Hello! My name is Haley, and I am a certified full-spectrum birthworker. I am passionate about supporting all birthing bodies and holding space for life’s big moments. I love being a steady presence and firm advocate for people throughout their pregnancy, labor, and postpartum experiences. As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I also focus on providing inclusive care for people of all sexes, gender identities, relationship models, races, and beliefs.   I have always had an interest in the birth world, but for the first 20 years of my life, I was dedicated to pursuing my love for dance. I moved to Salt Lake City from Akron, Ohio in 2018 to get my Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Ballet from the University of Utah. While I was studying for my degree, I started reading everything I could find about becoming a birthworker. My interest turned into an obsession and after dancing professionally for a year post-grad, I felt ready to take a break from dance and pursue birth work full time!    As your birth support, I lean on my intuition and learned skills to guide me. Entering your space with a regulated nervous system allows me to tap into that intuition and support you to the best of my abilities. I believe that birth is one of the most transformative life experiences and I love helping people prepare for it!   As your postpartum support, I meet you where you are and embrace the unknown with you. The postpartum journey looks different for everyone, and each day comes with new challenges and joys. I feel honored every time I am able to support a new family and watch them thrive during this vulnerable, beautiful time.    When I’m not geeking out about placentas and newborn reflexes, you can find me camping in the Uintas, doing yoga in my living room, hiking, snowboarding, dancing, singing bad karaoke at local dive bars, and spending time with my partner and our two cats.

I’m here to massage tired feet, melt tension with counter pressure, and bring comfort from my Mary Poppins bag of tools. I support you and your partner as you move through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum with intuition, trust, and the reminder that you don’t have to walk this path alone. Birth is sacred. Working with Whitney as our doula was one of the greatest decisions we made for our birth. She was absolutely incredible! From the very beginning, she jumped into action and had an amazing ability to read the room and know exactly what was needed all while maintaining a calm presence. One of our biggest hopes in hiring a doula was for my husband to feed confident and supported during labor, and Whitney exceeded every expectation. During our pre-labor visits, she walked us through our birth plan, answered all of our questions, and taught us strategies and techniques for pain management. Throughout the weeks leading up to birth, she stayed in close contact, checking in over text and offering reassurance whenever we needed it. When I was induced, Whitney was the first one at the hospital. My labor involved more interventions than I had hoped for, and she helped me understand each one, talk through my options, and know what questions to ask the midwives. Through every contraction, she was right there providing counter pressure and steady emotional support. Even though my birth took unexpected turns and didn’t follow my original plan, Whitney helped make it a magical, empowering and truly beautiful experience. I would recommend her to absolutely any and everyone. Whitney is a gift, and we are so grateful she was a part of our story.

Passion for helping others has been ingrained in me for as long as I can recall. Creating a secure space where individuals can embrace vulnerability and find unwavering support is a facet of my character that brings me immense pride. No one should feel alone; it has always been my inclination to extend beyond expectations, offering a comforting presence to loved ones and patients navigating moments of solitude and unease during transitions in hospitals. To me, being your Doula is not just providing you counter pressure and support. It’s about creating that positive birth space for you, where you can completely surrender and lay trust into your surroundings! Where you can be fully present with yourself and your baby as they transition from being a part of you on the inside and into one of their own in your arms on the outside. This is your story that I, as your doula, am honored to be a part of. You are in control of your birth space and who is in it! For each of my birth clients, I craft personally written affirmation cards and offer assistance in materializing your dream birth space. Post-birth, as the fourth trimester unfolds, I step into a role of unique support. This chapter, where families acquaint themselves with quirks and routines, is as distinctive as each individual. As a postpartum doula, I provide physical and mental support—whether it’s lactation guidance, rest, household chores, meal prepping, or engaging in profound conversations about life. In moments of exhaustion and when things seem askew, always remember: You are enough! Beyond my doula work, I engage with clients through informative calls, providing education on a spectrum of topics ranging from childbirth and parenting to Montessori principles. When I’m not immersed in these enlightening conversations, my off-hours are a dynamic blend of creativity and rejuvenation. To stay grounded and invigorated, I venture outdoors, whether it’s through the exhilarating experience of cold plunging or the serenity of a hike in nature.

Madison was crucial in my positive postpartum experience. As our postpartum doula, she helped me, a first time mom, navigate the new realm of caring for my exhausted body while learning about and caring for my newborn. I couldn’t imagine anyone else in my little bubble with me. She had so much expertise and really had a way with my baby. She encouraged confidence in me and allowed for much needed rest whenever I needed it. I can’t recommend her enough. I’d hire her over and over again.

