Just wanting to get established with a midwife and wanting a home birth

I would like someone who will stand up and speak for me. I prefer someone African American if possible. Lots of black women in healthcare get ignored and I don’t want my concerns ignored while delivering. I’m hoping to find someone my insurance Tenncare covers I have united healthcare. I will be giving birth at UT hospital and I’m currently seeing high risk. I want to keep my placenta. I want to give birth on all fours or standing up with the bar, I want to be able to walk around before epidural.i don’t want any students at my birth, I also want to delay cord clamping until it is white and no longer pulsing.

Home birth, estimated budget $7000 but am hoping is in network with my United Healthcare insurance policy

I would be comfortable in a birthing center or hospital in case anything happens but ideally i’d like to have the baby at home, this is my first baby but i’ve been pretty set on a home water birth for a few years, i’ve done my research and feel it is the best option for me and how my body and mind react to pain, i need to feel like im in my own space able to breathe loudly and have help from my partner. I want to broth in a pool and have a delayed cord cutting. My budget is 5k for pre delivery check ups and delivery.

I want a midwife to aid in mental and physical needs. To prevent ptsd during or after birth. I would like a natural birth w/no meds. Birth to be at Baptist womens hospital. I am unsure of what my budget should look like. I currently have insurance through the state of Tennessee through BlueCare. I have no knowledge of what they cover or if they do at all. I want the placenta to stay on for an additional 2/3mins to pump excess nutrients into my baby. I would also like to leave with my placenta. I will have documentation to support these claims/accommodations.

Looking for a homebirth midwife in the Chuckey/Greeneville TN area (or willing to travel). I'm 13 weeks and currently receiving prenatal care in Johnson City. I'm specifically looking for someone available to just attend my birth only, or at minimum check in postpartum. I'm not in need of full prenatal care from a midwife at this time. I plan to give birth at home. My budget is flexible, though I am hoping to find someone willing to work with me on cost given the limited scope of care needed. I have a history of fast labors. This will be my 6th baby and my last labor was 33 minutes. I'm looking for someone who takes precipitous labor seriously and can commit to being available and responsive when things move fast.
