Hi my name is Jessica! I live in Denver on our family farm with my husband and 2 kids. I’ve been passionate about pregnancy and childbirth since I can remember. I originally trained as a birth doula in 2011, gained some experience and then we started our own family. The doula lifestyle wasn’t something that worked for us while my babies were small. I took about 10 years off from birth work (besides doing births for family) until 2023 when I felt called back to birth work, and I re-trained and certified. I deeply enjoy getting to know my clients and assisting with getting them confident and ready for their birth. I hope to provide my clients with everything they need to make informed decisions that are right for them, feeling confident to advocate for themselves and bringing a calming presence into their birth space, whether that’s at home, at the birth center or a hospital.

Although the fourth trimester is a very exciting time, it can also be extremely challenging. There was so much I didn’t know, especially around my mental health and what to expect. With my firstborn, my labor and delivery was long and hard, which led me to having certain interventions I didn’t plan on. For the next few months, I had feelings of inadequency and really struggled emotionally. I did not have close family living nearby to help and though it was tough at times, this journey gave me a profound appetite to support others in their postpartum journey. I have a passion for celebrating the postpartum period and educating, empowering, and helping families. I’m currently a ProDoula Certified Labor Doula (CD-L) + A Dona International Certified Doula (CD). I am also a Certified Fertility Doula (CFD), Reproductive Health Specialist (RHS), Postpartum Doula (PPD), Newborn Care Specialist (NCS), and Infant Feeding Specialist (IFS). My name is Rachel Campbell. I'm a 30-something wife and mama to two crazy kiddos and one dog. I have been immersed in the pregnancy, birth, and postpartum world since 2017 and had two amazing doula-attended births of my own. I decided to take the plunge into doula work in 2021. I completed my CAPPA training in November of 2021 and I'm working toward my official certification.
