My name is Leah McCarty-Little and I am the owner of Our Little Helper LLC. I serve Indianapolis and its surrounding cities. I attended Purdue University and graduated in 2019. My training is with BEST Doula Training (2020) and Wholistic Doula Training (2021). In my spare time, I enjoy watching movies, taking walks outside, or hanging with my adorable nephews. I believe doula work chose me long before I chose it. Growing up, I was always fascinated with pregnancy and birth. I remember being young and watching "A Baby Story" or "I Didn't Know I Was Pregnant" or wanting to be so involved with helping my sister with her pregnancy. In 2020, I decided to re-evaluate my career path and find something that I would be more passionate about. I found doula work and it was the perfect fit. This field really keeps on giving and warms my heart with each family that allows me to be on their journey.

Hey mamas! I’m Sheena, Owner of Courage To Birth. I am a birth and postpartum doula. I am located near Anderson IN, and support clients near madison, hamilton, and marion county. After the birth of my son in 2020, I felt being a doula was my calling. I have been a doula for just shy of two years. I am certified through H.E.R.B.A.L & recently became certified for placenta encapsulation as well. I believe birth is a natural physiological process. My goal is to help all my clients achieve a birth that leaves them feeling empowered, supported & confident. The families I support get prenatal birth coaching, pregnancy & labor support, and in home postpartum support. I look forward to meeting you!
