We are so grateful that Tiana was recommended to us by a trusted source. Tiana supported us with three overnights and two weeks of virtual texts and phone calls (as needed) to help us sleep train our daughter. Our LO was 11 months old and still only sleeping about two hours at a time, we had tried to night wean and crib naps and so many other things, but nothing helped her connect her sleep cycles except for nursing. Tiana came up with a sleep plan that met our LO where she was and made us feel comfortable. She guided us to support baby to soothe and sleep independently in such a gentle way and helped us make a huge transition so much easier. After the two weeks, baby was sleeping 5-6 hours at a time in her crib in her own room! Working with Tiana was honestly so amazing and improved our whole families’ quality of life. Having Vee as our postpartum doula was one of the best decisions I made. We worked with her several nights a week over a five-week period, and she was a wonderful support during those early weeks with our son. I felt very comfortable leaving him with her, which allowed me to get a few extra hours of sleep and rest. Furthermore, it was very reassuring to have someone knowledgeable observing him during those weeks, helping us identify patterns in his behavior, preferences or any discomfort he might be having. Vee was not only very caring and attentive with our baby, but also incredibly supportive and thoughtful towards me as a new mom.