Hello! I'm Kaytalyn Winston, Certified Birth, and Postpartum Doula, Certified Lactation Support Educator, Childbirth Educator, and Newborn Sleep Consultant. My passion for birth began through my own motherhood journey. I am the mother of two beautiful children, my daughter was  born at a birth center and my son was born at home. Experiencing the power, beauty, and transformation of physiological birth firsthand deeply shaped my view of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum care. My experience of being fully held and supported by a doula myself ignited a love and drive for supporting women as they navigate their own journeys into motherhood. In addition to my personal birth experiences, I have also had the unique honor and privilege of serving as a surrogate for a close friend. Walking through pregnancy and birth from both the perspective of a mother and a gestational carrier has given me a profound appreciation for the many different paths families take to welcome a child. I believe that every mother deserves to feel seen, supported, informed, and honored throughout each stage of motherhood. Birth is not simply about bringing a baby into the world, it is a transformational rite of passage for a woman and her family. My role is to provide compassionate guidance, evidence-based education, emotional support, and practical care so that families can make informed decisions and approach birth with confidence. My birth philosophy centers on trusting the innate wisdom of the mother and the physiological design of the body while ensuring families have the knowledge and support needed to navigate birth in the way that feels right for them. I strive to create a space where women feel empowered to use their voice, trust their intuition, release all fears and tension, and make decisions aligned with their values and goals. I support families across a variety of birth settings, including home births, birth centers, and hospitals. I have a special passion for supporting physiological birth, VBACs, water births, breastfeeding, postpartum recovery, and helping families establish healthy newborn feeding and sleep rhythms. Kaytalyn was absolutely phenomenal from the day I told her I was pregnant through 12 weeks postpartum. I truly wish we hadn’t moved so I could have had her by my side for my second birth, too! She met with me one-on-one to talk through all things birth (and answer my many, many questions), and she also met with my husband and me in our home to practice and rehearse labor positions so we felt prepared going into birth. When things picked up at 2 a.m. on the day our baby was born, Kaytalyn was there. She stayed by my side for the entire labor and was such a constant source of encouragement, support, and reassurance. My husband even joked afterward that he wasn’t sure she ever left my side to use the bathroom! She was more than a doula, she was truly a partner in the entire process, before, during, and after birth. I’m so grateful for the care she gave our family and would recommend her services wholeheartedly to anyone preparing to welcome a baby.

Natalie is known as the child whisperer in our house. She started helping our family when our second child was three months old, guiding my husband and me as we adjusted to life with two kids. As our postpartum doula, she was an incredible support — especially since we were both working and our baby had trouble sleeping. Our first child had been an easy sleeper, so we had no idea what to do with a restless baby! Natalie was the only one who could calmly guide our baby to sleep, and she had such a natural way of connecting with our toddler. She also taught us new approaches to parenting that made our home more peaceful and our routines more manageable. I’ll be forever grateful for the time she spent with our family — even now, our toddler still asks when Natalie can come over to play. You should also know that Natalie takes initiative in the most thoughtful ways. She made our lives so much easier — preparing meals for the kids when I had forgotten to plan ahead (which was most days!) and quietly helping with little chores around the house without being asked. She’s truly amazing.

Even though I don’t live in Utah anymore, McKayla has still been my go-to person for baby and toddler questions for years. I’ve reached out to her about everything from pregnancy questions and what’s normal for a newborn to toddler sleep, nutrition during pregnancy and postpartum, and figuring out which baby products are actually worth buying. She’s helped me sort through all the marketing and focus on what we really needed. What I appreciate most is that she never makes me feel silly for asking questions. She explains things in a way that actually makes sense, and I always come away feeling more confident instead of second-guessing myself. If I still lived in the Salt Lake area, I would absolutely hire Utah Postpartum Care after having another baby. McKayla and her team have so much knowledge and genuinely care about the families they support. Those first few months with a new baby can be overwhelming, and having someone you trust makes a big difference. I’d gladly recommend them to any expecting family looking for postpartum support in northern Utah.

Being involved in birth work has been a dream of mine for as long as I can remember! I graduated from Utah Valley University with a degree in Social work where I found joy in listening, and empowering people. Soon after graduating I gave birth to my first daughter and it reignited my passion for birth and desire to want all mamas to have a positive experience during childbirth. I completed my doula training with songbird maternity learning skills to support mothers such as breathing exercises, optimal positions for labor and pushing, massage and more. I am excited to help you learn more about the beauty of childbirth and feel empowered and amazed at what your mind, body, and baby can do when they all work together!

