Words can’t fully express how grateful we are to have had Doris as our birth doula. From the very beginning, she brought such a calming, grounded, and nurturing energy into our journey. She took the time to truly get to know us—our fears, hopes, and birth preferences—and made us feel completely supported and empowered every step of the way. During labor, Doris was an absolute rock. She created a peaceful environment, gently guided me through each contraction, and helped my partner feel confident and involved. Her presence was intuitive and comforting—knowing just when to offer words of encouragement, grounding touch, or simply hold space. She honored our birth plan while remaining flexible and wise when things needed to shift. What stood out most was how she held space not just for the physical birth, but for the emotional and spiritual process too. Her care felt ancestral, like something deep and sacred was being honored. Postpartum, she checked in with such genuine care, offering wisdom, warmth, and reassurance when we needed it most. If you’re looking for a doula who is deeply attuned, knowledgeable, and truly walks beside you in love and respect—Doris is it. She made our birth experience not only beautiful, but transformational

We had a wonderful experience with our night doula, Jenny. She was very knowledgeable, experienced, and caring throughout our time with her. As first-time parents, having her support with our newborn gave us so much confidence and peace of mind. Jenny was attentive to our baby’s needs, and offered us many practical advice. Her calm and reassuring presence made a huge difference during those early weeks. Mandy Sounder

Becoming a parent is a season you shouldn't have to move through alone. I'm Mandy, founder of Agape Care Doulas in Toronto, supporting families through birth and the postpartum weeks that follow — including overnight care. As a mother of four, I know both the beauty and the exhaustion of those early days. My role is simple: to be a calm, steady presence so you can rest, recover, and settle into life with your baby at your own pace. Whether you're planning for labour support, need hands-on help at home, or want someone with you through the night, I'd love to hear what your family needs.

We truly cannot recommend Mandy highly enough. We have now hired her to support our family twice, the first time for six months with our first baby, and again for eight months with our second - and without hesitation, we would choose her over and over again. I’m someone who doesn’t trust people easily, especially when it comes to my children. Inviting someone into your home overnight and trusting them with your newborn is incredibly personal. Out of all the doulas available, Mandy would be my first choice every single time. From the moment she walked into our home, she brought a calm, reassuring presence that made those exhausting newborn months so much easier. She is exceptionally knowledgeable about newborn care and was always happy to answer our endless questions, offer guidance when we needed it, and gently share her expertise without ever being pushy. She was always reassuring us through the many “Is this normal?” moments of early parenthood. Most importantly, Mandy cared for our babies as if they were her own while always respecting that they were ours. She was gentle, patient, attentive, and incredibly intuitive. We slept peacefully because we knew they were in the safest, most caring hands possible. After having Mandy with both of our children, I honestly can’t imagine those postpartum months without her. She gave us not only rest, but confidence, reassurance, and support during one of the biggest transitions of our lives. If you’re considering hiring Mandy, don’t hesitate. She is worth every penny, and I would recommend her to anyone without the slightest reservation. We feel incredibly fortunate to have had her as part of our family’s journey, and if we were ever fortunate enough to have another baby, she would be the very first person we’d call.

Bohdana Korzhan

Hello, my name is Bohdana (she/her), and I became a Doula because being in a supportive role, sympathetically and empathetically meeting you where you are at in your journey, is something I am both proficient and passionate about. I will be by your side as you bring your baby into the world whether at a hospital, birthing center, or in the comfort of your own home. Once baby is born, I will continue to provide you with educational support as well as encouragement and emotional support as you become acquainted with your baby. I will support your infant feeding journey (breastfeeding or otherwise) and offer household organizational support. I have time to get to know YOU, not just your birth preferences. I have time to provide you with as much support as you need throughout your entire journey. I genuinely love supporting others and being an empath means this role comes naturally to me. After birth, both parents and baby need a lot of support. I can do overnight but also daytime 8-hour shifts to help care for baby so that you can get some rest, or on a consultation basis – an informative session on infant care, breastfeeding techniques and restorative care for the parent who gave birth. I feel blessed that as a doula, I am part of such a beautiful moment and environment called birth, where I am able to help enable mothers to help believe in themselves that they strong, beautiful and powerful. Making moms feel loved, supported, cared for, and special during their labours and births is so rewarding. My first languages are Ukrainian and English, but I can also support you in conversational Russian and basic German!

Working with Doula Bohdana was an incredible experience. Her support during our birthing journey was invaluable, making the entire process amazing. Beyond the delivery, she continued to be a pillar of assistance during postpartum appointments. Bohdana provided valuable insights on proper baby feeding and ensured we found moments to rest and recover after giving birth. Highly recommend her for her expertise and genuine care.

I cannot recommend Isabel Nantaba enough as a birth and postpartum doula. From the moment we met her, she brought a sense of calm, confidence, and compassion that immediately put me at ease. During labor, Isabel provided unwavering support, intuitive guidance, and gentle encouragement, helping me feel empowered and informed every step of the way. Anna came into my life a few weeks after my twins were born in 2021. I was a first time mom of preemie twins. One with a medical condition. She provided my family with safety, comfort and care. From folding all of our laundry to tending to the twins throughout the night so that I could get some rest. Bottle feeds, diaper changes, bedding changes, nightly snuggles. She did it all! She literally sat on the floor between their bassinets to help sleep train them. She did night shifts a few times a week for me. It gave me the support I needed to be able to get through those early days with twins. Anna, we will be forever grateful for your care and support.
