Through her practice, Zenbari, she supports women and families through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and the transition into modern motherhood with a calm, highly personalized approach. With a background spanning pre-med studies, psychology, public relations, maternal health coaching, and perinatal education, Rachel brings both emotional depth and practical systems-thinking into her work. She is known for helping families feel informed, steady, and genuinely supported — not only during birth, but throughout the massive physical, relational, and identity shifts that come with becoming a parent. Her care combines evidence-based education with intuitive, real-life support. Clients often work with Rachel for guidance around birth preparation, feeding, newborn care, postpartum recovery, household dynamics, partner communication, and creating sustainable systems that allow mothers to feel more resourced and less overwhelmed during the early months. In addition to her private client work, Rachel works in maternal health education and community advocacy, serves as a Fair Play facilitator, and is a health coach focused on the vaginal microbiome and women’s health across fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum. Our experience with Melanie was nothing short of exceptional. Melanie was our NCS from the day our son was born until 6 months of age. She truly operated as the Lead NCS for our household, setting the standard for everyone else and ensuring that everything ran seamlessly. Her level of organization was outstanding. Melanie was always proactive about keeping me informed on anything that needed restocking and made sure our home was consistently well prepared and fully supplied. Melanie’s commitment to hygiene and safety was a huge stand out for us. She maintained the highest standards of cleanliness in caring for our newborn and was incredibly diligent about safe sleep practices at all times, which gave us real peace of mind. Every night, she provided thoughtful, consistent updates so we always knew exactly how our son was doing. Melanie also took the initiative to organize and coordinate the nightly schedule between myself and the other staff, ensuring everyone was aligned and that care was consistent. All of our son’s feeding, sleeping, and changing items were always perfectly organized and ready, making everything feel effortless. Beyond technical skills, Melanie brought a level of professionalism and leadership that elevated our entire household. She truly ran a well-managed, attentive, and calm environment for our son, and we are incredibly grateful for the care and structure she provided during such an important time. We hope to have her back for baby #2!

So happy I picked Shy to watch my baby boy. Unfortunately, my maternity leave was only about a month, and I knew there was no way I would have been able to continue doing night shifts while working. I found Shy from a referral, and she really helped make my night so much easier! While I still had to wake up for breastfeeding, Shy was there for all the transitions and allowed me to really get the most sleep I could by taking care of literally everything. Even just the fact that my pump parts were always washed and ready to go made life so much easier! Even just watching her holding my baby, I could tell that she truly does care, and just that alone let me know my baby was always in good hands! Once again, thank you so much, Shy, couldn’t have done this without you!

I honestly can't recommend Arielle enough!! She always made me feel like my birth was about me and what I wanted, never what anyone else thought it should look like. She took the time to explain my options and answer every question and gave me the confidence to advocate for myself that I really needed lol. There were a few times my doctors recommended things that I probably would have just gone along with because I didn't know I had other options or that it was okay to ask more questions. Having her there to be able to call and txt whenever made such a difference. She helped me understand my choices without ever telling me what to do, so every decision still felt like it was mine. Because of her I was able to have the quick unmedicated birth that my doctor said probably wasn't going to happen!! She always met me where I was, worked at my pace, and supported me every step of the way! I'm so grateful she was part of my birth my experience would have not been the same without her! She even provided support for my husband in the delivery room and told him to hold my leg which in the moment he did not want to do and now it's a highlight for him hes so grateful she was there too! Amazing personality you'll want to be best friends with her no problem!! She is an PHENOMENAL mama herself too!

Hi sweet mama, welcome — and congratulations on your beautiful bundle of joy! My name is Selina, and I am a spirit-filled Christian doula and postpartum doula with over 2 years experience certified through DONA who is deeply passionate about serving and supporting mothers during one of the most important moments of their lives. Pregnancy and birth can bring so many emotions, questions, and unknowns, but you do not have to walk this journey alone. My heart is to help you feel calm, confident, empowered, and fully supported every step of the way—whether you gives birth at home or in the hospital, medicated or unmedicated. I provide emotional, physical, and faith-based support with absolutely no judgment — just compassion, encouragement, and genuine care. I offer comfort measures, breathing techniques, visualization, labor support, spinning babies movements and continuous encouragement to help create a more peaceful and positive birth experience. My goal is for every mama I serve to feel heard, safe, educated, and cared for throughout her journey. During prenatal visits, I focus on education and preparation — I help you understand what to expect, clarify your preferences, and slow things down so you feel empowered and ready. When labor begins, I provide continuous emotional and physical support to help you feel grounded through each stage of the process. In the postpartum period, I meet you wherever you are — Sometimes that means feeding the baby while you pump, teaching you to pump, other times it’s just listening, making a snack, or simply admiring your baby with you. Birth is just the beginning. I’m here to support your whole transition into parenthood — with warmth, wisdom, and deep respect for your journey. Whether this is your first baby or your fifth, you deserve to feel supported, empowered, and loved during your birth experience. I would be honored to walk alongside you during this special season.

