very patient and calming presence that we desperately needed. SOme of the other Doulas I met were too "out there" and I appreciated Lindsay's "down to earth" responses that were kind and intelligent. She helped us feel confident and stay focused and calm when we thought we couldn't handle the screaming anymore. She gave us reassurance even as second time parents, we couldn't have done it without her!

Autonomy-Centered Birth, Faith-based Birth & Postpartum Doula for Sovereign, Physiological Birth | Serving LA & OC | Kaiser-Friendly Hi, I’m Teejay Casado — your local doula for LA and Orange Counties. I am happy to also assist doulas beyond this area virtually and will travel if necessary. I started founder of Temple & Terrain Birthworks — a faith-rooted birth and postpartum support and wellness service. I specialize in supporting women who desire physiological, low-intervention birth while preserving autonomy and informed consent in hospital or home settings. My clients are often: • Planning natural or low-intervention hospital births • Desiring delayed cord clamping, Golden Hour, or lotus birth • Seeking evidence-based advocacy within systems like Kaiser • Wanting sovereignty in their birth decisions (e.g. labor to start naturally, push when ready, informed consent for vaccinations) • Craving calm, grounded leadership during labor With a background in anthropology, I honor birth as both an ancient physiological process and a sacred rite of passage. I help mothers prepare not just physically — but mentally, emotionally, and spiritually — so they enter birth informed, steady, and confident. Whether birthing at Kaiser or elsewhere, I guide families in: • Protecting the Golden Hour • Navigating hospital dynamics with clarity • Minimizing unnecessary interventions • Preserving mother-baby bonding • Creating a peaceful postpartum integration My postpartum support is deeply restorative, focused on nervous system regulation, gentle bodywork, whole-food nourishment, and helping mothers feel seen — not just cared for. If you are seeking sovereign birth, calm leadership, and faith-rooted support without pressure — I would love to connect.

TeeJay is an absolute God sent. I met TeeJay through LoveLife Jess. I am a first time single parent who suffer from severe postpartum depression & anxiety after I had my daughter. I didn’t know how to navigate motherhood and didn’t have the strongest or healthiest support system. However, TeeJay has been that support I needed to push through a lot of my fears. I would’ve missed out a lot the first year of my daughter's life if it weren’t for TeeJay’s patience, love, & support.

Hi there! 🤍 Thank you so much for visiting my profile! I’d love to share a little about myself, what led me to birth work, and how I hope to support you and your family through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. As a doula, my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and free to make the choices that are right for you and your family. I believe birth is deeply personal, and there is no single “right” way to experience it. Whether you’re planning an unmedicated birth, considering pain management options, preparing for a cesarean, or still figuring out what feels right for you, you deserve compassionate, judgment-free support every step of the way. I’m here to offer evidence-based information, gentle education, encouragement, and hands-on support while helping you feel confident in your own voice and decisions. My role isn’t to tell you how your birth should look, but to help you feel informed, respected, and cared for throughout the process. I am trained through DONA International and have additional training in childbirth education and breastfeeding support. I’m passionate about helping families feel prepared not only for birth, but also for the transition into parenthood and those tender early postpartum days. Whether you need help navigating your options, reassurance during an overwhelming moment, support with feeding, or simply someone in your corner, I want you to feel that you don’t have to navigate this season alone. My journey into birth work began with my own experience becoming a mother. After the birth of my first daughter, I realized just how unprepared I had felt for labor and delivery. Looking back, I often felt like things were happening to me rather than feeling empowered to make informed decisions based on evidence, my preferences, and my maternal instincts. During my second pregnancy, I knew I wanted a different experience. I immersed myself in research, explored evidence-based birth practices, and became intentional about the kind of experience I wanted for myself and my baby. That journey changed the way I viewed birth and opened my eyes to how much of a difference feeling informed, heard, and supported can make. I knew I wanted to help other families experience that same sense of confidence and empowerment. I would love to connect with you! Whether you know exactly what kind of support you’re looking for or are just beginning to explore your options, you are welcome here. I’d love to learn more about you, your hopes for this season, and how I can best support you and your family. I look forward to meeting you and being part of your journey! 🤍

As a first-time dad, I wasn’t totally sure what a doula did—I just knew I wanted my wife to feel supported during labor. What I didn’t expect was how much I would benefit from having her there, too. From the moment we hired Janée, she made both of us feel informed, confident, and ready. She took the time to educate us on the stages of labor, comfort techniques, and what to expect in the hospital. By the time my wife went into labor, I actually felt prepared instead of overwhelmed. During the birth, she was absolutely incredible. She supported my wife emotionally and physically, but she also guided me on how to support her better—whether it was suggesting positions, showing me how to apply counter-pressure, or reassuring me when things got intense. I never once felt useless or in the way. Instead, I felt like an active part of the process, which meant everything to me. She created a calm, encouraging atmosphere the entire time. Anytime we had questions, she explained things clearly and helped us feel comfortable with the decisions we were making. Her presence took so much stress off both of us, allowing me to focus on my wife and stay grounded. Looking back, hiring Janée was one of the best decisions we made. She didn’t just support my wife—she empowered me as a husband and new father. If you’re on the fence, especially as a dad, take it from me: a good doula is worth every bit of it. She made our birth experience something we’ll be grateful for forever.
