Hi there! My name is Kayli Worthley. I am a Certified Birth Doula, Childbirth Educator, and Breastfeeding Counselor. I believe birth is a sacred event that goes best when mothers feel safe, seen, and heard. I see my doula role as one of an educator, nurturer, and advocate. My goal is that you feel informed and confident to make your own decisions throughout the labor and birth process. After having a beautiful homebirth with my daughter, I have first hand experience of the joys and trials of childbirth. I believe that children are a blessing from God and that childbirth can bring you closer to the Lord. In my free time you'll find me singing along to worship music while making sourdough. I love going on walks with my husband and practicing hospitality.

I’m beyond grateful for Kayli’s presence during the birth of our twin boys. Though this was my third pregnancy, Kayli renewed my sense of empowerment and knowledge about birth. She didn’t just bring experience but she brought a deep understanding of birth as part of God’s design. This encouraged me to trust my body’s ability and make choices rooted in faith. And by God’s grace, I was able to deliver our twins vaginally + unmedicated.  When doctors' demands created a sense of urgency around birth of our boys, Kayli coached me beforehand, giving me the confidence to pause, reflect and make intentional decisions.  During labor, Kayli and my husband worked in tandem for hours ensuring I was never without support. This constant teamwork and extra set of hands (!!) helped me through the toughest moments. Given the risks of twin deliveries, I was prepared for an OR birth. When we entered that bright, sterile room, fear took over. But in the brief moments between the births, Kayli ensured the doctors allowed me to hold my baby before he was taken away, offering me the strength to deliver our second just 14 minutes later. Her intuition in that moment was unforgettable.  Following births, when I faced mild hemorrhaging and my husband was with the babies in the NICU, Kayli stayed by my side during the overwhelming medical attention, she remained calm, and a steady source of comfort. What truly sets Kayli apart is her deep heart of service, empathy, and respect for mom and baby. She doesn’t just support the birth, she offers care through every step of the journey into motherhood. Her compassion shines in every interaction. If you’re seeking a doula, Kayli is the perfect choice. I’m forever grateful for her role in bringing our babies into the world and confident that she will offer the same extraordinary support to every family fortunate enough to have her by their side.

Hey there, I’m Carly, the heart and hands behind Sol Shine Doula Services. My path to birth work started with my own first birth experience—long, unsupported, and ending in a home birth transfer. I didn’t even know doulas existed then, but I know now how transformative the right support can be. Named after my first child’s middle name, Sol Shine was born from a deep desire to provide families with the warmth, knowledge, and care I once wished for. Now, I dedicate my work to ensuring no birthing person feels alone in their journey.

We found Carly very last minute, and I was honestly on the fence about whether or not I wanted to hire a doula. But after meeting with her, we instantly felt comfortable and knew she was the right fit. She’s kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly thoughtful in her approach. Carly took the time to ask important questions and was sensitive to both past trauma and my neurodivergence, which made me feel seen and supported right from the start. Having her available throughout the tail end of my pregnancy to answer questions was invaluable. I wish we would have found her sooner so I could have benefited from her support and guidance for more of my pregnancy. When it came time for the birth of our first child, I can’t imagine having done it without her. She helped create the calm, peaceful environment I had hoped for and supported both my husband and me as we navigated the hospital experience. During labor, she was there for my husband as much as she was for me—gently guiding him on how best to support me and offering him reassurance, too. Carly made the entire experience feel grounded, warm, and empowering. We’re so grateful we had her by our side.

Ellen’s background in psychology, behavioral therapy, and nannying led her to the world of birthwork. She completed her training through Peaceful Birth Company. Ellen has a soft-spoken, intuitive nature and can be a strong advocate when needed. She shows up with authenticity to support her clients. Ellen has a deep appreciation for the practice of yoga. She teaches Prenatal, Postnatal and Baby-and-Me yoga classes at Peaceful Birth Company and absolutely loves it! She finds so much fulfillment from seeing parents bond with their babies, nurturing birthing people by supporting their healing (physical, mental and emotional), and creating a safe space in her classes for people to find community and bond over shared experiences. Ellen enjoys helping clients connect more deeply with their intuition by exploring meditation and breathwork. In her birthwork and yoga classes, she strives to center trauma-informed care. Ellen is committed to providing unbiased support for her clients and empowering them in their own decisions for their births. She is beyond grateful to be a part of this work. Ellen can often be found playing soccer, hiking or crocheting. She’s worked as a wildland firefighter and lifeguard, and is happiest when she’s outside or in water. She loves to sit somewhere cozy with a cup of coffee and a good book and she takes so much pleasure in decorating spaces, making them feel inviting and homey.