As a first-time mom, I had the joyful birth I had prayed for, and I’m so grateful to have had Selina by my side! She made me feel cared for and understood throughout my pregnancy, labor, and postpartum journey. She prepared both my husband and me for birth through prenatal sessions covering birth and postpartum, as well as by teaching us comfort measures. Throughout labor, she offered advice, support, and encouragement that I appreciated so much. She also showed up for me in meaningful ways during vulnerable parts of postpartum. Selina truly values her clients, and I couldn’t recommend her enough! I’m so thankful for her!

I believe with every conviction that mothers hold innate wisdom to birth their babies. , I honor your intuition through holistic care and embodied practice—supporting you through pregnancy, birth, and the sacred postpartum transition. As your Sister in Christ, I offer faith-based birth support for those wanting so. We approach your labor as an act of worship—leaning on prayer and rejoicing to reveal God's strength and love for you. I am a community-first birthworker, passionate about making holistic wellness, coaching, and education accessible to women in my community. My work blends embodied childbirth education and hands-on support across pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. As a Birthing From Within–trained mentor, I offer education that goes far beyond information—our work honors the inner journey, emotional landscape, and transformation that birth invites. Alongside this, I provide holistic, nurturing care including herbal remedies, gentle bodywork, mindful movement, breathwork, and food as medicine—supporting the body’s natural physiology while tending to the nervous system and spirit. My Philosophy: Honoring the MotherBaby Dyad I intimately understand and uphold the crucial MotherBaby bond and believe in family-oriented care that follows natural instincts. This belief shapes every facet of my postpartum support and education: Attachment Parenting: I educate and support families in honoring bonding practices such as exclusive breastfeeding, safe bed-sharing/co-sleeping, elimination communication, and babywearing. Holistic Recovery: I offer nourishing, restorative care in the first 40 days, drawing from my training as a Postpartum Practitioner mentored by Pilar Chandler, Doctor of Ayurveda for Women’s Health. Lactation Philosophy: The Power of Human Milk I am deeply committed to the evidence supporting human milk as the optimal standard for infant nutrition. While I support all feeding choices with heart, my philosophy is rooted in the conviction that exclusive breastfeeding provides unparalleled protection and nourishment. This is not just "good"; scientific consensus confirms that breast is best for both maternal and infant health outcomes.

With years of experience as a midwife and birth professional, I support families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum with a holistic, grounded approach that honors both physiology and personal choice. Whether you are planning a home birth, hospital birth, birth center delivery, medicated or unmedicated experience, my role is to help you feel fully prepared — physically, emotionally, and mentally — for the birth you desire. My pregnancy bodywork sessions are designed to support optimal fetal positioning, pelvic balance, and nervous system regulation. When the body is aligned and tension patterns are released, babies can settle into ideal positions and labor often unfolds more smoothly. A regulated nervous system allows you to feel safer, more present, and more empowered — which can significantly impact both birth and postpartum recovery. In addition to hands-on bodywork, I offer comprehensive childbirth education that prepares you for the realities of labor, informed decision-making, partner support, and postpartum recovery. My goal is not to push a specific birth path, but to equip you with knowledge, confidence, and tools so you can navigate your experience feeling supported and in control. I bring both clinical insight and steady presence. I understand the nuances of hospital systems and home birth environments, and I help families advocate for themselves while staying connected to their intuition. Birth is a rite of passage — and preparation matters. When your body is balanced, your nervous system is regulated, and your mind is informed, you enter birth grounded and ready. It is an honor to walk alongside families as they prepare to welcome their babies and step into parenthood with confidence.

Lindsay Karevoll

Hello! I’m Lindsay, a birth and postpartum doula and mom of 2. I became passionate about maternal wellness when I was expecting my first child in Norway. I received such quality care — midwives, visiting baby nurses, cushy parental leave! — but I was still missing the emotional support and expertise I needed to help me navigate a foreign medical system and the many anxieties I held as a first time parent. Since then, I’ve learned from hundreds of parents that they, too, needed more support than was available to them. Often times, they felt others were pushing an agenda that was not in their best interest. I became a doula to help change that, one family at a time. I’m here to hold space for you, learn with you, ease your fears, and empower you to feel confident through this important time in your life. If you are looking for a doula to help you birth and nurture your child on your own terms, please consider booking a free consultation with me. I’d love to learn more about you and see if we are a good fit.

Asking Lindsay to be our Doula and specifically assist with postpartum care is the best decision we could have made as parents. Our second born was much more challenging than our first and loved to scream all hours of the day. Not only is Lindsay educated, great at explaining things, and creative, she also has a very patient and calming presence that we desperately needed. SOme of the other Doulas I met were too "out there" and I appreciated Lindsay's "down to earth" responses that were kind and intelligent. She helped us feel confident and stay focused and calm when we thought we couldn't handle the screaming anymore. She gave us reassurance even as second time parents, we couldn't have done it without her!
