Harmony's assistance was invaluable to us during my pregnancy, labor, delivery, and post partum. She helped me to understand a lot of the processes both that my body would go through and that the medical system would put me through, which was incredibly helpful in making more informed decisions and planning for what would be an unorthodox birth. Harmony helped me flesh out my birth plan more completely, which helped me to feel more in control when the time came to make medical decisions. Additionally, she was there through a significant portion of my LONG labor and assisted not only with that process, but also with providing support to my teenage daughter, who was present for labor and who experienced some anxiety because of it. She video called with me in the hospital during my recovery to help me navigate caring for my babies and preparing for breastfeeding despite their need for NICU treatment. Harmony went above and beyond to connect me with someone who could help me with the challenges of breastfeeding twins when I struggled post-partum. We truly cannot imagine what this process would've looked like without her and would (and already have!) recommended her highly to friends and family!

I cannot say enough good things about Jaime and her company. Working with Jaime and her doulas (Michelle) was an absolute privilege. Jaime is kind, capable, thoughtful, reliable, and loving as is Michelle. They both fit right into our family seamlessly and managed our household better than my spouse or I can! My daughters (2.5 and 4.5) and all of us felt completely at ease and loved being with them. Jaime took us on last minute and then went above and beyond supporting all of us so that I could heal and sort out an exceptionally hard baby to nurse. She is very knowledgeable, offering both book and experience insight, and easy to get on with. I feel so incredibly lucky that we were able to work with her. She really cares about and loves what she does, and is very good at it!

Gwen was absolutely amazing! This was my husband and I’s first child labor experience and we felt ready to take on the new journey. She guided us step by step with an well put together powerpoint, explaining emotion experiences we may have, procedures, medicine and so much more . Gwen took her time to make sure we didn't feel overwhelmed with information but made sure we understood that we had choices in the delivery room, we are in control of our labor. She also made it appointment to focus on our relationship as a couple before our daughter and after the birth of our daughter. Iyonia was such a blessing as my doula. She was so informative, made us feel comfortable and confident about going into labor with a plan (and a plan b, c , d… and so on) to have the labor experience me and my husband wanted while also managing our expectations (very important)! I felt alone and lost during the birth of my first born. I felt like we were isolated and kind of “rushed” through the experience. But Iyonia made sure I, (and my support team) knew my RIGHTS as a patient, the birthing options available to us, and a plan to avoid the things that I was unhappy about with my first birth. You don’t know what you don’t know, so she made sure we knew what ask for. One experience I will always hold close to my heart was after my husband went to be with the baby after my c-section, she stayed with me, held my hand and continued to give me encouraging words at a time when emotions (and hormones) were about to get the best of me! I will always appreciate her for that. It made a huge difference.

I didn’t know what questions I would have as a first time mom - but I was able to ask Debbie every day in that first week after returning home from the hospital. All the unknowns were a quick answer and short video that Debbie could send me right away. Debbie even made time to check in my with husband to answer his questions. I highly recommend the 5-Day Postpartum Check with Debbie! She saved me hours of sifting through research and gave me practical alternatives to every question!

Chris was my birth doula, and let me say I would not have had the confidence to do an unmedicated birth as a first time mom without her support, knowledge, and guidance. Chris is EXTREMELY passionate about what she does and it is evident upon any interaction with her. She provided me with many tools to use not only while in labor, but also for pregnancy, breastfeeding, and postpartum. She made herself available to answer any questions I had, even post birth. She is tremendously supportive to any and all decisions you as a mom-to-be. She will not try to persuade you into something else. We had the pleasure of having Monica as our postpartum doula after the birth of our second baby. Monica is sweet, caring, and hard working. She supported my feeding goals, whether I wanted her to bring me baby to breastfeed or wanted her to offer baby a bottle so I could get some extra sleep. In addition to helping to care for our newborn, she was a tremendous help with cleaning bottles and pump parts and folding laundry - all the tasks that helped us focus on baby and get some extra sleep. I have been so lucky to hire Melissa twice as a doula now and I could not recommend her services enough. She is a wonderful advocate for mothers and truly listened to what I needed.
