I can’t say enough about the support Ali provided during one of the most intense and meaningful experiences of my life. From the moment she was there, I felt like I had someone in my corner who truly understood what I needed before I knew myself. I had a long and challenging labor, but thankfully a smooth and uncomplicated delivery. During those long hours, Ali had an incredible ability to help me breathe, refocus, and come back to myself whenever the pain felt overwhelming. She never made me feel like I needed to be stronger or handle things differently, she simply met me where I was and helped me through it. Her calm presence made me feel supported, safe, and capable when I needed it most. I’m so grateful Ali was there with me, and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a doula.

First, I am a Christian; a follower of Jesus, and I believe in the miracle of life and the privilege of pregnancy, birth and motherhood as a natural and normal process. I am a certified birth doula through DONA International. My experience has been on the labor & delivery floor at Denver Health as a volunteer and staff doula, and I have supported 6 private births in the past year. I am looking to gain more experience as a private doula, specifically in the birth center and home birth settings, that is why I do not list hospital births as an option. In my private business I'm interested in working with women and their families that want to put in the work required to have an empowering and positive natural childbirth experience when there is no option for an epidural. By that I mean those who have taken classes such as Lamaze, Birthing from Within, Hypnobirthing and Hypnobabies or watched videos on natural childbirth from sources like Bridget Teyler or Mama Natural on YouTube. In addition , those that are committed to the regular exercises, routines and preparations that I believe are necessary for a birthing experience that won't leave you feeling traumatized. That's not to say a woman cannot decide on a natural experience, do no prep work and still have a positive birth without an epidural, because I've seen it happen, but it's rare. If you want to put in the work for a pregnancy and birth that will change how you understand yourself, your health inside and out, and give you a life long dose of empowering confidence that only the miracle of life can provide than please consider me as your doula to support that journey. I am happy to support families with multiple prenatal visits, birth, and a postpartum visit at the time of your choosing. Thank you for your consideration and congratulations!

Georgia was extremely kind, very knowledgeable, patient and I would recommend her services to anyone. She helped with providing back massages, options that I had during my labor and comforted me in times of distress.

I cannot say enough about my doula, Molly. She supported me before and after we learned of our son Waylon’s passing with incredible compassion, patience, and strength. From the very beginning, she was there every single moment I needed her, making sure I never felt alone. Molly helped create the birth space I envisioned, holding it with such care and intention. She made sure everything flowed smoothly and aligned beautifully with my wishes, even in the most heartbreaking of circumstances. Her presence brought comfort, safety, and love in a time that could have felt unbearably heavy. I will always be grateful to Molly for walking alongside me in such a sacred and difficult moment of my life. She is truly a gift to any family she supports.

I just wanted to take a big thank you and recommend my birthing doula to anyone who needs that extra support during their pregnancy! Hannah Hosey is so sweet and really cares about you and your birthing experience. She consistently checked on me the couple of months I had her. She was there to answer any question I had and literally would respond the second I needed advice about my pregnancy. And I went into a VERY fast labor where I checked into the hospital and had my baby girl within a 40 minutes of being there and she arrived there literally in like 20 minutes. She made a very intense situation for me a lot calmer. Her energy is just so caring and great! I’m happy I have met her! 🫶♥️

I hold a Bachelors of Science in Health Education, as well as a Masters Degree in Early Childhood Education. I have extensive experience supporting, educating, and nurturing families in different childcare capacities for the last 16 years. I have a penchant for postpartum and newborn care and am passionate about supporting families as they transition into parenthood being it with their firstborn or fourth! On top of newborn and postpartum support I also can help as a Sibling Doula with older sibling childcare while parents welcome their newest additions to their family. My own experiences with pregnancy, birth, pregnancy loss and motherhood are what inspired me to embark on the journey of supporting others navigating their perinatal experience. I have trained with and am a member of The Institute of Birth, Breath and Death and can provide trauma informed bereavement and loss support. Holding space for others who are walking the path of grief during the most sensitive times is a skill that I hold dear to my heart. For my own wellness I love doing yoga, camping in our popup with my family, escaping to the beach, baking, and you can always find me curled up in a good book. I look forward to learning more about your family's needs!

Alyssa is absolutely amazing! Her kindness and warmth immediately put me at ease, and her expertise with babies made me feel so secure and comfortable, whether during daytime hours or overnight shifts. Beyond being incredibly reliable in general, she has a remarkable ability to "take charge" the moment she walks through the door, and instinctively jumps in to handle things without me needing to ask. On top of all that, she even helped with meal prep and cooking, and the results were always so delicious--having homemade meals during a time when I was physically unable to cook was such a gift. Her support just exceeded my expectations and hopes in every way possible. All in all, I can’t recommend Alyssa highly enough. She was an absolute lifesaver during a crucial time, and helped make it both less stressful and more joyful!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Marie. She was a lifesaver for our family during the early postpartum days with my daughter. The nights Marie would come and help were what my husband and I most looked forward to during the week because we knew we'd have trusted support and that we would get much needed sleep. She was very flexible with her schedule and was always able to work with us to find the best timing for her to come help with overnights. Marie was a loving and confident doula and I always knew my daughter was in good hands with her. Marie was always open to having conversations with me and workshopping ways to improve naps, nighttime sleep, bottle feeding, pumping, etc. with me and I don't know that I would have been able to do things as well without her. In my struggle with postpartum anxiety and depression, nights were tough for me because I often felt a debilitating loneliness when I was feeding my daughter or up pumping. I cherish the nights we had with Marie because she helped take that loneliness away and it made me more confident as a mother. She is the absolute best and I highly recommend her!

Briauna Donnelly

Hi, I'm Briauna! Birth doula, prenatal yoga instructor, energy worker, and mother. My role is not to tell you how to birth or who you should become. My role is to walk beside you, helping you cultivate trust in yourself, deepen your connection with your baby, and feel supported as you navigate the transition into motherhood. Moms rarely need more information. They need space. Space to slow down, to connect with themselves, to strengthen their relationship with their baby, and to feel seen, heard, and held. When a mother feels supported emotionally, physically, and mentally, she is better able to access her intuition, make decisions aligned with her values, and move through birth and motherhood with greater confidence and ease. This is why my approach centers on the connection between mind, body, and baby. Because when all three are nurtured together, the experience of becoming a mother can feel less overwhelming and more empowering.

As a mommy with a bad 1st birth emergency c-section experience, Briauna was a wonderful blessing this second time around! Her attention to detail, expertise and sympathy made me feel safe and fearless. When it was time to welcome my baby into this world, I had all the confidence and support that I believe every mommy needs and deserves! I can’t stress enough how much I enjoyed having her around in a very beautiful yet vulnerable time in my life.

From day one when I interviewed Sareya, I knew that she was going to be a perfect fit for our family. She started caring for my son when he was three months old. We only have good things to say about Sareya. She is timely, professional, and most of all my son lights up when he sees her walk through the door. Sareya is a caregiver that provides compassionate care. She also will take the time to listen and adjust care depending on the day to day. You would be incredibly lucky to have Sareya working alongside you and your family. We are going to miss having Sareya with us each week, but we know that she’s going to do great things working as a doula and postpartum caregiver.
