10 Stars out of 5! Alina was/is simply AMAZING!!!!! She is very caring with a sweet spirit yet stern when necessary. Alina was my doula (01/2025-05/2025) and she came with me to doctor appointments, was available 24/7 to answer and advise me as necessary. She wrote down a very detailed plan on how I wanted my delivery to go, however, quite a bit changed. Alina was there every step of the way, ensuring that I had everything I wanted and needed to be comfortable. She was my voice at the hospital when I had none. The staff tried to ignore my desires, she stood "our" ground and literally held me up. I've also signed a waiver to take home my placenta and the staff attempted to discard it, however Alina intervened and made sure my placenta was packaged correctly, so we can get it to the placenta encapsulation specialist. I literally can go on and on about her. Even during my postpartum care, Alina constantly checked in with me and gave me the support I didn't know I have needed. I would definitely recommend Alina's services to all.

👋🏼 Welcome. So, you want to learn more about me, my energy, and the services I offer. My journey into birth work has been a long, winding path with many twists and turns. I My formal education was in designing therapeutic environments for children’s hospitals, studying how physical spaces impact healing, safety, and the nervous system. Over time, that work led me somewhere deeper, into the thresholds of birth, death and rebirth. Today, I am in private practice, Aspired Mother, where I offer birth and Ayurvedic postpartum care services rooted in both modern understanding and time-honored maternal care traditions. For birth preparation, my focus is on strengthening the mind-body connection so you can access efficient, instinctive movement and nervous system regulation during labor. Birth is not something we force, it’s something the body remembers when it feels safe and supported. Through somatic awareness, alignment, and practical preparation, I help you build confidence in your body’s innate design. For postpartum, my Ayurvedic approach extends the midwifery model beyond birth, protecting your long-term recovery and wellbeing. The early weeks after delivery are not just about surviving, they are foundational to your hormonal balance, energy, and emotional health for years to come. Through nourishment, warmth, rest, and hands-on support, I stabilize and restore you at your core. I also facilitate meaningful gatherings and transition support, such as Mother Blessings, Closing of the Bones and postpartum integration sessions , for women who wish to honor this threshold in a grounded and personal way. At the heart of my philosophy is this: Childbirth is not simply medical event. It is a formative life experience. And when a mother is deeply prepared, supported, and protected, the entire family benefits. So, whether you are planning a home birth, birth center experience, or hospital delivery, I believe in shared decision-making, informed choices, and honoring your autonomy every step of the way. I’m here to support you , not to lead you. Not to override you, but to walk beside you. 💛

You’ll find me to be a calm, empathetic, and supportive presence, dedicated to fostering a nurturing and professional environment for your journey, as well as supporting the family as a whole. We had a harder than expected go during our first child with multiple sleepless nights and really wanted to have a better support framework for our second. Having Wendy as our nighttime doula was an amazing experience. She started a few days after our daughter was born and was crucial support for the first two months. Having her allowed my wife to make a faster recovery post birth and have her enjoy the baby a lot more. She is very professional, responsible, punctual and knowledgeable. After the first day which is always scary, we felt incredibly comfortable with her being with our baby. We highly recommend her. It made the newborn phase a lot of a better experience and my wife and I were both way more functioning and present for our little one. Being able to have the nights to fully rest is priceless and makes everything about life significantly better.

Hi, I’m Genesis, a DONA Certified Birth Doula, CD(DONA), serving Miami-Dade and Broward County , and providing support in both English and Spanish. I believe there is no one “right” way to give birth. Whether you’re planning an unmedicated birth, epidural, induction, VBAC, or cesarean birth, you deserve evidence-based information, compassionate support, and a birth team that respects your choices. Over the past year, I’ve supported 20 births across South Florida, including unmedicated and medicated births, inductions, cesarean births, and successful VBACs. Every one of those experiences has reinforced something I deeply believe: good doula support isn’t about achieving a particular type of birth. It’s about helping you feel informed, supported, respected, and confident throughout yours. As your birth doula, I provide continuous labor support, birth education, emotional and physical support, comfort measures, breathing and positioning techniques, partner support, and guidance as you explore your birth options and preferences. My role is not to make decisions for you, but to help you feel prepared to make informed decisions that are right for you and your family. As a Latina mother myself, creating a space where families feel seen, heard, and understood is especially important to me. I also love involving partners and family members, helping them feel confident and prepared to support you throughout labor rather than feeling like they have to figure it all out on their own. My goal is simple: for you to look back on your birth knowing that you were supported, respected, informed, and never alone. I’d be honored to be part of your birth story.

