Hello everyone, my name is Sarah and I am a doula with special interests in the spiritual dimension of birth, trauma-informed care, and mental health and wellness in the inter-partum period. I have a background in Montessori Education, ten years of experience as a teacher and nanny. I gave birth to my two precious children in 2022 and 2025, and it was after my first birth that I realized I have an enormous amount of energy for and desire to participate in birth work. There is no doubt in my mind after experiencing it myself that birth belongs to the realm of the sacred. I aim to build a doula practice that helps birthing people cross the profound physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual thresholds during labor that are meant to prepare and initiate them into the new role that awaits them after their child’s birth. My favorite things to do when I’m not busy are spending time with my children, exploring in nature, reading memoirs, writing poetry, and drinking a cup of tea or coffee while petting my kitties in the stillness of the morning before my day begins.

Sarah was my doula for tue 3rd birth and the experience was great! We met beforehand to talk about my goals and wants and why I wanted a doula the first place. She listened to everything and I felt supported in my decisions. During labor she helped to question the medical team decisions to my benefit which was very nice. Overall it was my best experience out of 3 which tells you something 😁 Highly recommend her!

Hi, I’m Reegan! 🤍 I’m a birth and postpartum doula, and I’m especially passionate about helping families feel cared for, supported, and a little less overwhelmed during those first days and weeks with a new baby. Postpartum is a huge transition—and I don’t believe you’re meant to figure it all out on your own. I’m here to be an extra set of hands, a calm presence, and someone you can turn to when you’re tired, emotional, unsure, or simply need a moment to breathe. I offer practical newborn support, feeding support, postpartum care, light household help, nourishing meals, and lots of encouragement as you find your rhythm as a new family. I also provide birth doula support, helping you prepare for birth and offering continuous emotional, physical, and informational support throughout labor. Whether your birth goes according to plan or takes an unexpected direction, my goal is to help you feel informed, heard, and supported in your choices. A little about me outside of doula work: I’m a birth photographer, I love being outside, gardening, cooking, taking walks and bike rides, and spending time with my family. I’m a big believer in creating community and making people feel like they have someone in their corner. I want my clients to feel like they can exhale when I walk through the door. You don’t need to have everything figured out—I’m here to meet you where you are, care for you as a whole person, and help make the transition into parenthood feel a little more supported. 🤍 -DONA doula certified -CPR -THW -15 years in childcare experience

I’ve known Reegan for several years and when it was time to have our maternity photos taken, I thought of Reegan first. Reegan is kind, humorous and has a great eye for photography. I also recommend following her Instagram for quality information on maternity and birthing content!

I’m a mom of four—two daughters I had when I was young, and two sons I’ve had in my 30s with my husband, whom I married last year. My journey as a teen mom taught me resilience, the importance of support, and the power of community—lessons I carry with me every day. Family and community are central to my life: I’m connected through our church, and I spend a lot of time with my three sisters, raising our children together, exploring hikes, and finding outdoor adventures. I’ve homeschooled my older daughters from kindergarten through 4th grade, participating in a co-op school and fostering a love of learning along the way. Outside of family, I enjoy volunteering with YoungLives to support teen parents, playing board games, video games and reading. I’ve had a variety of jobs over the years, but the one I’ve enjoyed the most is raising my children—it’s taught me patience, creativity, and a deep appreciation for the small moments that matter most

There aren’t enough words to express how incredible Jackiie is! I wasn’t sure if I wanted a doula when I was pregnant with my first baby. I interviewed a couple doulas before Jackiie, and my husband and I decided against hiring a doula. It is such a sacred and vulnerable place to bring someone into, and it made me nervous. However, I met Jackiie and she ended up being just what we needed! I don’t know what we would have done without her. During my very long labor, Jackiie was right there by my side and immediately felt like family. She was so knowledgeable, comforting, and encouraging the whole time. Jackiie is very dedicated and has such a calming presence. She is such a huge supporter and was so supportive of my unmedicated birth plan. I know she would be supportive of whatever a mama wants even if it’s not an unmedicated birth! Her presence was everything I needed when my labor and delivery didn’t go as I’d hoped or planned. She was a gentle and empowering guide and support to my husband as well. Not only did I need her support, but so did my husband. I am absolutely hiring Jackiie for all my future births and can’t recommend her enough!

She is excited to be living her dream of supporting mamas and their families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum as a doula. She lives in Yamhill County, Oregon with her new baby boy, her husband, and their mini Aussie, Remi.