Charlee was the best investment I ever made for my birth. She made the environment exactly what I needed, was positive, encouraging, supportive and empowering during my 36 hours of labor. She also was incredibly helpful and supportive to my husband, who was my birth partner, and helped me reach my goal of laboring unmedicated for 24 hours! She helped advocate for me at the hospital, and was so calm and kind in helping me know my options when I had to choose interventions, she always helped me know that everything was my choice, which made me feel so empowered and happy with my labor and delivery! YOU NEED CHARLEE as your doula!! Recommending to everyone I know!!

Hello! My name is Lindsay. I'm a certified birth and traditional postpartum doula in Utah County and have been supporting families since 2017. I believe pregnancy, birth, and new parenthood are physical events, and also deeply emotional and spiritual ones—a great becoming. Because of this, my work is mother-centered, and blanketed in ritual and ceremony. You deserve to be held and witnessed. When I'm not working with postpartum families, you'll find me spending time with my three children, dreaming about traveling the world, and singing and knitting with my community.

We’ve been lucky to have Lindsay as our birth doula for all three of our kids, and most recently as a postpartum doula. I had a hard time understanding why I’d want a postpartum doula with my first two births, but I’m SO glad I went for it this time around! Having Lindsay come over was a highlight of those first few weeks. She came with her arms full of food, teas, cozy cushions, sound bath instruments, etc. Each week she’d bring food that I picked from the menu (all of it was so delicious and nourishing), and would guide me thru whatever session I had chosen (sound bath, gentle movement/stretching, guided meditation, closing of the bones ceremony). She has a very calming energy about her and I just feel at peace when she’s around. She helped around the house while she was here like washing the dishes, sorting and folding laundry, things that pile up in the busy-ness of having a newborn. She is truly a delight to work with and I’m forever grateful that she was here for us during the most important events of our lives.

Lauren Davis

Hello, I’m Lauren- a mother to two daughters and a holistic labor + traditional postpartum doula with an education focused on the Ayurvedic philosophy. I view pregnancy, birth, and the process of becoming a mother as not only a physical event; but a spiritual experience as well. In your most sacred spaces, I act as a gentle guide +space holder in pregnancy, labor, postpartum and beyond. Supporting mothers/families during their greatest transitions, and weaving in ritual+cereomy as a means to support and honor these initiations and grand transitions is a passion of mine. It is through my own difficult experiences with child birth and the Matrescence time, that I feel deeply called to give other mothers/families what I did not receive. It takes a village to raise a mother. None of us were meant to do this alone, nor should we have to!

Recent review

From a provider’s perspective, working with Laurenq is such a breath of fresh air. She brings this really grounded, calming presence into the room that you can feel right away—not just for her clients, but for the whole birth team. She supports in a way that feels natural and intuitive, while still being incredibly knowledgeable and tuned in to what’s unfolding. She has a beautiful way of holding space that’s both nurturing and steady. You can tell how much her clients trust her, and that trust makes a real difference in how a labor flows. She’s attentive without ever being overbearing, and she knows how to step in and when to simply be present. What I appreciate most is how respectful and collaborative she is. She works with the team, not against it, and always keeps the focus on creating a safe, empowering experience for the family. Truly one of those doulas you hope to have at every birth professional, holistic, and genuinely caring in a way that can’t be taught.

September 2026

I am so grateful that we had Kaytalyn as our doula. I was planning for an unmedicated birth center birth, and I ended up getting induced and got an epidural. She made me feel like I had choice at every turn and helped me to feel empowered in the unexpected. I really dislike medical environments and I’m so glad she was there as someone familiar with the hospital and their language and protocols. She understood my desires and disappointments and helped me process them all. Also, the education she offers at the prenatal appointments is invaluable. I feel like I drew on each piece of advice for birth and postpartum. All of the information felt a little overwhelming after each meeting, but I’m so so glad to have learned all of it from her. She’s a wealth of information and I know for a fact our trajectory as new parents would have been a lot more rocky without her advice and expertise.

September 2026

We’ve been so grateful to have Kaytalyn support our family at home with both of our kids. She is warm, knowledgeable, and easy to feel comfortable with. Her guidance helped us feel more confident as we found our footing as parents. She also helped us with sleep for our first child, which we really appreciated! We would wholeheartedly recommend her to any family looking for support. And as a bonus, her meatballs are delicious!
