This is my third pregnancy. I want a physiological homebirth with a licensed midwife providing mostly hands-off support. My family is on one income so we have a tight budget, but we can spend around $5000 on midwifery services.

I plan to have a water birth at home. I am in the military in Virginia right now but I am separating for pregnancy on April 29th and we are moving back to Tennessee on may 15. Before separation from the Air Force I need to find a midwife so that my OB in Virginia can send my records over and I can have a smooth transition over while moving. I am low risk and plan to do everything as natural as possible. I am 20 years old married to my high-school sweetheart and this is our first baby! I don’t know what the budget is yet because I am unsure of the costs of a and it is my first birth and this is the first place I am looking.
I want to have an advocate for my birth plan with me and also someone helping me through my pregnancy and delivery. I want to feel as prepared as I can with helpful knowledge and a more natural approach that is best for the baby not what the standards are which sometimes I feel like the hospital goes by.
Looking for a midwife that takes insurance. I plan to give birth at home if possible
Midwife for home birth for under $5000. Located in Hendersonville.
I would like to have a home birth, or a birthing center that is nothing like a normal hospital, if complications occur. I have had bad experiences with drs, and I would like to have the most informed birth, with understanding all of my options within the situation. I would like to have a full understanding of bills with a midwife, since I know dr budgets are 80k plus, and that is not in our budget. I do not know what our budget is at the moment. I do not know what all is on a birth plan, but I do know I want to be standing or in other positions, not lying on my back, when having the baby. I would like to have access to a birthing ball, tub, and other non conventional options. I do not want an epidural, if at all possible. Not necessarily because of the pain, but because I know it prolongs labor.
I’m not exactly sure, I’ve never done this and I’m wanting an at home birth if possible. My budget is probably around $4,000-$5,000.
Id love to give birth at home. Being this is my third year. I want to be comfortable. I have champva insurance or tristar.
Plan on giving a hospital birth most likely c-section. Have seen doulas on social media I know different people do different things. I’ve had one baby and wanted to see what it would be like to have another with a doula!
I am not sure! We are looking around right now and hopefully will decide between an OBGYN and a midwife.
I plan to have an all natural at home birth. Would like to have a water birth but not set on it. In order for my insurance to cover a midwife they need to hold a CNM credential. I desire a low-intervention, physiologic birth with freedom of movement, minimal routine procedures, and informed consent for all care. My goal is to support birth as God designed it unless medical necessity arises. We are also planning to decline routine newborn vaccinations and prefer minimal newborn interventions, with immediate skin-to-skin and delayed cord clamping.
Me and my partner are currently experiencing our first pregnancy, so far it has been a journey learning as we go. We have both been Interested in a natural at home birth prior to this pregnancy and have been seeking a professional practitioner with experience who can help guide us along during our journey.
I’m wanting to give birth at home. This will be my first time birthing at home. This is my 4th pregnancy. My budget is around $2500. I want to birth in a birthing tub potentially and I want to be able to move around freely as needed. I want my children and husband present. Worship music, dimming lights, just a soft and healing environment. I just want the freedom to birth our baby at home. Away from medical interventions.
1. Because of my health history, I will require a hospital birth (triple VBAC). 2. $6,000 or less 3. Hospital birth with low intervention
1. I would like to know the best options for at home and hospital births and would prefer an at home birth. 2. My budget is flexible. 3. I need help creating and implementing a comprehensive birth plan.
