I help you get to know your cycle - what it's telling you, when you're actually fertile, and what's normal versus worth asking a provider about - so you feel like an informed participant in your own fertility, not a bystander to it. My focus is natural, at-home conception through cycle tracking and fertility awareness (the FEMM method), and I also support families pursuing IUI, IVF, or surrogacy when that's the path that fits. Birth Support Ava Dickson and I work as a team, because we believe you shouldn't have to hope the right doula is available the night you go into labor - you should already know both of us, and trust both of us. You'll have us together at every prenatal visit, with direct, ongoing access to both of us throughout your pregnancy. We alternate on-call weeks, so whichever of us is with you at your birth, the other is your backup - meaning the person supporting you already knows your story, your preferences, and your fears, because we built your care plan together from day one.