We had such a great experience with her as our doula. She made the hospital room feel so much warmer and more relaxing with the lighting and music, and her support throughout labor was exactly what we needed. But definitely my favorite parts is that she also captured beautiful photos of such a special day without taking away from the moment. I’m so thankful to have those memories and would absolutely recommend her.

Hello love! My name is Heidi, I was raised in Queens, NY & living in Florida since 2008. I love coffee, my camera, books, nature walks with my husband and cuddles with our fur baby Leo. When I am not cuddling with Leo I spend a lot of my time nurturing my deeply growing passion for my work as a birth doula & photographer, My heart's calling is mothering the mother during the threshold that IS giving birth. I bring a grandmother presence to the room, I am here in loving service to you, to be present and guide you because birth can be challenging, but it can also be extremely magical and deeply empowering. I can remember My first encounter with Birth as a photographer and it was that moment I knew how precious and significant birth is, from then on all I have wanted is to be a part of those Magical moments with my camera or/and as a birth doula. Being a doula is being in service to the Mother-and it would be my honor to be chosen and given the opportunity to cross paths during one of the most life changing altering experiences a woman can experience and that is YOU now- how amazing! congratulations! life is a Miracle and it is you ✨! <3 #letsd🌀ulathistogether ♾

Heidi was absolutely amazing! From our first meeting to the birth, she was incredible helpful and knowledgeable. She provided us with so many helpful tools to get us through the birth and supported us every step of the way. She never made us feel rushed and always gave special attention to our older daughter. She was so great with her which was so helpful! She never overstepped any boundaries and was always there when we needed her. I am beyond grateful that we had Heidi as part of our team for Lily's birth! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a doula.

First I would like to say thank you. We decided to hire Mrs. Paulette ReeseHart as our Doula for the home birth of our first child. Mrs. ReeseHart was very professional, she treated myself and my fiancé like family to her. Mrs.ReeseHart has amazing and encouraging energy. She helped my fiance stick with her birth plans and supported her decisions. We couldn’t have asked for someone more perfect. During labor, it sometime became very tiring however you wouldn’t know it if Mrs ReeseHart had anything to do with it. She was right there with encouraging quotes, prayers and her presence. She’s not only a great Doula but a wonderful person all around. Even days after birth the family treatment and love didn’t stop. Mrs. ReeseHart called, texted and even visit to assist us with anything we needed. She even assisted with cleanup of the environment we have. Anything to make our journey smooth, Mrs.ReeseHart assisted. I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking for a DOULA. You will not regret it……… To Mrs.ReeseHart we will be forever indebted to you.

Words can't capture how much Shirley meant to our family. Labor and postpartum are no joke, and having someone who showed up with warmth, fierce advocacy, zero judgment, and sisterly love changed everything for us. Every touchpoint—from the 36-week check-ins to the continuous labor support and postpartum follow-up—was seamless and grounding. We feel really blessed to have had a doula like her.

— Erica M., review of Shirley Anti September 2026

Working with Kiyona as my doula was one of the greatest blessings of my pregnancy and birth journey. From our very first interaction, she went far beyond what I ever expected. She truly treats her clients like family. During my pregnancy, she made me feel so cared for by inviting me to join her at yoga classes to help me stay centered and comfortable. She also traveled over 40 minutes for all of our in-person visits without a second thought, always bringing a calm, grounding presence into my home. When things took an unexpected turn after birth and I experienced a medical emergency, Kiyona never left my side. She stayed far past her scheduled hours to make sure I was safe, supported, and advocated for during one of the scariest moments of my life. Her devotion during that critical time is something my family and I will never forget. Even now, well into the postpartum period, she continuously checks in on both me and my baby. Her genuine care and nurturing heart didn't stop when the labor was over. If you are looking for a doula who is deeply dedicated, intuitive, and fiercely supportive, Kiyona is an absolute angel. I cannot recommend her enough.

— Joy L., review of Kiyona Miah September 2026

Rose is the best. She is calm, knowledgeable, supportive, open minded, and encouraging. She is the perfect person to be there to guide you mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually through child birth. I was able to have a dream VBA2C thanks to her support. She advocated for me while at the hospital and created an environment that helped me adhere to the goals I set. I love her!!!