Having Ellen by our side throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum was such a gift. The time we spent preparing for birth with Ellen was incredibly helpful and supportive, leaving us feeling more grounded, informed, and empowered. During the birth itself, her calm, compassionate presence and unwavering advocacy allowed us to feel deeply cared for and supported, while also allowing my partner to be more present in the experience. It is an experience I will forever hold with so much reverence and gratitude. Ellen continued to be such a gift in the postpartum period, offering care and support during a tender and transformative time. We are so grateful for Ellen and the role she played in welcoming our son into the world and supporting our family as we began this new transformative life chapter.

Kat Allen

Hi, I’m Kat! A doula, parent, and the heart behind Meadow’s Blossoming Bellies. For the past few years, I’ve been home with my daughter Meadow, watching her grow into this bright, fierce little human who’s taught me more about life and strength than I ever expected. She’s the reason I stepped into this work. I want her to see that it’s never too late to follow your passion—and that women can lead, heal, and build something powerful, even in the messiest seasons of life. My path to becoming a doula didn’t start with a dream. I found this work through my own experiences of birth, trauma, and healing. Meadow was born six weeks early and spent time in the NICU. Our journey included feeding challenges, a g-tube, postpartum depression, and a long road to bonding. It wasn’t easy, but it cracked me open. It made me realize how much support matters. Not just medically, but emotionally, spiritually, and human to human. That’s why I show up the way I do—as a birth, postpartum, and sibling doula who’s committed to creating a space where people feel safe, respected, and never alone. I’ve taken a range of trainings, mentorships, and classes, but most of what I bring to this work comes from lived experience and deep listening. I’m here to walk with you through the unknowns—offering grounding support, honest conversations, and care that fits you. My work is rooted in connection. I meet each family where they are, honoring your values, your needs, and your voice. Whether you’re navigating birth, adjusting to life with a newborn, or preparing your older child for a sibling, I’m here to support the whole experience with presence and compassion. This work is sacred to me. Every story matters. Every birth matters. And you deserve someone in your corner who sees you fully. If any of this resonates, I’d love to connect and see how I can support you.

Throughout my pregnancy journey, she offered personalized guidance, ensuring every step was designed to meet my needs. Her calm demeanor and reassuring presence during labor were invaluable – she made a significant difference, providing solid support that allowed me to feel empowered and secure during such a significant moment. What sets Kat apart is her holistic approach. It's not just about the birth; it's about the entire experience, encompassing prenatal care, postpartum support, and everything in between. Her attention to detail, continuous availability, and wealth of resources made the entire process feel seamless. Additionally, Kat's postpartum care was a game-changer. Her dedication went beyond expectation, offering invaluable guidance, practical assistance, and emotional support during those early weeks. Her commitment to nurturing the well-being of both the parent and the newborn is truly remarkable. Kat's warmth, expertise, and genuine passion for her work shine through in every interaction. She is a true advocate for families, ensuring that the journey into parenthood is not just manageable but a beautiful, empowering experience. Joanna was the most supportive, insightful, and resourceful doula I could have asked for. In addition to being experienced in the birthing and medical field, she cares deeply about the client and their family, ensuring that their birth plan reflects all their wants and needs. When things couldn't go according to plan, having Joanna's wisdom and compassion was invaluable - my husband and I literally don't know what we would have done without her in many high pressure moments. The postpartum component to Joanna's services are equally valuable and have helped me tremendously in my physical/emotional healing, as well as the transition into the fourth trimester and beyond. Thank you, Joanna - may all moms be so lucky to work with you!
