I went on to study plant medicine, the nervous system, and energy work, earning a master’s in clinical herbalism. In 2021, I moved to a cottage, creating medicinal gardens and deepening my connection with the natural world. The garden taught me how the body mirrors the larger cycles of life, and I now work intuitively with plants, creating teas for the women I support. That same year, I started a relationship that further refined my understanding of emotions and cyclical health.