Working with Camille was such a blessing. She sat down with me to learn about my desires for birth but also had questions to get to know me better so she could truly support me in the ways I needed. She also had great resources for both me and my birth partner which were so helpful since this was my first pregnancy. She checked in towards the end of my pregnancy but never in an annoying way. You could tell she was genuinely wanting to make sure I was doing okay and making decisions I was comfortable with. During labor she walked right into the room and immediately started comforting me. She set out my affirmation cards, massaged my hands after I had to get my iv redone, she held essential oils up to my nose as I experienced nausea and she helped my nurses move me into different positions in bed. Once I was in active labor and was pushing I remember hearing her words of encouragement but it was subtle so that I could also feel the presence and support of my mom who was in the room as well. Camille did a wonderful job of being there for me while also supporting the team of people around me. I felt very taken care of and I am forever grateful for that presence!

Sara is incredible! From the initial interview we knew she would be great. She has so much experience and it really shows. She didn’t just help take care of our daughter at night, she basically sleep trained her and helped us set up a day time schedule so her nights would be super easy and chill. In less than a month, our daughter is sleeping incredibly with just 2 super quick feeds. She is loving, caring, trustworthy, and reliable! Couldn’t recommend enough. Sara can share my contact if you want to reach out and discuss!

Hi there! I’m Stephanie, a birth doula based in Salem, and I’m so excited to support you and your family through this transformative journey. Before stepping into birth work, I spent 11 years as a teacher, working with students from diverse backgrounds. That experience shaped my deep belief in meeting people where they are, adapting my approach to their individual needs, and honoring their personal goals. Birth is not one-size-fits-all, and you deserve support that respects your choices, values, and instincts. Whether you're navigating pregnancy, preparing for birth, or adjusting to life with a new little one, I’m here to provide compassionate care every step of the way. I believe that knowledge is power—especially when it comes to birth. My approach is rooted in evidence-based care, giving you the knowledge and confidence to make informed decisions while leaving space for what feels right for you. Whether you’re planning a hospital birth, birth center experience, or home birth—with or without medication—I trust you to make the best choices for your body, your pregnancy, and your baby. My role is to provide guidance, reassurance, and continuous support so you can navigate this journey feeling empowered and prepared. I also understand that birth doesn’t happen in a vacuum—it’s an experience that impacts your partner, family, and birth team. That’s why I provide comprehensive support to your entire circle, making sure everyone feels informed, involved, and empowered. Birth isn’t just about the baby—it’s about you, your well-being, and the experience you want to create. Inclusivity and respect are at the heart of my practice. I’m passionate about de-stigmatizing mental health and emotional well-being, and I firmly believe that every family deserves the support they need—whether that’s through professional help, community resources, or simply having someone to lean on. I am committed to being an ally to the LGBTQIA+ community and advocating for anti-racist practices in all aspects of my work. Your family is unique, and I’m here to support you in a way that feels right for you. When I’m not supporting families, you’ll probably find me curled up with a romance or fantasy novel, getting lost in a new crafting project, or tending to my ever-growing collection of plants (and trying to give away new starts I’ve rooted on my windowsill). I also love experimenting with vegetarian and vegan recipes, going on long walks, and enjoying imaginative games with my husband and two kids. No matter how your birth unfolds, my goal is to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and fully supported. Whether you're loving every moment of pregnancy or just trying to survive it, you don’t have to do it alone. I’d love to walk alongside you on this journey!

Chantel Totten

Hi, I’m Chantel—a birth doula, mama of two little ones, and someone who truly believes this season of life deserves to be held with care, humor, and a whole lot of heart. When I’m not supporting families, you can usually find me chasing my babies around, dancing in the kitchen, getting outside in nature, or dreaming up creative projects. I have a background in yoga and movement, which deeply shapes how I support birth—tuning into the body, finding rhythm, and creating a sense of calm and connection in the midst of it all. I came into this work because I’m passionate about helping families feel supported, seen, and confident as they step into parenthood. Birth is powerful and unpredictable, and I’m here to be a steady, grounding presence through it—offering hands-on support, encouragement, and guidance while honoring your unique path. My hope is that you feel safe to be fully yourself in this experience, and that you walk away feeling not just supported, but truly cared for.

Chantel's services were the perfect blend of professionalism and personable care. As new parents with an array of mixed emotions, we immediately felt a sense of trust and reliability upon our first meeting. Chantel provided effective communication, resourceful information, personal experience and evidence-based knowledge that allowed us to make informed decisions while she support our personal choices. I cannot imagine ensuring my 72-hour labor without her grounding and nurturing presence. Chantel was truly a rock throughout my pregnancy, labor and postpartum experience!
