Find a Sleep Coach Near Me in West Jordan, UT

My name is Jillian Cain and I am so excited to begin my journey as a postpartum doula. I hope to be able to support families in the Salt Lake City area, including as far east as Park City, Heber, Midway. I believe that postpartum care is just as much about caring for the mother as it is caring for the child. If the mother feels confident and supported, they are able to be more present and relaxed while supporting their new family member. Whether this is your first or third child, I believe a postpartum doula can help change the first 12 weeks after you give birth.

Hi, I’m Evie Belnap! I’m a certified birth doula who is passionate about helping women feel confident, cared for, and empowered throughout their birth experience. With a background in Exercise Science at Brigham Young University, I have a special interest in supporting women through exercise, breathing, and understanding their body better during pregnancy and labor. I love making birth preparation feel approachable and encouraging, while helping each mom discover what works best for her body and baby. Most importantly, I’m a friendly and compassionate person who genuinely loves being there for people. I bring a calm, grounded presence to the birth space. I believe that sometimes the most meaningful support is simply having someone steady beside you to witness your strength in pregnancy. Every birth is different, and I’m here to meet you where you are, support your choices, and help you feel prepared and confident as you welcome your baby into the world. In my free time, I enjoy adventuring in the great outdoors with my husband, painting, playing volleyball, mountain biking and traveling the world. I would be honored to be part of your birth story!

I have hands-on experience from caring for infants as young as 6 weeks old to supporting school-aged kids up to 12 years old. My background includes working in a daycare setting as well as providing personalized care as a nanny, which has given me a strong foundation in nurturing, supporting, and engaging children of all ages. I’m also currently working toward my doula certification, which reflects my passion for supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. My goal is to bring both professional knowledge and compassionate care to the families I work with. I look forward to connecting and supporting families in a way that makes them feel seen, supported, and cared for.

Hi! I’m Jamie, the face behind Salt Lake Doula. I believe everyone deserves and needs physical and emotional support during birth and I’d be honored to be a tool in helping you achieve the labor you deserve.

Meredith is a certified birth doula, postpartum doula, certified women’s hormone specialist, cycle + fertility coach, menstruation educator, and mother to three amazing kids, ages 7, 5 and 3. She loves everything about the menstrual cycle–hormones, menstruation, fertility, birth, postpartum, and menopause. She loves teaching women (and families) how to use their cycle to balance their lives (and their hormones) and accomplish their goals for growing their family, or not. But Birth has a special place in Meredith’s heart. She came to birth work on a Thursday afternoon driving home from her Human Resources job. She was complaining about her job to her sister and her sister’s response was, “you should go be a Doula”. What’s a Doula? After her sister explained what a Doula does, a voice inside of her said, “I was born to do that”. She was in Doula training the next month and she has never looked back. She loves being with families and witnessing their growth and transformation as they move through the birth and postpartum process. Meredith excels at supporting families through natural/unmedicated birth both in and out of the hospital, and a lot of her clients have great results from her support in delaying medication so that it supports their labor rather than hinders it. Meredith is passionate about families knowing their options, preparing well, and tapping into the spiritual nature of the birth process to create an empowering experience. Additionally, she excels at assisting families to set up healthy rhythms for maximized nighttime sleep, feeding and bonding postpartum.

Having trained as a Doula and Prenatal Yoga Instructor in Washington, D.C., I gained valuable experience supporting mothers in fast-paced medical settings where advocacy and informed decisions are essential. Now based in Utah, I use these skills to create calm and positive birth environments where mothers feel heard, supported, and empowered to create the birth experience of their dreams.

Hi! I’m Camille. I’m a DONA and Curtis Method trained Hypnodoula, a CAPPA trained postpartum doula, and a childbirth educator. I’ve been a doula for about 6 years and I fall more in love with it with every client I serve. I support birth in all forms, in all locations, and with all family systems. As your doula, my goal is to make sure you come out of your birth or postpartum experience feeling like you were empowered to make your own choices and that you were seen and heard throughout. Let’s talk soon!

After the birth of my second child, I found myself struggling with postpartum depression. Even though I had a good support system, there were many factors at play that left me feeling depressed, anxious, and like I wasn't a good mom.  Thankfully, I was able to receive appropriate care and I was soon feeling better! I felt so incredibly loved and held as I did the work to recover. Because of the wonderful support I experienced from the birth and postpartum world, I decided to transition from my former career of 16 years as a veterinary technician. I am currently in the process of becoming certified as a postpartum doula through CAPPA and I am so excited to continue supporting the new families in my community!

My background is education, I have worked in every grade from kindergarten to high school, special education, public and charter schools. Hello, my name is Bizza and I am a birth and postpartum doula located in Salt Lake City, Utah. I am so passionate about birth and empowering birthing people with support and knowledge so they are fully equipped for whatever childbirth brings their way. My background is all things babies, from being a professional nanny to doula work, to being an Auntie to so many children. Knowledge is power and there are so many unknowns in childbirth. It is my joy and desire to equip birthing people with enough knowledge and support that when the unknowns come up, and they will, you are not blindsided. Rather, you are able to make educate, informed decisions. In my free time I enjoy reading, tending to my plants, baking, and gaming with my friends.

Hello! My name is Lavinia, and I’m a mother who has personally experienced the profound journey of pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period. After facing challenges such as preeclampsia and caring for a premature baby, I’ve gained a deep understanding of the physical, emotional, and mental needs that arise during this transformative time. These experiences have shaped my passion for supporting other parents as they navigate their unique journeys into parenthood. As a Doula, my philosophy revolves around providing compassionate, individualized care, ensuring that each family feels empowered, informed, and nurtured throughout the process. I believe in the power of holistic support—whether it’s offering emotional encouragement, practical assistance, or simply being a steady presence. My goal is to create a calm, supportive environment where both parents and babies feel safe and cared for, allowing families to thrive during the birthing experience and beyond.

Hi! I absolutely love working with kids and have a ton of experience! I like to approach how I work with them based off what the parents expectations are. I believe communication is key, and will work my hardest to be an extension of them, aligning with their goals and values.

Originally from Colorado, but now serving in Salt Lake City and surrounding areas. I believe everyone deserves a doula. I provide unbiased support no matter what type of birth you are planning.

Hello, My name is Johanna and I am a certified postpartum doula and gentle sleep coach based in Daybreak, Utah! I love supporting families in their postpartum journey. I am happy to help wherever it is needed: caring for the birthing parent or the newborn, helping with older siblings, cooking, and overall helping you navigate life with a new baby! Moreover, I offer holistic sleep support that is tailored to your family. I don't work with any separation-based sleep training methods such as Ferber and CIO. Instead, we look for gentle and realistic ways to improve your baby's sleep. In addition to my trainings, I hold a master's degree in Psychology and am CPR/first aid certified. In my free time, I love to travel, read, do pilates, and do the crossword. I mainly serve clients in and around SLC but am open to travel assignments!
