My approach is calm, practical, and very much based on what your family actually needs that day. Some days that means caring for baby so you can rest, shower, eat, or just have a minute to yourself. Other days it may mean helping with feeding routines, diapering, soothing, naps, baby laundry, bottles, or resetting the baby areas so the day feels a little less chaotic. I’m not there to judge your home, tell you you’re doing it wrong, or make postpartum feel like another thing you have to manage perfectly.
