Hi families, my name is Lauren and I am the founder and owner of Birthing With LC, where I am dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based support to growing families throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. My passion for maternal health began after the birth of my first daughter in 2013, when my own transformative experience as a new mother inspired me to learn more about pregnancy, childbirth, and lactation. After welcoming three beautiful children while navigating the challenges of hyperemesis gravidarum, I developed a deep understanding of how important it is for families to receive unbiased, nurturing care. These experiences shaped my mission to ensure every family feels safe, informed, respected, and fully supported throughout their birthing journey. After many years of soul searching, Stacy created Hold My Heart in an effort to combine her passion for caretaking with her education and experience in business administration. Stacy is trained as a birth and postpartum doula, childbirth educator, reproductive health counselor, and breastfeeding peer counselor through the Community Doulas of South Jersey and Uzazi Village and is in the process of enrolling as a provider through NJ FamilyCare.
