Newborn Care Specialist • Postpartum Doula • Sleep Coach • Nanny • Travel NCS I’m a newborn care specialist, postpartum doula, sleep coach, and experienced nanny with 15 years of hands‑on experience caring for babies. I support families through the tender newborn stage with calm, structured, and deeply nurturing care — whether you need overnight support or full 24/7 coverage. My approach is baby‑led, developmentally informed, and rooted in gentle structure. I monitor feeding intervals, sleep cues, digestive comfort, and early developmental patterns to create predictable routines that help babies settle, rest well, and thrive. I specialize in gentle sleep shaping, responsive nighttime care, and systems that support healthy circadian rhythms and steady growth. I’m experienced with singletons and twins, including families navigating breastfeeding, bottle feeding, combination feeding, and complex overnight schedules. My role is to bring steadiness, clarity, and confidence into your home — helping parents rest deeply while knowing their baby is cared for with intention and expertise. I typically work 5–7 nights per week to ensure consistency and smooth progress. For families seeking continuous support, I also offer 24/7 newborn care, providing seamless routines, stability, and a peaceful environment day and night. I am available to travel anywhere in the USA, and when traveling for care, accommodations provided is preferred to maintain a restful, consistent space for your baby’s routine. My goal is to deliver calm, reliable, and emotionally attuned newborn care that makes the early weeks feel lighter, smoother, and beautifully supported. My calendars only reflect nights. Please message, text, call or email for current daytime availability. 206-679-2457

Adrea was recommended to me by a friend of a friend, who had used her twice for postpartum newborn care. She is an expert in baby sleep!! Adrea is also very kind, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. She did not have availability to help me at night, but made herself available as much as possible during the day so I could get some much needed sleep. So so grateful for her. Highly recommend!!

A dedicated, capable, and broadly skilled Full Spectrum Doula. My skillset has flourished in the years I’ve spent in professional birth and postpartum care. Having supported over 300 families through pregnancy, labor and birth, and even hundreds more in postpartum, as well as a foundation of 20+ years of NCS experience, I am a seasoned Doula based here in metro Seattle / Tacoma. My competencies are built on the foundation of full-spectrum experience of pregnancy, birth and postpartum. I walk hand in hand with families through first, second, and third births as well as the many in-between variations of the experience of growing family. It is important to me to practice with a calm and clear mind, helping to build your confidence and awareness early on, helping you assert your autonomy confidently to be in charge of your experience. At the heart of my work as your doula are the values of trust, honesty, reliability and non-judgmental support. There is no one right way to become a family. My role is to help you feel sure of what is right for you.

Nori was the whole reason my birth experience went as smoothly as it did. Not only did she prepare me and my husband for what would likely occur, but she prepped us beforehand with research behind the decisions that are made during these moments. This was so unbelievably smart and helpful to discuss beforehand, so we didn’t have to make any hard decisions during labor. Nori also provided such a comfort, not only physically, but emotionally and mentally. She helped my husband learn ways to help me manage labor pains, paid attention to what sort of environment I preferred, and even took photos of us with our newborn. I can’t imagine not choosing Nori!

Ayden My Birth Doula was an absolute lifesaver throughout my entire birth journey. From our prenatal visit to postnatal support, she was incredibly informative, knowledgeable, and always on time. She helped me understand what to expect, even knowing that birth can be an unexpected process at times, which gave me confidence and peace of mind going into labor. As a single mom by choice, Ayden was especially respectful and empathetic to my unique needs and how they differ from those of a couple. She was deeply supportive, caring, and thoughtful, never dismissive, and always made me feel seen, understood, and honored in my experience. During birth, Ayden was kind, nurturing, and remarkably calm. Her lovely positive affirmations and strong, grounding words helped me stay focused and empowered. Her intuitive guidance, especially with birth positioning for pushing was invaluable, and she attentively nurtured all of my needs, from snacks and water to maintaining dim lighting and a peaceful space. Giving birth to a Christmas baby unfortunately for me turned into travel nurses, and midwives and nothing going as planned. Yet, Ayden created calm within the chaos. She helped keep me grounded and feeling safe, and knowing she was by my side brought immense comfort. Her postnatal visit was just as supportive and reassuring, helping me process the experience and feel cared for beyond the birth itself. I truly cannot imagine my birth experience without Ayden’s support. Truly a Doula Angel Sent to help bring my baby girl into this world safely and as calm as possible in the unknown.

Débora is incredibly kind, patient, and nurturing, and she was truly wonderful with my newborn. From the very first day, it was clear that she has a deep and thoughtful understanding of newborn development and milestones—she noticed the little things, anticipated our baby’s needs, and always approached each moment with gentleness and care. Hello, my name is Pei. After many cherished years as a stay-at-home mom, I am looking forward to returning to the workforce and doing what I know best: taking care of infants. My journey as a mother has deepened my understanding of the unique needs of newborns and their families and I am excited to share my knowledge and experience with others. I have raised three children of my own. My experience in caring for my own children has equipped me with practical skills in infant care, breastfeeding support, and emotional nurturing. My goal is to ensure that every family feels supported, informed, and confident as they welcome their little ones. In my free time, you can find me watching the Tennis Channel, listening to my playlist on blast while doing housework, singing, and hopefully playing pickleball soon! And of course spending time with my family. I would be honored to be part of such an intimate time in your life. We hired Teresa for overnight doula support after our son was born. We chose her because of her calm and supportive presence, and our feeling that she would be able to blend in and not add any additional friction during this sensitive time. We were completely right. Teresa arrived every day with a 'can do' attitude, confidence, and care for our family. In addition to relieving us of our duties while she was here, she also talked us through our son's development and gave us tips and suggestions for how to care for him on the nights she wasn't there. Her communication was impeccable and it was really helpful to have an expert perspective to answer our questions, especially since this was our first child. The calm and rest Teresa provided us truly kept us sane during those first few months. Teresa allowed us to schedule more nights after our originally scheduled plan and was as flexible as she could be. We ended up hiring Teresa for a couple nights a week for an extra couple months while we adapted to our new life. I highly recommend Teresa if you're looking for an overnight doula. She is someone who will support you and keep the attention where it should be -- your rest, and your baby's health.

I met Mary when she practiced in Arizona and quickly turned into more than just a service provider, but a friend as well. She’s helped me through the pregnancy and post partum of all 4 of my babies and I couldn’t ask for a better support person by my side. Even from Texas, Mary was an absolute saint even just with listening through my temper-tantrums while being pregnant and guiding me through labor-prep. I seriously have her and her alone to thank for such an amazing birth and post partum 4 times now. I seriously recommend her if you’re looking for someone to feel more like family than a service.
